Outstanding service provided by Matthew today at Office Depot. I called to inquire about printing/laminating services and he answered all of my questions very politely and helpfully. Then, when I arrived at the store, he greeted me, remembering our conversation and helped me prepare all of the business documents I needed. Great experience!

I received great customer service from every clerk in the store, and exceptional service when I went in to have my teachers planning book bound in the copy shop on a Sunday afternoon! I plan to make a point to return to this location for all of my printing and binding jobs!

Lovely establishment, but I gotta brag on Matthew who works in print services - he is so kind and friendly and makes my day every time I come in. Because of employees like Matthew this location is my Office Depot of choice in the Austin area.

Awesome location. Couldn’t give them five stars because nobody asked me if I needed help, and all employees avoided eye contacted. At one point In the future we might catch something from eye contact but these days with COVID, I think it’s one of the most important ways of connecting. And really, I needed one $7 item and took a lot more. So if customers are treated this way, then Amazon has a strong future. I think every Office Depot should have weekly or monthly parties at theirs stores, for customers and employees. Some type of morale booster.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a poster created by someone (original art - that was star was themed) and they REFUSED to print it for me. Note - in the past, I have done the exact same thing and they had no problem doing it then. They said Disney would come after them. UNBELIEVABLE- it was original art created.

The worst office depot. Do not shop here. Everyone is rude. The managers need training. The staff could not be bothered to help anyone. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way. Gave this drive to another chance, big mistake.

They tried to charge sales tax on gift cards, which is illegal. I left and went to Staples, they did not charge sales tax.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be utilizing this business after a blacked out sports car with a sketchy guy working for Capital Parking ATX placed a boot on my vehicle 2 minutes after I went inside. My $100 for weekly groceries has gone to this unprofessional scam of a business instead. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Unfortunately I keep trying to do business here, but the establishment is unorganized and under-staffed. There is also no consistency in services offered and customer service. I was just told they couldn’t provide a simple scanning job that I’ve had done at the same location more than once. It would be nice to have the nearest office supply store be able to manage my very basic business needs!

Business partners with a predatory boot company that will boot your car if you leave the parking lot.A guy in a red sports car will watch you, and instead of telling you cant park there, will just watch and boot your car as soon as you step out of the parking lot.In a large empty parking lot, two 12x12in signs is probably not enough.Good luck keeping yourself in business with those kind of practices. I literally stood in your parking lot for a half hour telling people as they were about to leave that they would get booted. This wasnt my job, its YOUR job. Maybe instead of hiring that guy, you should hire someone to tell people they cant park? or put up more than two signs?

Kaylee in the copy and print center is AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Shes been helping me over the past year for my business printing needs as well as for my personal printing needs.

Great shopping experience. Sales staff VERY helpful/knowledgeable. I needed to see the product choices before purchasing but wanted shipped to my apartment. They were very glad to make that happen. I am a very satisfied customer.

Ordered copies thru their email service. Staff was quick to print my job once I arrived (note that they do not print jobs that you email until you have shown up in the store, so allow a little bit of extra time). Staff were friendly and efficient.

Sold me headphnoes that dont plug into headphone spot. Some weird plug. And then they dont accept headphone returns, even though never worn once.

Will not be shopping at this office depot as long as they partner with capital city towing. The store was closed and my car was booted for parking in a completely empty parking lot that had no visible “no parking” signs at the entrance. The only sign was conveniently knocked over and facing down on the pavement. Incredibly unethical practice and as far as im concerned, office depot is directly condoning this by working with this towing company.

Gave me wrong receipt. Justin from the chat service was rude and unhelpful and said I had to call an 800 number to get the right receipt. The girl who checked me out was nice, but their floor help seemed more interested in checking their phones than helping customers. If I ever shop at OD again, it will be online... and probably not there. F this place.

