Customer Support is great. Easy to communicate and they are great at following up on requests. The site was able to answer my questions quickly and provide an email response as well. Very professional and highly recommend.

ION have been a customer of vXchnge for over 10 years at their Austin facility. Their staff is very efficient and available. Ticketing system is easy to navigate and are addressed in a timely fashion. vXchnge has always provided ample notifications to emergency issues and scheduled maintenance with a follow-up when it is completed. We have been very pleased with the extra amenities they provide such as documenting inventory in our racks and providing this information in a graphical layout on their online portal, which by the way was complimentary. It is refreshing to have a vendor provide some services without an additional cost. It has been rumored they will be releasing a mobile application which again comes without a cost to their customers.

VXChnge is a great site. I have had business at this specific facility for over 12 years. When VXChnge purchased the building and updated and upgraded it, there is a 100% improvement (and then some). They have state of the art security, many redundant power backups, upgrades to the quality of the building, and continued improvement of internal wiring and other systems. The people there are also great. They are all super friendly and a definite bonus to this already great site. I highly recommend this company!

I recently visited the Austin, TX vXchnge Data Center for the first time in over 5 years and was amazed at how much it had improved. The improvements that vXchnge have made has turned this into a first class Data Center.

Wonderful to work with and their Insite tool makes it easy to view operational items like power etc.
