I just have to add to the other 5-star reviews. Great experience with Mr Macias TV Repair! I called him in the morning, as I woke up with the black stripe of death vertically through the middle of my big screen TV. He had me drop it off to him at 3:30pm (in home service was available, but of course more $) and did a diagnostic for $20. He found the issue, called me with a quote, and had it repaired for me by 8:00pm that same evening. Great service, great price; highly recommend!

Mr. Macias has had our TV since late January. He was very attentive at first, updating us about waiting on the components/parts. It is now May 3 and I have not received any replies to my texts or voicemails in several weeks. Very disappointed and frustrated, wondering if well ever get our TV back.
