Alliance Furnishings were great to work with - this was only the second time weve bought a major furniture item virtually. Alliance was so great at responding within 24 hours or less to emails and kept us informed all along the shipping process. Purchasing was easy as well. You can feel the family-owned touch, even virtually, in the warmth they communicate via email and it was appreciated. We love our new couch!

I ordered a desk from this company and while it took a while, the price was right. Unfortunately the desk arrived damaged and the box had many gaping holes.The delivery guys didn’t seem to really care and didn’t know protocol.I followed my instructions upon delivery with taking all of the photos I needed. I submitted my photos and got a claim started ASAP. I even took a video.This company offered to reimburse me a certain amount before the manufacturer responded to try and speed the process along and to have me keep the desk “as is” vs returning it. While there were issues, I don’t feel it’s this company’s fault. The quality of the desk is an issue along with the delivery logistics and care. This company I believe is the middle company.I still recommend them overall.
I fell in love with one of Alliance’s sofas, on-line and ordered it—hoping it was as beautiful in person. Well, the sofa is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is excellent! But more importantly is the customer service support I received from Raby with Alliance! My sofa arrived without the set of legs! And I’m hosting my mom’s memorial service at my home next weekend…Raby was ON IT! He called the shipper, the delivery company, the manufacturer in California and even the factory in Vietnam! They expressed via FedEx and I got the legs in time for the funeral. Just want to say thank you for the enthusiastic and diligent efforts of Raby!

Probably best customer service I’ve ever received. Our furniture arrived but unfortunately had a small defect an needed to return or exchange. Due to a family emergency we weren’t able to open the box within the time limit and only found about it outside the return period . I spoke to Raby about it . He went above and beyond trying help us. Alliance has phenomenal customer service and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking to have a pleasant purchase experience.
I regret only being able to give them five stars. They were accommodating, caring and helpful every step of the way. We had a lot of time constraints in terms of when we could have delivery, but they worked with us and the delivery people. Debra (one of the owners) even called me to make sure things moved forward for me.The final delivery personnel (third parties) were not perfect, but they were very nice and they worked with Alliance Furnishings and another shipping company to get everything right. Things do not always line up perfectly, but a good company makes sure it all works out and Alliance Furnishings did that.Not only that but the furniture we got through them is beautiful and very high quality. Highly recommended.

As far as the actual third party white glove service, they exceeded expectations as well. They delivered a large piece of furniture in a difficult area on the third floor without damage to my home or the desk and hutch. They sent me a heavily damaged chest. I paid for a new Master Chest of drawers (15 drawers). When I unpacked it, it seemed as it it fell on its top edge at some point before it was delivered to me. The delivery guys saw it and took pictures as well and confirmed that it had been damaged prior. Its been 9 months and no one has come to fix it as promised by Alliance Furnishings. They also stopped responding to my emails. I shouldve returned it on the spot, but I would not have gotten back my delivery fees. Superficial first world problems obviously, but this eye sore cost me $920. Kinda sucks.
My husband and I had been looking in local furniture stores for a new living room furniture set for several months. We couldnt agree on anything - he is more concerned about budget, Im more concerned about quality, style, and comfort. Every store we had gone into, we would leave discouraged or mad at one another for not caving to our individual concerns. After one particularly bad visit to a well-known furniture store, I decided to look online for a set and stumbled upon the Steve Silver Silverado set on another retailers website. I then price-shopped and found that Alliance had it for cheaper than any other online retailer. We were nervous about the quality and comfort since we were not able to see it in person. I called Steve Silver and asked for a sample of the leather. A few days later, it arrived and it was truly quality leather, so we decided to take the leap at Alliance. We are so glad we did. We ordered it on Oct. 24th, 2020 and it was delivered on 1/11/21. The set was out of stock at the manufacturer and had to be delivered from China. (Unlike other junk made in China, this was really well made.) Had we special ordered furniture, the wait time would have been the same. The team at Alliance had been bombarded with orders and I know that wait time for responses was a little longer than usual, but ultimately it was very good service for quality furniture at a great price. We are really grateful for Alliance and Steve Silver furniture. The set is beautiful, comfortable, and our new favorite sitting space.

