Im not much for writing reviews but I want to throw my two cents into the pot for GCS. Ive been working with them since mid 2011 and have had nothing but good experiences. From Joe Gleinser on to Shane, David, Jared, Marquis, AR, their helpdesk and everyone else Ive interacted with, Ive found a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly group that Ive been able to trust and rely on. I head a two man shop where we have to be jacks-of-all-trades-masters-of-none so having GCS as a partner to back fill our knowledge, handle some project work and occasional support has made us more flexible than we probably would have been otherwise.

The model of the log-in tech works great for us. Mainly because GCSs staff is knowledgeable, talented, and easy to work with. Besides having can-do techs, GCS is reasonably priced and transparent about all charges--they provide us with a detailed log of work performed. GCSs response time is just as fast as having someone on staff. Ive recommended GCS to a number of other businesses.

Great sales and support for the life of the service agreement, but once youre off find someone else.
