My mom had this service come to her house yesterday because she’s moving out, and I was present when they were there.Overall, they did a fantastic job and the carpet looks brand new! And that’s saying something, trust me. We liked one of the guys that was there, he seemed super nice but I never got his name. I did, however, ask the nice man for his colleague’s name, which was David.Let’s just say David was the opposite of a professional.He would not put his mask on properly; first he would pull his mask down when he was speaking inside the house, I ended up coming out front and asking him to please leave his mask on when inside, to which he responded “uh, OKAY” in the rudest voice... after that, he acted completely unprofessional whenever asked to pull the mask over his nose when inside, and at the end of their service we ended up asking him to go outside while we gave payment to his nicer colleague because he still wouldn’t wear it properly... he yelled “I HAVE MY MASK ON!” And my mom promptly said “it’s not covering your nose, get out.”For the sake of the health of their clients I hope that WOW carpet cleaning gives this guy a face shield to wear with his mask and a stern talking to AT LEAST. If you want to use this service we suggest y’all tell them not to send David if you worry about Covid.

Superior service from the moment I called to schedule to the moment the technicians left. They took their time cleaning my sofa and were very thorough in their cleaning. They even pointed out a stain on the wood floor under the sofa and cleaned that too! I was certainly WOWd by this company and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This place is quaint and clean. The service is quick. The sauces are delish. They have a lengthy menu. Ive found that the earlier you go the better the food is. We tend to go for breakfast and meat has always been juicy and delicious. When weve gone later in the afternoon the food has been under the heat lamps and good but a tad dry. I love that I can get a breakfast sandwich as well as a burrito. They also have plenty of sodas to choose from and if memory serves they have ice cream too. They do take credit cards but you cant tip on them so bring cash for that.

WOW has never let me down. They always go above and beyond. They are on time and deliver as promised. My tile & grout gets so clean with their special method. I have never tried anyone else because WOW is so good. Highly recommend.

Our interaction with this business was stellar! We needed mold remediation done on our HVAC system. They were quick to send a project supervisor out to estimate and then were able to schedule the remediation in a matter of days, despite all the covid craziness underway.The technicians arrived on time, wore masks/booties/gloves, explained the whole process and worked until 7:00 p.m. so that they would finish in one day. The next day, they arranged for an HVAC company to come out and complete the process by disassembling, cleaning and reassembling 3 HVAC units. The project supervisor then returned to inspect the work and make sure we were totally satisfied.One stop shopping, great service!

We had a plumbing issue in our house and WOW came out and set up fans and dehumidifiers to resolve the issue. They were short on guys but Jeric Flores was able to rip up the damaged carpet and set up the equipment all by himself. Great experience!

The previous tenants had left my propertys carpet in bad shape; they had four kids and pets. I searched on Google, checked reviews, and decided on WOW. Well, I was pleasantly surprised on how very nice and congenial the lady who answered the phone,Wendy, was to me. She assured me that her company would do an excellent job despite the fact I did not have electricity and water running in the house. This definitely helped in my decision making process.I met Cesar and the other carpet cleaning professionals at my home. They cleaned the carpets without my supervision and locked my door on the way out. I met the tenants at the house for the first time and we saw the finished carpet together. It was a huge improvement and I am very satisfied; so much so that I want WOW to do my tile/grout cleaning.Wendy made a follow up phone call to get my feedback. Maybe only 10% of businesses do this and this made me want to use them again as well as recommend WOW to others.

We moved in to a new home that had pet hair all over the carpets. We called Wow Total Cleaning before we moved in with all our furniture. After they finished, the carpets were still covered in dog hair. And not just a little bit, but A TOOOOOON. Literally every inch of carpet was covered in dog hair as if they didnt even clean.I called them to remedy the situation and they made the excuse that its probably the air filtration blowing pet hair in the air. No, because there would be pet hair in the blinds, corners, etc. but thats not the case. It was all over the carpet. Although they offered to come back out, they were going to clean in the same exact technique as they previously did. I mean if it didnt work the first time, why are you going to do the same thing AGAIN?? What a waste of time and money. If youre looking to get your carpets rid of pet hair, I suggest you find a different company because Wow Total Cleaning does. not. work.

