Horrible service I couldn’t get my check cashed because “it’s a new company” I work at CHURCHES CHICKEN

Absolutely love La Mexicana off Rundberg. Store is clean, with some of the best customer service you can experience. Dont hesitate to try their freshly made Mexican food in their dine in/ take out area. The Register Lady at the restaurant and store front are absolutely wonderful. They have a meat market, produce and a great selection of Mexican products. Keep up the great service folks.

They woudlnt sell us water, after we tried showing them our ids that we are not related. I came in earlier to buy some and took a friend to go buy some for her family.Their customer service was awful. Been a customer her for 10+ years, never shopping here again!

They are really rude and not helpful, the cashiers act like they are in the army, I was paying and she was already calling out a guy to come and pay while I wasn’t even done yet, do not come here!

Went around 7pm Saturday. I bought a torta with pastor meat. Too pricey for just a sandwich. The meat was over cooked because it seemed to be sitting out for awhile and the tomatoes were old. Then the server referred to me by the color of my skin to call out my order.

I like the fajita tacos and I like Caldo but the Caldo is missing the cabbage the employees are pretty nice the only thing is you have to be able to speak good Spanish

The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. She was rude did not speak acted like she did not want to touch my money and did not give me a receipt. Did not say bye just looked at me like leave folded her arms I would not advise anyone to go here when I was leaving I was told that several people complained about bad service. Called in and was left on hold to speak to a manager for over 10 minutes while they talked and laughed in the background and never returned to the phone.

Yall need to put more chicken in the chicken tamales!! All I ate was MASA😡 Before they used to be so good now se isieron bien pinches con el pollo!

It is a lovely place, it has a super cleanliness, there are no flies or other insects, and the customer service is low from the cashiers, but in the end the place is beautiful.

Terrible service! The cashiers do not pay attention to the customer, but they are talking and talking to each other -_- so presumptuous that they are and so frazzled they are. The only good thing about this store are the tamales.

Very good and the best thing is that they have 3 or 4 pockets you dont have to wait

See if they stop putting old tamales ... ugly ... before they were fresh. Now. They are horrible