We had a great experience with Alliance start to finish! We did not live in the area but the specific piece of furniture we wanted could only be found at Alliance. They were so helpful every step of the way and what I appreciate most is the fact that they communicated with us so well all throughout the process, constantly updating us where we were in the timeline with the manufacturer and shipper. We had an imperfection in the piece of furniture when it arrived and Raby worked tirelessly to resolve the issue with the manufacturer, filing a claim, getting us replacement parts super quickly, and making sure we were happy with our purchase. We have had a lot of other experiences with ordering furniture online and it has always been frustrating to get answers or updates. In a nutshell… Delivery of our brand new living room furniture was unannounced and dropped on the porch after 5:30pm in January. No boxes, plastic only.We discovered the damaged corner the next morning (corner frame is tweaked approx 1.5” forward causing rippling at studs) also cushion is permanently creased from improper storage.Alliance Furnishings attempted to seek financial responsibility from their delivery company and failed so they refused to replace the chair and offered a partial refund ONLY if we donated the item!We purchased a living room SET! They forced my hand to dispute the purchase with my credit card company and tried to then (6 months later) accuse us for the damages. Fortunately we did get our money back on the damaged chair (all other pieces were in perfect condition) but it’s disheartening when you are understanding & patient only to be blatantly treated disrespectfully by the owner!
I purchased a executive chair that came from China and took 4 months to receive and the alliance furnishings never updated any progress I had to all the chasing them to get when to receive and after finally receiving the chair there was damages to the seat that they had who they get there items from to send a casing but no one to come and replace for i cannot touch the chair or i will then void warranty for I do construction defect and failure in the insurance world and I know the casing needs a professional to replace they offered a low cost of 100 refund which was lies so I did place a stop payment by credit card for leaving a damaged item and then believing they was going to pay around 50% cost for a upholstery mobile unit to come and professionally exchange but they just tricked me into believing they was going to credit the 100 and never did so i am now going back to banking institution with their deceptive emails for proving up the honest truth about a e commerce company that never sees your product learning lesson never purchase from this store or any e commerce related stores or you will end up with problems I have mentioned and the executive chair costs over 1000.00 plus so this was not a office depot quality chair I am replacing the defective chair with a furniture company that is a honest truthful caring company that just wants to turn a trick for a dollar and never get there hands dirty and does does not care all I can say is RUN
Took forever to get delivered, drivers had a hard time getting couch in, had to do it myself, the company did refund the difference in delivery. Didn’t think to check the bottom of the couch, wooden frame on one side of couch was cracked causing arm to tilt.
I will definitely shop with Alliance Furnishing in the future. Due to the virus, most everything is on back-order 4-6 weeks out. They sent periodic emails to update me on the status of our shipment. We had a small problem with the freight company and they immediately rectified it. They are very professional and courteous and I truly appreciate them and how they worked with us during the delay in obtaining our furniture. I highly recommend Alliance. You wont go wrong.

I ordered an entire bedroom set. Two dressers, two nightstands, a bed California king bed frame and a mirror for one of the dressers. The process was great. They kept me informed about the delay with the product being in stock. When it was in stock and my delivery date was set, the freight company called to setup the date and time. Two gentleman came and delivered and placed everything in the room and they also put the components that needed to be assembled together as well. They were very professional and everything looks amazing. I would definitely order from here again. If I had to say anything bad about the experience the online order could use some updating it just seemed a little out of date and I had some issues getting that to process successfully. However, once that was done the rest of the experience was exceptional.

Found what I loved (flexsteel set) but could not find it locally. Amazed that I was able to purchase from Texas and have shipped to Idaho and set up with minimal contact. Sales was awesome at answering questions and following up. I will not hesitate to purchase from Allianace again.

