We protested finding a bat in our principal room. Like by far most, we were so pushed and required this fixed. Wildlife Removal Austin was responsive in this way instructive. Amazingly content with their work. Their entire team was very friendly. We would emphatically endorse them to anyone having bat issues....!!!!

I called and they were at my house in one hour, I had a raccoon in the attic above my bedroom. Rick set traps and got the raccoon the next day. They repaired the gable vent that the raccoon got in from and replaced all the soiled insulation. Very professional and good work!

We found a pretty sizable shed next the house today, so I emailed over a picture of it in hopes of getting help identifying it. Within an hour, David responded, identifying the shed as a rat snake. Super helpful - thanks!!

We had a problem with raccoons that were getting to our home through a hurt stack shield. their staff showed up quickly, perceived the issue in the blink of an eye, and presented a solitary course entrance. They fixed the damage only a few other expected paths. They were lively, profitable, learned, and unimaginably neighborly. I wouldnt extra a second to use Wildlife Removal Austin again or evade them to others.....!!!!

This is a great pest control service if you are looking to get rid of rodents permanently. I had rats that got into my attic and were making a huge mess. They came right out and trapped all the rodents, sealed off my attic so no more critters could get in there, cleaned up all the droppings, and have very good communication during the entire process. The one thing I wish was better was the warranty is only for 1 year and their price was more than another pest control company I called but that company did not do any repairs. In the end, I am happy with the service and Mike is a rock star in my book, thank you!

I had my initial doubts but the quality service that they provided was great! The results are quite amazing, they were able to remove the squirrels from our home in under 2 days. I cant even thank them enough because the service was worth every dollar. Thank you.

Not worth the time they NEVER answer their phones.. once I did get through they had no clue on how to help or who to call for the right help.. useless service.

I am never the type to leave reviews but I felt it was warranted in this situation. No one ever answers the phone but once They did they finally got me through to their team. What a team! This whole experience was very disorganized a bit untraditional to say the least, and downright disappointing. There’s a right way and a wrong way to run a business and the owner is expressing the wrong way to operate. I’m a paying customer and should have been treated professionally from the start. Very unprofessional.

Our hotel was having a persistent problem with a raccoon getting into the rooms. Problem is that we had not the slightest idea of where he was getting in and how he was getting back out. We just could see damaged areas in the realms each time.The first three companies we called were of no help at all. One told us that wasnt the kind of service that they provided, and the other two said it would be at least a week before they could get out to us. That wouldnt work considering we can have raccoons living inside the hotel rooms. What effect guest found?After talking with Mary she told me she would send out Becky and Amanda. They came out later that afternoon and spent about an hour rummaging around the hotel. They found like 11 spots the raccoon was using to get in. I couldnt even imagine finding those spots on my own. It was amazing that they were able to do that.They did not capture the raccoon itself, but told us that since it was not located by them that it was likely outside already. They helped repair the spots and sprayed around the hotel to keep the raccoon away. That has seemed to work. No sightings since. These two were really great in this company is really great. A super job for sure.

Came and got my rid of my squirrel problem the same day. Super fast and effective!

I have now worked with Wildlife Removal Austin for almost a week on what started as just a raccoon problem. Mike has been just amazing. He has now trapped and remove a big opossum, two raccoons, and several rats. The communication is great and hes always on-time. They really know what they are doing, I highly recommend them.

I was cleaning my yard and I found a snake skin. I tried to ID snake skin by myself but I found out it is not so easy. I found David and I emailed him some pictures. Within few days I received an email. It was a rat snake. Thank you David for helping me ID my snake!

I called this number in search of services. Their advertisements are very misleading, the woman that answered the phone seemed confused but direct and pushy like I was wasting her time because she had other More important phone calls waiting I guess. That was the beginning next thing I waited home for our scheduled appointment and nobody showed up. What a complete waste of time and effort on my end.

This service was of no help whatsoever. I didn’t know they don’t handle dogs but there’s no reason to get hostile over the phone. The arrogance is ridiculous. Very rude.

Horrible company been calling for three days and they dont even have the decency to call back and say they are booked. DO NOT USE!!!!
