Service date is unpredictable. Phone service is okay. After 3 requests and 3 polite false promises, they have not provided chemical information on their product. I feel strongly that I have a right to know what strangers with chemicals are putting in and around my home where myself, my pets, and my children are intimately subjected to!

My friend gifted me a mosquito fogging as a housewarming gift, and it was incredible! Everyone at my housewarming party was able to comfortably hang outside without getting eaten up. Such a great idea for a gift! I didnt even have to be home for them to get into my yard. I came home to a noticeably bug free environment, and it was bliss!

Some roommates and I moved into my parents house after my pare hes moved to another state. As we were in the process of getting rid of 2 mattress sets one of my roommates started to become concerned about visual traces of bedbugs(although no one had been getting bit). We even found and live bug and a few bug casings.Sarah came out the same day and did an inspection. She very quickly reassured us that we, in fact, did not have bedbugs. She identified the live bug and casings as carpet beetles and reassured me that we would be a be to easily get rid of them on our own. She mentioned that if we felt a need for treatment she would be happy to do so but that there did not appear to be an infestation.She was extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable on different insect species.I was worried bf the visit of a company using our fear of bedbugs to their advantage and scamming us into expensive treatment. Our experience with Sarah couldnt have been farther from that.We kept her contact info and she will be the first person to call if we ever need pest control services.I highly recommend this company and Sara.:)

Great pest control company! Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Techs are professional and happy to follow up until the problem is solved. They really work hard to resolve pest control problems thoroughly and efficiently. They even have dogs on staff to do bed bug inspections-very cool!

This 5 star review is 100% because of Xavier Anderson, the pest technician for this company, who has been doing our apartments (Juniper Springs & Le Montreaux) for quite some time. He is one of the most hardworking people that I have ever worked with. He complains about nothing & no matter how many units he has to do.. he does it WITH A SMILE. I have been in the leasing industry for almost three years, have encountered many different vendors and Xavier STILL sticks out most of all. The front receptionist does not communicate the way she needs to. The managers and corporate office of the company are pretty hard to work with and take many hours to even days to get task down when they say they will. Xavier is the light at the end of the tunnel FORSURE!

Pest management has taken care of all of our needs on a large scale. Maghan is so professional and set us up with a weekly contract. Anything that our company needs they are able to provide and take care of it. Thank you Pest managment and staff for all you do! Best service ever!

If only I could give 0 stars.I filled out an online inquiry to get information. I requested that they email me. They did not. Instead they call me and leave a message. Im the message, Dana offers to set up an appointment on a Monday and to call her back if that works for me. I never called her back. Why? 1) I specifically requested an email. And 2) Im not home on Mondays.Well, today a man shows up and tells my boyfriend he has an appointment with me. My boyfriend thinks I must have forgot to tell him about this appointment and lets the man go ahead and do pest control.I call Dana to ask her why there is someone at my house without an appointment confirmed by me and performing a service I did not agree to. Danas response? Someone set up an appointment. Yeah, Dana, YOU set up am appointment that I didnt agree to.

My experience with Pest Management Inc. has been excellent. My representative, Maghan Rodecap has been extremely helpful to me. Her knowledge and expertise is outstanding. She was very thorough and detailed in her analysis of my pest problem. I have been very satisfied with the service, recommendations and pricing I have received from Pet Management Inc. and Maghan Rodecap.

Pest Management Inc. installed bird netting on a large canopy for us. The owner Brian DiCicco and his team were very prompt, professional and efficient in their work. The Service Technicians Alex Moran, Jarmon Willis and Robert Douglas were all very friendly and incredibly dedicated in the process of completing this extensive and complicated bird control project. I look forward to working with Pest Management Inc. in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with pests or birds in their homes or businesses.
