After using independent (one person) cleaners for some time, I decided to try a professional outfit. After reading reviews, I selected The Maids and have been very happy with the level of service and convenience. They do a great job, show up on time (you can even track when they will arrive), send notifications in advance as reminders and always do an excellent job. They bill your credit card and file, so no going to the ATM to get cash. The staff is friendly and accommodating and they dont require the use of any of your cleaning supplies or vacuum. Its not the least expensive option out there, but I do feel like you get what you pay for and Id highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the first cleaning we have had by the Maids of Austin. Our home had become VERY dusty and dirty with my increasing inability to clean well and having two long haired dogs. Team 4 did a great job of making the house look like it did when we moved in. Our appliances look like new again; the baseboards are white again, and I dont cringe as I walk around. My only negatives are that items were not returned to their original place (and I expect this will change as they come again) and the price is high (but you do get what you pay for).