Well, I guess my house wasnt as clean as I thought! My wife and I would religiously clean the tile every week and it seemed good. We decided to have WOW clean the grout and it was unbelievable. I couldnt fathom how bad our grout had gotten. We now have them come out and clean the tile on a regular basis so that it doesnt get gross like it did before. Thank you WOW!

Several weeks ago, my wife and I came back home from out of town to find our house ankle-deep in water. It was traumatizing and a lot of our furniture and contents were damaged. My wife broke down and the house was a huge mess.I called Wow Total Cleanings Emergency Hotline and the owner Gustavo immediately picked up. It wasnt some calling center that I had to wait for, it was a direct line to his cell phone which I really appreciated. They offered to come immediately in the middle of the night, but I was working with the insurance claims and so we started first thing the next morning.Gustavo and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up all the water and soaked carpet quickly, then moved all our furniture and contents into a storage unit outside of our house. They setup the fans and dehumidifiers and ran it for the next few days. By the end of it, everything was dry and prepped for the next step of our reconstruction.Overall, I am extremely happy with the immediate water restoration service they provided for this emergency. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and Ive never had an issue reaching them.

They only offered to reschule after we had already moved a bunch of stuff prior to the cleaning. We thought that to be a less than professional way to do business!

Wow!!! That is one word to describe this wonderful company! Our house flooded October 2013 when we got 15 inches of rain. I googled water extraction and this company came up first with wonderful reviews so I gave it a shot. Within 40 minutes of my call they were at my house! They extracted the water from all the rooms, took the baseboards off since water had gotten in my walls, took my nice rugs to clean (at a wonderful price) and had it all going within 3 hours. I didnt understand the extent of the damage that was caused by the water but everything was explained by the manager-who came almost every day- and they showed me the readings, what they meant and explained what it would take to dry my house out. The process took longer than anticipated but they didnt charge me extra! They also had their own people come restore our baseboards once dry, paint what had been ruined and our house was back to normal in a week! I can NOT give enough praise to how professional, kind and honest this company is!!! I actually recommended them on facebook(which I NEVER do) and a week later a friend used them and had the same wonderful experience I did:) Hands down would recommend this company for flood damage & carpet cleaning! Our rugs came back as if they were new!

On Friday May 15th our carpets were cleaned by Wow Total Cleaning. Our master bedroom entryway seemed to be extraordinarily damp following the cleaning, so we placed a box fan over the area before leaving town for the weekend. When we returned on Sunday evening the home reeked of mold/mildew. The harsh odor was coming from our master bedroom entryway carpet. The smell was so potent we decided to cut that potion of damaged carpet out then air out the entire house for 2 hours before we felt it was safe to bring our children (ages 2yrs old and 3 months old) into the home.My wife and I both observed the technicians steam cleaning equipment (wand) leaning against our wall in the master bedroom directly over the damaged area. My wife also observed the technician using a squeegee to drag water across the master bedroom floor toward the entryway. We originally assumed the equipment failed and leaked water causing this damage. I am more confident the technician squeegeed water to the entryway and failed to vacuum it up.I contacted Wow Total Cleaning on Monday May 18th, and a supervisor arrived to investigate on Tuesday May 19th. During the investigation this supervisor found no proof of water damage from ceiling or walls around the affected area. On Wednesday May 20 this supervisor contacted me and explained hed determined the issue was not by fault of Wow Total Cleaning and said You are just trying to get someone to replace your carpet. After such an accusation I requested his manager or the business owner. The manager/owner Ivy Buchanan contacted me on May 22 requesting photos of the problem area. She explained theyd tested the equipment used at my house and didnt find any problems. As a resolution she offered to have a professional install my new carpet for $150, or 10% off for services greater than $200.