I ordered an item from this company last year and had issues with damages to the product when I finally opened the package. I hadn’t opened it up til about 5 months after I received it and that’s when I noticed the damages.. (It was my fault for not checking when the item first arrived) (They had no obligation to help me at this point) But after emailing them for a possible miracle, they worked hard to help me get replacements for the damaged pieces even after so long after purchase. Ordered a sofa for a little over $4,000 and was a little skeptical of them...after being given a 3-4 week estimated delivery window, after two weeks I was told the wrong sofa was loaded by the manufacturer. I wanted to be sure this was not a situation where they delay me for weeks and then convert my payment to store credit. I flat out asked if I would either get the exact sofa that I am ordering or receive a full refund. They declined to simply say yes in writing and instead said they will be refunding me.I would be wary of a company who cannot commit to saying that you will either get the item you are ordering or a refund.

I also received a shipping number so I could track progress from manufacturer to local delivery agent. Absolutely no issues at all with delivery and it was within the 3-4 week window for delivery! Item was well packaged and well made! Would definitely do business with Alliance and buy more from Coaster Furniture! I didnt mind waiting a few weeks for the furniture to arrive as I had alot to rearrange in my house for the pieces. Plus, waiting the extra amount of time saved me easily $300 and free shipping to exterior of my home! Im all about saving where I can and it wasnt an immediate necessity at the time. Ordered a loveseat on 8/29/20. They charged my card immediately. After several attempts to get a delivery date they finally told me the end of October! Well the end of October rolled around and I started calling and emailing. No response. Left messages and emails that I would dispute the credit card charge and contact the BBB. No response. My phone started ringing as soon as I filed the dispute. I also posted reviews on this company and they begged me to remove them. They did attempt to get the sofa delivered but wanted to charge my card again since the removal of the dispute would take some time. Really? Charge me again after you caused all of this???? Turned into a screaming match on a three-way conversation with my credit card company when they explained the process to her. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT RESPONSIVE TO CALLS OR EMAILS. What company doesnt return calls unless they have something to hide? And of course she tried to blame me because I disputed the charge and it would hold up delivery. I wouldnt order a dog house from these home basement office scammers. As soon as I hung up from her little hissy fit on the phone with Capital One, I ordered my loveseat from a very professional and responsive company and voila! Loveseat on the way!

Wonderful experience with Alliance Furnishing and Linda. I had read the reviews that they dont deliver things very quickly so I knew what I was getting into when I ordered. I had to wait almost 6 weeks to get my chairs, but I knew that from day 1 communication with Alliance and fully agreed. They are very transparent in the delivery timing and give the customers ample opportunity to get out if they dont want to wait. I think other reviews are from impatient people who agree to wait for items and then get mad that they have to actually wait. Patience people! Alliance was fabulous! Update#2: Received credit for damage on 11/13. Over all experience not the greatest but made it right in the end. Update: On 11/5 finally all pieces were received but with damage. Contacted AF after 3 days was resolved. Credit it to be given for damage, after credit is received I will further update my review.On going nightmare. A month plus to get a bed frame. So many issues there isnt enough room to list. Now that I have all my pieces there are definite manufacturing defects as well as a large gash in one side rail. After almost day of waiting for a response still nothing. Nothing is more aggravating than to message someone about some that truly needs addressing and getting nothing. Please stay away.
Waited 4 or 5 weeks for delivery of kitchen island. Beautiful piece except for damaged doors and cracked sides . No damages on box. Upon opening we discovered damage. Contacted Alliance and advised them if damage. They requested pictures of box before opening. Kind of late for that ! We were under the impression that the doors could be replaced. We concealed cranks with stain, not a big deal. The doors on the other hand are another matter. They are cracked to a point where they can’t be opened without destroying them. We were offered $100 credit which we believe is being processed, per phone call from owner ? They was an issue doing that, we’ll see about that ??? $100 refund not much on an $800 purchase that has this kind of issue. Have ordered numerous furniture pieces from other companies without issue.

