My Laptop had suddenly stopped working and on a friends recommendation, I came to CompuPlus and Alex helped me out in the best way he could.I have a Chinese laptop whose parts were not available in the US, but Alex tried his best to diagnose the issue within 24 hours for FREE and come up with the possible suggestions. Even though I now have to buy a new laptop but Im super happy with the timely service and response provided by Alex in every way and recommend everyone here in Austin to go to him for any repair issues. Alex fixed the busted hinges/bottom case and the power jack on my partners old laptop and did a phenomenal job! Alex has fixed my MSI twice, hes really knowledgeable and has done a great job both times. Quick and free diagnostic, came in with my pc that’s suddenly died, turned out to just be a power supply, got a fair quote to replace it but they were fine with letting me go and fix it on my own. So yes, they will tell you what’s wrong with your computer for free, and they could probably fix it for you to.

Asked for my power supply unit to be replaced at 2pm today. Got my computer back at 6pm today. Fastest turnaround at a very reasonable price. Alex was really friendly and professional as well!

Wonderful service!! Alex Medina really helped me out with an issue on my MacBook Pro. My family uses this company for all of their business and personal computer needs and they have always went over and above in helping us. I was picking out a computer for my daughter for school after she killed her chrome book by dousing it in tea, accidentally, of course. I also had a sticky command button on my MacBook Pro and Alex wound up taking care of that for me right then and there at no charge. I just picked up a Fujitsu tablet loaded with Windows 10 Pro, huge SSD drive, HDMI port USB 3.0 ports, webcam Wi-Fi the whole works for only $120. This thing is more powerful than any computer Ive ever owned. I am so happy with this and I highly recommend going to see Alex for anything you need computer or phone related. I am definitely going back.UPDATE 4/12/20I moved in February and in the process of settling in and putting things away, the Fujutsu tablet slipped off the bed and onto the hardwood floor. From that moment, I couldnt get it to power on. Fast forward to Friday, April 11. I called Alex and brought back for him to look at. By Friday evening, Alex texted me that the tablet was fixed and i could pick it up on Saturday. It works as good as new, and at a much smaller bill than I expected. Plus, he threw in a keyboard charging dock that was sitting around...and that really made my day! I cant imagine going anywhere else with my computer issues.

About a year ago my hard drive crashed, my whole company depends on my computers and CompuPlus fixed it right away, same day. Today my assistants computer started having issues with the Wi-Fi, I knew where to go. Alex fixed it right away and the PC is now faster, go figure!
