Paid for all the bells and whistles / extras and got a crunchy feeling smelly carpet in return with zero follow-up as promised on-site. All outreach to the service tech, the Austin office, and the New York City based brokerage/call center got no callback. Theres probably a reason I was able to schedule them next day at 9am.