OK.. Alliance has called me this saturday and advised that they will look into this matter immediately and they ARE a real company and I am impressed that they would take that concern. Less than 48 hours later, my furniture arrived by professional movers. and looks great. I understand that the company has much less control over the local level unless there is a problem. After speaking with the owners directly, I feel certain that they can still make things happen for you even if they cant personally be on your doorstep. I would order from them again. Lesson: When a delivery company calls to deliver your furniture, find out their name, location and who exactly is calling.. Look them up and let the delivery service know that you expect prompt service once they have asked you to empty your room for their arrival. But The furniture arrived quickly once problem was known and the furniture quality is above our expectations. I will say that the delivery timing was altogether good. We got it within a few weeks of the order maybe only eight days. That is about what a local service can do. The only problem I had was emptying my bedroom and feeling that it would be indefinite because of the flakiness of the first company with a broken truck twice. I dont actually think the final delivery service was the first one that had called. I cant be certain but the phone number and voice was different. The first guy pronounced his name but even on recording it was unintelligible. But hey, its good now and I am happy.
Wonderful experience! We went to a name brand store and saw a bed on display that we really loved. Went online and found that Alliance Furnishings had it for less, plus free shipping and assembly of furniture. While the name brand store was charging $99 for the similar service.We bought the entire bed set (6pc) and saved around $600 which was great.The bed was delivered on time. One night stand leg was damaged during delivery and they replaced it within the next two weeks. No hassle at all. Customer service was excellent. I have recommended Alliance Furnishings to all my friends and will definitely buy from them again.

Well, you get what you pay for.Buyer Beware:Alliance is simply a “middle man” that has no direct control over product, shipping, or furniture quality.My large box came damaged, several wooden parts were damaged.After many calls and emails, I finally got some replacement parts. Well, they messed that up as well—wrong part sent. I’m now so disappointed that I’m taking time to alert others. And I’m still not satisfied—nearly 6 weeks since I’ve ordered!Alliance and their employees are not empowered to exceed their customers’ expectations. They are at the mercy of the manufacturer and shipping company. This business model may work for marking up wholesale items and drop shipping, but it is absolutely abysmal when it comes to the customer service and going above and beyond to mitigate a problem and satisfy a paying customer.At this time, I can not recommend this company what so ever, buyer beware!
I cancelled an order with a local furniture store after finding the exact same sectional sofa for hundreds less on Alliance Furnishings. There was such huge cost savings I decided it was worth trying to order online. With the free shipping I even saved on the delivery charge the local store was going to charge ($130.00!!!!). I received the item when expected, in great condition and without any issues!!! The website and payment process was seamless. It has been over a month since I received my sofa and I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase!

She was very polite and discussed my concerns regarding my purchasing experience. Not only did she apologize for the shortness of the woman who answered the phone that day she explained the situation that was happening that day. She stated that IT had gone home already at that point and was unable to assist the employee. Deborah stated the employee was not equipped to assist with the type of technical issue I was having. Debra stated she discussed the situation with the employee and the employee acknowledged she was a little short with me and apologized as well. She stated that I should be aware of the turn around for delivery, which is very understandable considering the COVID-19 on going issue. Other topics were also discussed but not necessary to mention other than she conducted herself in a very home like professional manner for the duration of the conversation.The conversation with Deborah told me 2 things as a costumer:1. This family owned shop knows how to do customer business. i.e. apologize (customer is always right).She could have gave me the run around, blamed it on other people, or gave me excuse after excuse, rather, she simply apologized and she discussed the issue with the employee and that was that. Simple and to the point.2. They care enough to actually contact their customers back and in a relatively timely manner.I like to promote family owned businesses rather than corporate owned when possible. As such. I have left dozens if not hundreds of reviews on everything thing from furniture, to restaurants. Rarely do i get a reply from big corporate but she contacted to me to make my experience better and to find out if there was anything she could to fix my issue.I will follow up after I receive my package with pictures and further information regarding the delivery experience.
I received my order in the expected timeframe. It came in a huge box and the deliver service was very helpful. They even brought it around back and dropped it off on that “threshold” instead of the front. It made for an easier assembly on my part.All pieces were included in package and were of high quality. Would order from Alliance again. Great experience.