Corporate turns off their air conditioning during the hottest part of the day to save money. Mailed my package and escaped as quickly as possible. Bought things I was going to buy there somewhere else

Print staff was very rude to me on the phone today. For years I have been emailing things to be printed and coming and picking up when ready. Did so happily & easily last week. But today, I was told they refuse to start printing anything until I arrive in store?? No exceptions. What a waste of time. I even offered to pay for it over the phone if they were worried, but they refused that too, with attitude. I called another location and they took my order very friendly and pleasant and I will be picking it up shortly.

Terrible customer service. They have made me wait almost 1 hour to print 3 sheets. Look for other services, sure they will be better.

Extremely overpriced, $19.70 to get 5 pages printed & laminated, I am horrified. If I was not desperate I would have left immediately when told the price. Staff also were not up front about pricing.

The renovation and updates make it a nicer place to visit. The staff are super helpful and its a surprisingly good place to take kids. Theyre is just something about kids and office supplies!

AVOID THE COPY CENTER. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and incompetent. I could’ve done it myself better at the self-service copiers, BUT NEITHER WAS WORKING. When I mentioned that after paying for my terrible copies, the girl just shrugs and says “technology? Never works when you need it to.” WTH........?!?! Rest of the store is tolerable. The roof collapsing a while back definitely made them finally clean it up a tad.

I have always had good customer service here. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve even had them tell me about clearance items similar to what I was searching for and calling other stores to find a store that had an item left. Also, lots of parking.

BEWARE: Terribly disappointing..zero satisfaction. I only gave them one star because I HAD to in order to write my review. I used the copy center because it is close to my office. I was very specific about where I wanted my papers cut. I drew out a diagram, taped the stack to keep it in order and asked the salesperson to repeat that they understood my instructions clearly. I actually felt guilty about my ridiculous level of caution and worried I had been offensive in my attempts to be extremely cautious and clear. I asked them to call me if they had any doubts and gave them plenty of time to work on the project. Unfortunately, when I picked up my order this morning.. A) The charges were TWICE what I was quoted so be sure to get your quote IN WRITING! B) Every single cut was completely wrong. The worker had to try to mess this up and C) When I discussed the issue with the manager he just defended the employee and tried to refund my payment as a quick fix to get rid of me. I cant fix this. The paper is retired. Fortunately, its for crafting so I will just come up with a work around...but I will NEVER return to this or any other Office Depot! FedEx Kinkos has done this work for me for years at half the price without error. I will drive the extra miles to be sure the job is done right. Lesson learned. Beware!

Office Depot / Max is hugh, clean, and full of small displays designed to make one want to buy more. The staff are helpful and friendly.

They have very cheap items and the people are always ready to help you and they accept all types of coupons. One time they gave me the discount on a expired coupon. they had really good sales and had a great deal on back to school thing.

Was able to scan and email documents in just a couple of minutes. Total cost? $0.54! What a bargain.

Needed help getting 2 laptop mouses working and the man that helped me was incredibly helpful and didnt seem to mind at all that my computer skills are extremely basic I will definitely go back/recommend.

I walked in there right before I had a big meeting to make last minute business cards(since the ones I made else where were not in yet). Now what I was expecting to get and what I came out with exceeded my expectations by A LOT! Liz is the sweet and professional girl who helped me create the best business cards in less than an hour! It was a long shot to have these done but she helped me add my logo to both sides of the business cards and made sure they were exactly what I wanted before she printed. Not only did she help me but other customers who were walking up for assistance. It is SO WONDERFUL to get that kind of service... you dont find Great customer service everywhere these days! Thank you Liz - keep it up!!!

