I just had the best experience with true customer service from Linda @ Burnet Rd location. Long story short, my Drivers license was expired. I couldnt get schedule with DPS until months down the line. Linda worked with me getting a large check handled and what documents she needed. We ran into couple of bumps, but she kept at it. She couldve just said we cant do that. She was patient, sweet and is a expert with helping customers. Thank you again. Sandy

Linda is totally awesome and Everytime I go in there she is always on top of everything. She does such an amazing job making sure that you feel welcome and does everything in a timely manner. Let me tell you about **GINA**, possibly the only decent human being left on Earth. When we walked into ACE, my husband and I were not having a good day. We spent the previous 24 hours in the immediate aftermath of a life-altering disaster. To make matters worse, we suffered horrible treatment and service with every professional/business interaction thereafter. Until GINA! She was friendly, efficient and professional - which was so refreshing by that point that I would have been satisfied had that been the end of it. But she then went above and beyond by also suggesting several helpful resources we could seek for additional support during our crisis, and offering sincere compassion and empathy. Thank you, Gina, for restoring some of my faith in humanity. Both my husband and I are experienced service industry managers. We know the value of team members like you, who make the effort to choose kindness. ACE has a definite asset in you.

Awesome little store to go to! I had been to five other check cashing stores before here, including Walmart’s, two HEBS, and a few other stores like Ace but allOf them either closed the minute I walked up to the door or (most of them) said they couldn’t cash this type of check. It’s a payout from an insurance claims, nothing crazy, so I was really confused.I was really frustrated already having been driving around to all these places but right away the associate working, Linda, was so sweet and calming Snd I instantly felt less stressed. She was so polite and helpful and she explained everything quickly but clearly and made sure I understood, made a quick and painless phone call to verify check with the insuranceCompany, and justMoments later I had myMoney in my hand and also on my card. She was able toSplit it both ways. Yes, the fee tk cash jt was 6% but I think it was hire because of the type of check and it still only took for a few moments.Overall my experience here at Ace with Linda was hands down a five start experience and I would gladly come back here and recommend anyone to do the same!

If there were a way to give 0 stars, this would be the place. Ive been using this location for over a year now, and really didnt mind all the nickle and diming, but today the customer service was terrible. Sidebar--- they charge for every single thing that you do with this card. $1 every swipe, $3.95 to load the card, etc...Today, the teller was obviously ill, snot dripping down her face, puffy eyes, red nose, SPREADING DISEASE. I asked to load $1000 on my card, gave her the money, she counted it. Then, she asked for personal information, which is all on file. At the thousand point, the government wants to know so they can charge taxes. I simply asked what the exact amount was before they needed that information, to which she lied and said she didnt know. She had provided me with this information before, but for some reason if with the fee the transaction totals over $1000, like $999+$3.95, report to the state. Im just trying to find out where the line is. She lost her mind on me and threw my money back at me. This should all be on video. IF I WERE YOU, ID USE ANOTHER SERVICE.

The employee last Saturday was fine, the manager today, charged me 2x as much for the exact same checks. I guess she can do whatever she wants because shes the manager.

DO NOT GO HERE!I came in to apply for a loan but didnt get approved for the amount I was needing so I told them I wasnt going to follow through with it they had me sign a paper saying I wasnt getting it and then left and got a loan somewhere else. Now weeks later they are saying I owe a payment for a loan I never received and Ive already talked to the store and the general manager, Mr.Jackson, and no one is wanting to resolve it. Save yourself from having to work with these dishonest people who dont know how to do their job!

Most ignorant and useless store attendants Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They dont know anything, cant help you, and arent the least bit interested in even helping you to pay them.