Received damage furniture and due to the fact it wasn’t opened within 24 hours company refused to do anything. 2 of the 4 pieces of bed were damaged, I had to go buy the pieces from Ashley Furniture to complete the bed. I paid $700 for what was supposed to be a $450 bed. A BBB claim was filed and they still refused to do anything. All they did was pass blame to everyone but themselves they blamed me for not checking it immediately and the delivery drivers which never received a signature nor was there a tiny bit of damage to the box which means it was most likely packaged that way. You’re way better off going to a chain furniture store or any other furniture store for that matter. DO NOT USE! I’d love to answer more questions if need be.
I wasnt able to order the Lucca server to match my table and chairs because it was discontinued! I was super excited to find it available on your website! Cant wait to have it delivered!
Excellent service. Shipping was way faster than advertised. Corner of one drawer was damaged. Alliance took care of it, contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for a replacement to be shipped. Just how it should be--great job.Edit: 9/26/2018. Replacement drawer was sent directly from Coaster, the furniture company. However, they sent a middle drawer, not a bottom drawer (the model I have has a rounded-edge bottom drawer). I immediately contacted Alliance and they promised to look into it. Its been over two weeks now and no response from them. I have sent numerous emails and made phone contact. I feel forced into lowering the rating from my original review.Alliance, if you are paying attention, I am doing this to get your attention and to get my order resolved correctly with your help. Please contact me. I need an undamaged bottom drawer. Thanks.
My experience with Alliance Furnishings was less than satisfying. Delivery time was accurate, 3-4 weeks. I was supposed to receive white glove delivery. I returned home from work and the boxes were sitting in my driveway in the misty weather. I immediately called the sales number and spoke to Morgan. She was great. Very apologetic and asked me to send an email to the service dept. I did so that night. The details that follow were very similar to all the 1 star reviews. Poor communication as well as slow response times, calls not answered, etc. I finally received an response from Monica and she told me to give a little while to figure it out. 3 days and a couple of reminder emails later, still nothing. I was finally offered a discount of $99 in replacement of the white glove. I declined. All I wanted was for someone to come out and finish the white glove delivery. After more emails, I was then offered a $149 discount. Again, I declined. The next email I received was to inform me the shipping company would be in touch within a week to schedule a date. I assumed Id have to wait at least another week after that. Enough was enough. I decided to accept the $149 discount just to be done with all the aggravation. I am very happy with the furniture as well as the price. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I would expect a company that claims customer satisfaction is their number 1 goal to at least honor that claim. I am not a satisfied customer. Whats troublesome is all the owners responses its never their fault. Its the Delivery agent or the vendor or the warehouse or the shipping company. This company is very poorly managed and I will never do business with them again.

