My berber carpets turned out WORSE after Kenzo Cleaning Svcs came in - we were SHOCKED at how the owner, Lucky, was so rude and basically told us to reschedule & pay again after charging us a premium. On top of this, he quoted me something over the phone but sent me an invoice for a higher price. So shady! According to other professional carpet cleaning companies, Kenzo Cleaning did not extract enough properly and/or added too much product on our berber carpets. This is a very inexperienced owner who is only concerned with getting $$ and not providing a good service. BEWARE! Since the owner doesnt believe he had anything to do with providing a poor service, let me show you a side by side of KENZOS CLEANING SVCS vs. PEACE FROG CARPET CLEANING (whom I called today to fix the issue that Lucky of Kenzo did to my perfectly good carpets). Thank goodness there are companies out there that can fix the poor workmanship of bad companies!
