I was extremely pleased with Steamers, and the gentleman that came out to do the work. Ive used other companies in the past, but wasnt too thrilled with the quality of work or employees... so Ive continued to try new companies when looking to get my carpets cleaned. Well, I will definitely be using Steamers the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Mark did a very thorough job and I didnt get the feeling like you get with most companies... which is get it and get out as quick as possible. He really took the time to do a great job and my carpet look great! The pricing was very reasonable too which was also a nice bonus.

Mark came out to the house yesterday to do some carpet repairs for us and did a wonderful job. And my wife asked if they could do the drapery also.Long story short, they did the drapes, sofa and love seat as well. They are amazing. They will be our go to guys for all our cleaning.

Never thought the carpet could look so good! This is an older home after purchase never thought the stains could come out of the carpet. Had other cleaners come by. Never worked. This was awesome. All stains out looked like a new carpet! Thank you!

Unlike the two reviews from 6 years ago, I didnt have the greatest experience. When I called to schedule, everything was going great! Then, I received a call back asking me when the appointment was. He stated that he didnt write it down and forgot. That should have raised a red flag then but didnt. The day of the scheduled appointment, the time had come and passed with zero contact from the company. 15 minutes later, I get a call and the gentleman stated that he didnt have any help today and if I could reschedule. This is after I moved the furniture to allow ease of cleaning. I told him that it needed to get done that day so he called back a short time later and said that he would be there by 1PM. That time came and went so I called him.... 20 minutes later. He told me that his clock must have been an hour off and that he would be there shortly to which I had to decline because of prior commitments that I intended to keep. They probably do good carpet cleaning. Just like every other carpet cleaning service. Id recommend looking elsewhere first or take the chance of waiting for an entire day, changing plans to accomidate them, and ultimately loosing a day of productivity. Had he called before and said he was running late, no problem. Had he not told me he must have set his clock wrong, hed probably be getting paid right now. Some people should not be called professionals.

This was the best experience I have ever had! The gentleman was not only knowledgeable, but very kind. He did such a great job on my white capet, it looked as new as the day I had it installed. When he left I was so excited, that I spilt my glass of soda all over the entry... Called him in tears and he came back that day, and cleaned it up, with a smile at no exta charge. When they arrived Joe reviewed the cleaning/repair job order. I agreed and showed him the spot in my carpet my cat had clawed and ruined. Joe suggested that he do a patch, taking carpet from a corner under my stair case. I was somewhat reluctant but agreed anyway. The patch looks wonderful, it is in fact undistinguishable! I am amazed. The patch under my staircase is not really visible unless you crawl underneath…so I am happy with that as well. My carpet is relatively new, I am so relived that I am not replacing it. After the repair and the cleaning, my carpet looks brand new. His name is Michael. He was well mannered, and charming calling me “Miss Loretta”. He and his buddy, Gary cleaned my saltillo tile. I had to call several places (3) before I could even get someone who sounded like they knew what I wanted to have done. My saltillo looked so bad, black grout and spotty. It never looked clean anymore. They stripped, cleaned and sealed the tile. It is sort of shiney, or I should say glossy now. It looks clean! The boys worked all day. You should be proud of them. There were several carpet coupons in the package. I chose your company after talking with your office lady, even though you were not the cheapest. The lady made me feel like your company was reliable. The guys came, did their work and I am satisfied. I have had carpet cleaners before that were cheaper, they were quick to do their work and did not ask for my approval before they left. In fact I could not converse with them at all. My carpets were in awful shape after several years of use without professional cleaning and several small children. I purchase the 3 room and hallway deal through Groupon. After the cleaning, the carpets looked way better than expected. I didnt think they would get that clean:) Side note: Stain treatment is not included with the Groupn and costs extra but they gave me a deal on it.