Love our purchase from alliance furnishings. Their prices were the most reasonable for the dining room set we wanted, and it also came with white glove service!! The delivery took about 2 weeks which was good for us because we were expecting it to take 3-4 weeks. They came and put everything together for us. I absolutely would recommend
STAY FAR AWAY!! I ordered an outdoor patio table from Alliance Furnishings February 2018. Before the end of summer, the table and chairs were cracking, chipping, and in terrible shape. I reached out to Alliance Furnishings via email and phone on 10/23/2018 and got a quick response from Mark Ellsworth that someone from their service group would be in touch ASAP. I followed up on 10/29, 11/6, 11/9, and 11/15 with NO response. On 11/29 I sent another follow-up email and Katie Rich finally responded that they could order replacement parts. On 11/29 I let her know the parts I needed. I followed up on 12/6 and 12/26 - again - NO RESPONSE. On 1/11 I sent another email letting them know that I would be leaving them this sweet review and Katie finally responded. She assured me that she had reached out to Ashleys parts department and that she would follow up with me on 1/14 or 1/15. To no ones surprise, they didnt make good on that promise and Ive now sent more follow-ups on 2/8 and again today, 2/20. Maybe this post will light a fire and create a resolution, but I severely doubt it.Moral of the story - avoid shopping here. For the money you pay, a little service after the sale would be expected...but that is not the case with Alliance Furnishings.
Alliance Furnishings is a hidden gem! I had never heard of them before, but we were very happy we found them searching through Google for a particular table. We saw this exact table on a showroom floor at our nearest Ashley Furniture store. It was pretty expensive so we decided to look for it online. We couldnt believe that we found it for LESS than HALF OFF at Alliance! Not only that, they shipped it for free! We found this table at many online stores, and nobody had a lower price. We had this table in our home just 3 business days after we ordered it (in perfect condition)! We are already repeat customers. Communication, along with order updates, has been excellent also. I hope more people find this little gem too!

This company was very easy to deal with and the furniture I purchased was almost half the price of other box store or online retailers. White glove delivery was 100% worth the cost, as well. I would definitely order from this company again.
So far a very poor experience. We received 2 of 3 boxes for a bed frame 2+ weeks after order with minimal updates. We received another unrelated piece of furniture as the third box.Were expected to hold the rather large unrelated item inside, basically store this for them, without any ETA on the missing piece of our order.No confirmed date of resolution. No communication other than email. But they are hurrying to get the incorrect piece to the other customer.Poor customer service. Think twice before ordering from this company.Judging by the excuses following the other poor reviews Im not going to get my hopes up for a timely resolution.11/5 - Finally received the last piece. Not in original packaging and heavily damaged. Stay away from this company.
Stay away ~ not worth the discount ~After your sale cannot get a live person to talk to ...just the run around of answer machines ~ when the delivery arrived all pieces were damaged and again at this time cannot get a live person to talk to ~ the voice messages says to email so you can get faster service NOT! You still do not get a response ~ what a joke ~ finally talk to someone and they told me they will repair items like paint over or fix ~ never mind decided to just request a refund because I could not trust them .....what a big disappointment! Still have not received a refund and still waiting ~ I was force to create a dispute ~ this company had no customer service what so ever ~ so disappointing 😞 ~ they do even deserve 1 star.
We purchased a Liberty kitchen table through Alliance Furnishings. We received confirmations and tracking immediately. Table arrived on time and packaged extremely well with no damage. Easy to follow instructions for assembly. Had one issue with a chair seat, contacted Customer service and received exceptional timely reply, follow up emails on progress for replacement. Received replacement and emails with tracking info. I will be a return customer in the future would highly recommend to friends and family. Couldnt have been more pleased. Our buffet/hutch arrived in perfect condition - with zero manufacturer defects, and zero damage from shipping (both of which are highly unusual in my experience buying furniture over the years).
Its always a risk ordering a major piece of furniture from an online company but this experience was mainly positive! The queen bed I ordered looks exactly like the pictures and really elevates the look of the whole room! The shipping took quite a while and the first time, one of the bed rails came broken. Customer service was great though and did send a working replacement. Overall, I would recommend buying another piece from here! Thanks!
I had a great experience. I found a couch & loveseat that I loved in a local store & then found the same set on here for $350 less. As expected it took about 4 weeks in total to get my furniture. The delivery company called the day before & gave me an expected time for delivery & they were right on time. The packaging had some minor damage but the furniture was perfect underneath & looks so nice in our living room. Any time I had questions the owner promptly replied to all my emails. I would definitely recommend these guys & will shop here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Im leaving a negative review based on my recent interactions with this company NOT because I recieved damaged and incorrect furniture. I ordered two desks and matching chairs from Alliance (Style: Starmore; Brand: Ashley) and I upgraded from free delivery to the service that delivers the furniture into your house for $59 because it is often very humid where I live and I also didnt want to risk these pieces being left out in bad weather. The desks arrived in four boxes total and the chairs in one. There was nothing wrong with the chairs. One of the desk sections was incorrect and the other three arrived damaged. I also noticed that the style of the desks was different from the photos shown on their website. I took pictures and emailed them within 24 hours as required by Alliance. I understand that Alliance does not handle the furniture directly in any way since they are an e-commerce company, which does add time to dealing with problems like this because they then have to file paperwork and contact the manufacturer and/or shipping company to resolve issues. So, if you are looking for a super fast turnaround on resolving any problems that might arise, then you need to keep this in mind and perhaps look elsewhere. The people I corresponded with at alliance did typically respond to me within a day and kept me apprised of what was going on. In the end, it turns out that Ashley changed the style of the desk without notifying Alliance. So, I was told that I would get a full refund for the desks.Everything above was a positive experience based on my expectations going into this purchase. The negative aspect is what follows.Now, Im stuck with two chairs that I only ordered because they matched the style of these desks. They did arrive undamaged; however, I no longer need them because they do not match anything I own. Despite the trouble I had already gone through, the only option I was given was to return the chairs and receive the standard refund minus return shipping and a 35% restocking fee. I understand these types of fees in normal circumstances; however, these were not normal circumstances. I decided I was willing to keep the chairs since the amount I would lose would end up being more than half the price of the chairs. I then asked if they could at least refund the $59 for shipping since the desks arrived damaged and I only purchased the shipping for the desks in the first place. Alliance denied that request as well. Again, I guess I have no choice but to accept this decision. So, as Im waiting for the 5-7 business for my $942 refund to process, I suddenly get another email from Alliance saying that Ashley has decided to only refund $488.96. What am I supposed to do with that information? Did Alliance just expect me to accept a refund of HALF of what I was told I would receive for incorrect and damaged desks that were unusable? Eventually, after several more emails and a very direct phone call, they did eventually decide to honor the original $942 refund. From my perspective and experience, Alliance Furnishings will do anything and everything they can to try to reduce the amount of the refund their customers receive even when the customer receives incorrect and damaged items. I will never be purchasing from them again.
Was hesitant at first since Id never done business with Alliance Furnishings before but I am very pleased with the entire process. They delivered everything as promised. My bed came in excellent condition and on time. They worked with me to expedite the timeline as well since I needed to get it quicker. Would buy from them again.

