Johnny was awesome. He squeezed us into his schedule the day after we called. All services were prompt and every service professional that visited our home was knowledgeable and respectful. Sharrod and Darrell performed demo work on a Saturday and did an excellent job!

A friend of mine used the service first and he told me how impressed he was with the professionalism and friendliness of the Team Members and how they worked with the insurance to avoid me paying high costs. I called them out and they came out within the hour. The two techs from Quick Dry were amazing, explained the entire process to me from start to finish and they were able to start work the same day. My bathroom was dry and clean again in no time and my Insurance covered the costs. Use these guys for a speedy, efficient and thorough service, you will not be disappointed!

Never answer the phone. Came removed our ceiling and some carpet. Charged our insurance $3500. There is NO WAY it cost $3500 to remove 8x8 sqft of ceiling and 8x8 sqft of carpet. Didnt even remove all the mold they were suppose to. I had to climb up in the attic and remove molded plywood myself. Never finished the job as they wanted us to pay 40% up front of the repair estimate that they NEVER completed. They are a scam for sure.

Justin the account rep is really professional and communicative. Unfortunately, the mold remediation process did not end successfully but Justin continues to handle the situation extremely well and is happy to do whatever we need to make it right. In the end, thats all we can really ask for as mistakes happen.

If youre looking for someone to curse at you on the phone, this is the place to go!Long story short: I got an oriental rug cleaned a little over three weeks ago. It clearly wasnt clean, so much so that the worker, Troy (nice guy though) recommended other, specialty places to get it done. However, he still asked me to pay. So, since I never had a service like this done, I went ahead and paidFast forward to a couple days ago. After speaking to other companies and actually getting my rug cleaned, they informed me I could get a refund if I was not satisfied. So I called just to see if Nic and his company would refund me. I didnt know if I could or couldnt. Had he just said no, I would have understood. Instead of saying no, Nic yelled at me to the point where I had to hang up.After I hung up, Nic (the owner) began to text me. Now, this is borderline harassment. I explained that I didnt ask at the time because Im a small, young girl and some grown stranger was in my apartment. Not that Troy looked dangerous, he didnt, I just have to look out for myself. Nic thought I was say I deserved a refund because Im 19 and didnt know better. When, in reality, I was trying to get him to understand it would not have been wise for me to refuse payment at the time.Because Nic was rude, I decided to contact google instead. To work with google, I needed an invoice. I called Nic to get an invoice and he said go (bleep) yourselfI personally do not care that much about a refund. I honestly just called to simply see if it was an option. If this guy gets so angry when you ask for one, then he probably desperately needs your business. Based on other reviews, if you have regular carpet floors, this is probably a good service for an okay price.Troy was great, Nic is quite rude and cant understand basic concepts. So, try your best to get any other worker. I hope this review was helpful.

Definitely always able to rely on these guys, they did the flooring in my new condo, and I was more than satisfied. The crew was helpful, tidy, and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Johnny especially was a joy to have around. I would 10/10 recommend these guys to anybody local.

David arrived with a smile on his face and a positive attitude and got right to work. He helped to move some of the smaller furniture and treated the carpet as appropriate and per our discussion. I think I have not cleaned my carpets often enough over the years and there are some areas that are simply stained beyond repair. However they do look much better than they did before and everything smells nice and fresh. A couple of things to note: the carpets are still ever-so-slightly damp in some areas after several hours so the dry in one hour is not exactly accurate. Additionally you should be prepared to do the vacuuming yourself once the carpets are dry because that is not part of the service. The carpet is cleaned but the machine they use doesnt pick up anything. It uses FAR less water (maybe 2 gal total?) and child- and pet-friendly cleaners/deodorizer, which I love. During the cleaning, everything smelled slightly of peppermint. :) I would definitely recommend this service, and David.

We bought a couch (100% polyester) from Facebook Marketplace. After it arrived we realized it was COVERED in white cat hair. Quick Dry Restoration came out the next morning, cleaned the couch to leave it smelling great and dander and hair free! My toddler and I love snuggling on this couch now thanks to the friendly tech that came by our house. So grateful for him and the whole QDR crew!

I am very pleased with the service and work I received from Quick Dry. The first treatment didnt quite get the odor and stains out of my carpet, but they gladly came back out and that did the trick! As someone on a budget, it is slightly pricey, but after trying to rid the stains and odors with other companies and myself, I would have to say that it was totally worth it. Totally nice guys and very customer oriented.

We had scheduled a carpet cleaning service for the first time and feel extremely dissatisfied with the service.Here is why:1. Punctuality: the person who came arrived late. The appointment was scheduled for 3 PM and they arrived past 3:30 PM. This is not a concern by itself however, other points would clear why it felt wrong2. ValueWe were given a quote of 150$ when scheduling the appointment and the person who came changed the quote to about 195$. This felt like a rip off on the pockets as there was so less space to clean given the space occupied by furniture which they refused to move and clean.3. QualityWhen feeling surprised with the high quoted price and still agreeing to do the service,Here comes the service part,The overall quality of the service was very poor. There was trash and dirt in the corners of the room and place dint actually feel clean.On top of this, they were done in even less than 30 minutes for a 2 bedroom and a hall appartment( 1160 sqft approx) carpet cleaning. After finishing, they dint even ask for a feedback and check if everything looked okay and left even before I could review and see if everything looked fine.We are extremely dissatisfied with the service and would never recommend this to anyone.

After a False start, David’s perseverance came through and we found an appointment that worked.Though they have online appointment booking, their schedules can be full, and Austin traffic can be maddening so best to speak with them on the phone.Troy was my service provider and did a great job with my wool Berber.3 rooms done in under an hr. No smells or weird feel afterwards.

We used Quick Dry Steam Cleaning and Nick B was Awesome! Their steam cleaner really picked up all the stains and dog hair! We were not a fan of the quick dry under 1 hr system, does not pick up small debris or dog hair. But they came out at no cost to Steam clean and make sure we were happy. The carpets look brand new now!

David came in with such great energy that even my anxious cat loved him!! His machine to clean stairs was broken, but he cleaned them manually. Nic Cornwell and his crew promised a quality product in our home remodel after our beautiful hone flooded. He had constantly pushed back the finish date and also has changed the payment rates due to (issues that are/were unforeseen) his Manager Tim has been unbelievably disrespectful to my wife and I. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Our house should be finished in the next month they say but there are already parts of the house that are deteriorating. There are cracks in our walls and leaking valves underneath my sink. With every issue we have a new issue we are told by Tim and Nic that these are issues that can repaired at an additional cost bc it is never their fault. I plan to go to the BBB. Do not give this company your money. This has been the most unpleasant few months of our lives. If I could give negative stars I would rate this company a negative 10.

The worst carpet cleaning service I had ever used. I could have gone to HEB and used their equipment. Of course, wanted me to add another chemical to the service plan. Spent only 15-20 min. Rushed the entire time. Placed his equipment in the vehicle and asked how he did. Of course, I felt guilty to tell him the truth but my husband was very vocal about. Nick left a bad taste in my mouth about his company. He even argued and sent texts message to my phone. Very unprofessional Nick. Good luck with your company because this was by far a waste of money.

I used Quick Dry cleaning for the first time Saturday. I actually was searching thru Craigslist and then found them, then went to Yelp to view other reviews before I went with them. Sam did an awesome job with my carpets. I hadnt had them cleaned in about 6 or 7 years, literally. The pet odor and stains are all gone and Sam has a great attitude where it comes to customer service. Hell take good care of you and I highly recommend him!
