Not worth the investment. My wife,who sold paintings in galleries in Denver and sells locally here has sold two prints through this website, and in both cases were friends she directed to the site. We paid $3,000 up front and now they want $600 a year. For what? The augmented reality is substandard. Two stars for their excellent support. They have been wonderful, but -3 stars for being -$3,600 in the hole.

When Im working on my website, or landing page or whatever it is, I can ask a question on chat during their office hours and someone gets to me right away. If I ask them to, they stay right there while Im resolving the issue, until its solved. If it isnt office hours, I hear from someone through email the next business day, often with the solution to the problem. Someone has even emailed me with an answer when Im working late at night, which was a pleasant surprise. This type of Business Is something Ive been waiting for for years.Now, Im really new to this and know just enough to be dangerous to the work I forgot to save. But every time I have an issue or need tech support, they are there within minutes, not hours and not days, but minutes to help you through it. Support not only answers questions, they will record a video related to your question and show you step by step how to work through the problem. Support will also see you online editing your site, pop in, say, Hello we noticed your working on your site can we help you with anything? Thats good business.The marketing meetings Nick and Patrick host are super helpful. I havent participated very much in the meetings, only watched so far, but I see how they encourage everyone, remind everyone to keep working at it, and celebrate the wins.Ive only just started putting the work in with the marketing for the last couple of weeks. Its all about marketing and looking professional. Yes, you have to have a good product but if no one sees it it doesnt matter how good it is. My website is my retail store and the Art Storefronts platform makes it awesome. Not sure how to say this more clearly. Ive been a visual artist for 20+ years and have so struggled to find any sales through my website offers and story. But sales do happen through my Art Storefronts based website and this will continue. Every artist website shows images of the artists work with a bit of written detail. But now I have a sales process for each fine art print image and for each original painting offered. Viewers see the print, select medium and size, view the selection using an Augmented Reality feature, and then they move on to a fully supported checkout process for purchase and shipping. Yes, I managed my margins! So my website is my retail store and I, myself, must source the sales. But now my website fully supports my efforts. YES, Art Storefronts is there to support everything technically and they do totally. And a double plus: Art Storefronts provides incredible support through research and case study insight to help me promote my website as effectively. Whats not to like about this!

The problem occurred on Friday evening and I sent a message right away. I got a reply on Sunday when the problem was confirmed and escalated for the programmers on Monday. The problem was resolved first thing on Monday morning, which was the first time possible given the M-F schedule for technical support. As always, the responses were respectful and polite. I just went live and while I had a rough go of it at first, and it was a lot of work, but the customer support was excellent. I am NOT good with technology (or people) and they put up with me and e got it done in about 6 weeks total. They forced me to learn 2 new technologies with PS and website development and I thank them. And I LOVE my website. Already lots of compliments too! I can take a high res photo, edit it in Photoshop, download it, and have it live in about minutes! I just made some closeups for 3 new prints and it took about 15 minutes total. It took me longer to name the new prints, and my old Website guy took 3 weeks to do that! Prints are a bit pricey, from what I can tell so far, but they are absolutely beautiful! Great quality.

Art Storefronts has done a terrific job of creating a hosting service for photographers and artists. It is easy to use, and allows us to concentrate on our business rather than web programming. It is not for everyone - you get what you pay for, so it is expensive to get set up, and you do have to put the work in to get your shopping cart set up, like you would for any other online shopping cart, but they have taken the heavy lifting on the setup side away, and have very responsive support. They also keep up to date with current mandates such as GDPR, so you dont have to deal with them. There are a lot of support articles to help you out as well. I am so glad we went with them, and cannot recommend them highly enough!
The support from this company is unsurpassed. They really walk you through how to do everything. They provide a calendar for marketing and lots of examples and how-to’s. So far I’ve been very pleased. I’m not a techie so I’ve needed a lot of support and I’ve been given it.

I was having forwarding issues of a prior domain name. I kept getting various error messages when you googled the domain name and it wouldnt forward to my new domain name. Samuel stayed on the issue and tried various options until one finally stuck. He was very helpful and patient when the technical issues went over my head.

Several years ago I photographed a high school production of Annie Get Your Gun that the daughter of the doctor performed in. I advertised through a local magazine that did a profile on this doctors practice and became sold on his services, and purchased glasses from him. significantly more expensive than other places, but the best glasses I have ever owned. We got into a conversation about price, quality, and honesty in business. What put the sale over the edge however, was/is the Art Storefront web site.My point is, nobody should just assume that the website and marketing strategies will work by themselves. They not only were able to quickly address my tech concerns but also pointed out some other things to look at to prevent any problems. Ive had really good experiences so far- quick reply times to my questions, and updates on anything that needed a further look.