Worst service and management...I ordered something. it took almost 2 months for them to locate the items and they still hasnt ship things out.I emailed and said I want to cancel orders, those people just ignore the email and no responses at all.Finally, I have to dispute the transaction and I email them my decision. Then the customer called and yelled at me.It is a miracle that one company doesnt delivery item in 2 months, no response for emails and no respect to the customer can still existing in the market.BZW, The owner lie. The order has been prepared to picked up for month but no one actually pick it up and notice me. The order never shipped out and when I email to cancel the order, they just disappear....

Alliance advertised a bed and nightstand I have been searching for five years. It matches my dresser and armoire. After I placed the order I was informed they no longer had these items. I was heartbroken.
Quite a long wait for liberty to restock, but it arrived and set up in time for the Holidays. Allience customer service was very helpful in staying on top of Liberty to ensure our dining room set was picked up by the White Glove service for just in time delivery.
Only received 2/3 of my sectional because they lost the love seat so they had to order a new one. It has taken a 6 weeks since my order and still have not gotten the rest of my furniture. They say it’s on its way and will not reimburse me for the wait saying they already paid for their mistake by buying a new love seat like that was my problem.Update* I received the last piece to my furniture but the driver left the piece of furniture at the bottom of my stairs in the dirt after I paid for a move in service. The delivery service Alliance Furnishings uses seems aggressively unreliable. Alliance said they refunded me the money for move in service so I updated the star rating but I still would not trust their third party affiliates.
Ive just ordered for the first time from Alliance. Really impressed with communication with an actual person when I called for further information about my order! Very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to more shopping!!