Great customer service. I went in looking for a HO network printer and got exactly what i needed. Service and sales was excellent I also bought a 2 year replacement place since i was told that they do in house replacements for faulty printers

Do not use their printing services!!! Every time I come here I have a terrible experience. The people behind the printing services counter are SLOW and dont seem to care at all how long they make their customers wait. I usually need simple things: print a pdf, have it scanned and resent via email. Should take 5 minutes. The last time I went in to have this done the woman helping me scanned my page and then started helping someone else, who needed some detailed services. She left me waiting for over 10 minutes and all I needed was the email to be sent with my scanned page attached. She never came back and instead I had to ask another employee to help me. She sent the email but with the wrong page attached!! So my entire visit that day was pointless. On another occasion all I needed to do was pick up some posters I had ordered. I stood in the front of the line for 15 minutes and was never greeted or asked what I needed. After waiting for way too long I asked that same woman if I could just pick up my posters and she actually said, Thanks for interrupting. to me before handing me my posters, which took her all of 30 seconds to do. Terrible customer service!!!!!

It went for school supplies and the same things were cheaper at Target. I only went to Office Depot when I couldnt find a specific notebook I wanted, the Five Star Flex notebook/binder. I found out and the color changing pens I wanted. But help was minimal and they didnt have as much stuff as I expected for an office supply store.

Wide selection of office products, but after finding what i wanted, there was only one clerk working at checkout with a line of 6 to 7 customers ahead of me. I left and went to Target where the coast of a team of paper was less than half the office depot price. Office depots slow checkout line ended up saving me a lot of $$.

Have the standard office supplies, computer hardware, office furniture, xerox machines, etc. I like that they have the ability to handle your mailing needs and make paper copies.

Their full print service customer service isnt well trained. Last time I went and asked to get my files printed to 100% scale landscape, the person who was helping me said he isnt trained to print files that arent print ready. Ironically enough, Im a graphic designer and my files are as print ready as it gets. He just couldnt figure out how to get it to print at 100% in landscape which should be included a very basic printing training.

I ordered pictures printed from their online software, and little did I know, the store printer was broken. They made no effort to notify me that the printer was broken - it wasnt until I came to pick up the pictures that I found out. The associates working apparently had no knowledge of my order, even though the website confirmed that it had been received, and had no solutions for the issue. Their response was essentially sucks for you. There is no indication anywhere on the website that this store was not viable for online printing orders, and there is clearly no effort from any of the store staff to fix the issue, or even notify customers that there is one. Apparently the printer has been broken all year.

I designed + ordered a custom item through the websitebto be picked it up in store. The print© section of the website (used mobile site, got app hoping was better) was horrible. Every time you pick a category, page not found. click banners page not found, click posters, page not found. Finally somehow find Narnia, candesign my item which took approx. 90 years because the editor makes accurately using any function, from resizing to repositioning, nearly impossible. I accept the tiny, no way to view larger, proof, enter payment info, get thrown into a Groundhog Dayesque loop of error. please try again 13 times before I can finally purchase it. I would have given up and went to Staples had I not dedicated 1/4 of my life to it at this point. Pleased to hear its ready in an hour. Rush to pick it up. Sorely disappointed, it is so pixelated and blurry, no way I can use this. The lady at the print counter definitely did not seem to care whatsoever nor was she at all interested in helping me ( I was literally the only customer in the store at that time too). It was seriously like pulling teeth to even get her to answer the few simple questions I asked in an attempt to order another item, and not have it look like garbage. Not impressed. Every other custom editor warns you that the image is too small and will be pixelated, and is visible in the proof shown before purchase, but not theirs. Hopefully someone from that store actually does care about their customers, and reaches out to make this right. I need his item perfect, and in my hand by 8am Sunday morning.

I feel like Ive gone back in time to 1998. Everything is absurdly overpriced. I wouldnt but anything here if I didnt need it immediately.

Called ahead to verify inventory, staff was helpful on the phone and in store.

I went to get a couple of copies of a book for work. They wrote down the correct order of 2 copies, but only made one. They forgot to call me when the first was ready, very apologetic, but then they forgot to call me again when the second was ready! Then to top it off they did the tabs wrong. They were kind and apologetic, but there were too many mistakes made with my order.

It is an amazing place to get school supplies for not a lot of money!!!
