We had the best time on the boat!! Got to play our own music, slide off the slide, jump off the deck. Our captains were so accommodating and it was so easy and seamless to go. Could not recommend this more

We rented a shuttle and double decker with ABT for the 4th. We all had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. Our bus driver was very nice. We also loved Captain Mark, he was great.

Came here for my birthday weekend with my cousin, and we had the best first fly boarding experience ever! Franklin was very accommodating in setting everything up for us, and Captain Lee did not disappoint when it came to getting us flying. Will definitely be returning for more fly boarding! Had never had such a bad experience on a boat on Lake Travis before. Captain was straight up rude when we were just trying to have a good time. Did not let us play our own music because he decided to anchor next to his friends boat and had us listen to the other boats music the entire time (which was not our vibe). Refused to move elsewhere. Threatened to charge us more if we left a bad review as well.

I would have given 0 stars if that was possible. It was a bad experience over all.. The boat died as soon as we reached the little devil and we had to wait for a while before getting into the lake and get back on the boat early because we had to get towed back. The captain was terrible with communication, we were completely clueless about what was happening. Either the sound system wasnt good or there was a restriction on the volume, but the music wasnt loud enough. This was my 10th boat party in Austin and the 1st with these guys and trust me it was the worst.. We didnt get any refund but a bunch of excuses. I would recommend not using their services.

Very pleased with our boat rental to celebrate my sons 13th birthday. Santos was an awesome Captain! We look forward to using Austins Boat Tours again.

We got a 95 degree party limo bus that we paid for to have AC. 14 girls in a bus with no windows (two who are PREGNANT) when we called the owner to simply let him know the AC didn’t work and we were all absolutely miserable, he was so mean. Like it was our fault. His only way to fix it was to offer us ubers when we were 5 min away…..he said he was so angry he needed to call to talk about it another day.Mind you, In the agreement when booking the boat it says Limo bus would have COLD AC.When he called he said that the we shouldn’t have brought pregnant girls out in the Texas heat, it was just as hot in the water and that it was essentially our fault. Such an unprofessional way to handle the situation.

Our group did not get to go on our rental because our organizer unfortunately booked for the wrong day. Obviously, no fault at all of Austins Boat Tours, but the lady at the desk kept asking new people who showed up if they were part of the group that booked on the wrong day, instead of just asking what group they were with. She did this multiple times while we were trying to figure out what to do next. It was rude and unnecessary and exacerbated the situation.

Angel and Steve made our experience at the lake one that my family will will never forget. Angel was such a professional from getting us booked on short notice to making sure that we had everything we needed to make our trip as comfortable as possible. Steve was the ultimate captain he took us out to the best spot, cooked for us, got us back safe, he was AMAZING!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that wants a memorable day with family and friends.

Expensive for the boat service that was provided last week. Boats are not in good condition, tears on leather seats, rusted and worn out. The boat we rented died and we couldnt explore places until help came for. Overall poor experience with the service.

The best of the best our Captain Jeff was amazing. He cooked all our food to perfection and was like family. The manager Franklin accommodates your every need . I must say this was the best party ever. I truly love them thanks Austins boat tours

We were out with them yesterday and despite the slight rain we encountered we had the best party ever! I would definitely recommend this company if you want to have an awesome Bachelor party on Lake Travis! Great people and had great time! They are available when other places werent. Did the flyboard with our awesome instructor Johnny. He was very patient and got both of us newbies in the air! Definitely recommending to my family and friends! Ask for Johnny!

Captain Lee was great and helped make my bachelor party on beautiful Lake Travis an amazing experience. Rented the Owtta Control party boat. Easiest rental experience I have ever had, everything can done online. Make sure to rent at least two weeks in advance, weekend reservations fill up fast during the summer and fall months.

I rented a jet ski this past weekend, and had a blast! Angel is just that...an Angel. If youre looking for a very smooth boat renting experience, I totally recommend Austins Boat Tours. I couldnt have asked for more! I will definitely go back for my next boat rental!

Captain Jeff, took my wife and I out on a sunset sail. It was amazing! We were on a boat that could hold 20+ people, so I was worried that he wouldnt want to make trip for just two people, but nope, he was glad to take us out. Jeffs relaxed attitude and friendly demeanor made for a really enjoyable evening. We got to bring our own drinks, champagne for us, and Jeff let us play our own music on the boats audio system. I couldnt have asked for more. I highly recommend this for couples looking catch a beautiful sunset on the calm relaxing waters of Lake Travis.

Austin Boat Tours is a great company to work with. Angel and Austin are very friendly and I highly recommend you use them for all of your boating needs on Lake Travis.

I didnt like having to pay $10.00 for parking. They should have put it on their website. Also paying the tip before the trip was not right. All and all the time was great.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. They were 45 minutes late to pick us up. As advertised, we were promised a working fridge and kitchen, however nothing worked. We were also promised a grill which didnt work and had black sludge in it that splashed all over our belongings. Most disturbingly is that there were ants that took over the inside of the boat, which ruined all of the food that we purchased. The entire staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when I detailed some of my troubles, and refused to return any of my calls. There are tons of other options on the lake, so keep searching and stay away from this sham of a company at all costs.

Angel handled what could have been a bad situation with grace and kindness. If youre ever in Austin and looking at going out on Lake Travis, please keep them in mind!
