Better Home Texas redid my parents shower making it accessible for my mom. My dad is 93 years old and I was so impressed how patient everyone at better home was with him and going above and beyond in answering his questions and making sure he was comfortable and understood the remodeling process being done in his home and keeping me in the loop as well with regular communication. We were under time pressure to get it done and they were very responsive and made their shower so that my mom could be bathed while in her wheelchair. The owner and one of the installers commented to me at different times that they like to think of their customers as they would their own family and that was obvious in the care they provided and the job they did. The shower looks great and I appreciate having a safe place for my parents to bathe and the overall great experience better home provides. Thank you!

Better Home remodeled one of our bathrooms to make it ADA compliant for my elderly father. They had a good selection of products that were reasonably priced. The completed project is excellent! The bathroom fits our needs perfectly. Better Home kept in contact with us throughout the project. They were great to work with.

Did everything go perfect with my kitchen remodel? No. Would I recommend this company over any other kitchen remodel company I’ve ever used or have met? Absolutely!This global pandemic has impacted every aspect of our lives including manufactures supply chain, shipping and certainly the health of workers. All of these issues affected our kitchen installation - pushing back our original timeline and installation. Things are out of everyone’s control these days! The way Better Home reacted with transparency and concern for my family is why I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Our kitchen is great- new cabinets, backsplash and most importantly my wife is happy!

We hired Better Home to renovate an upstairs bathroom in our home. They got rid of the old bathtub and plumbing and removed the moldy tile that was cheaply installed by the builder 10 years ago. They installed a wonderful shower with sliding glass doors, bench seat, and shelves. Its absolutely beautiful and my 15 year old daughter absolutely loves her new shower! Michelle was great to work with. We had entertained 3 other bids but after spending time with her we hired Better Home on the spot. The Better Home bid wasnt the lowest but it certainly wasnt the highest. Michelle helped us with a vision for the shower and her crews executed it wonderfully and efficiently without disrupting our lives. Michelle stayed in touch throughout the entire process to make sure everything was going smoothly. We highly recommend Michelle and Better Home. We will certainly call her again for future renovation needs.

I am extremely happy we chose Better Home to remodel both of our bathrooms. Michelle, the owner of the company, contributes a very personal touch to each project they do.Tomas and Zach were professional, knowledgeable efficient and went above and beyond what was required of them daily. They ran into a few hiccups, but they fixed what Milburn Homes didn’t construct correctly 35 yrs ago without any problems.My husband and I are really happy that we found Better Home, they have a great reputation and are priced well. One of the things I really liked was that they did not get started with the remodel until ALL of the components for our bathrooms were in their storeroom, thus completing both bathrooms quickly. A few months ago Better Home remodeled my bathroom and every time I have walked into since then it makes me smile. I had saved for years to get the walk-in shower of my dreams and not only did the shower turn out wonderful the whole experience from my first phone call to the sale to the installation and follow up was wonderful. Michele the owner called and stopped by to check on the guys who were friendly and professional and make sure I was happy and getting the shower of my dreams- I did thanks to them.

We hired Better Home to resurface our brown cabinets to white shaker and the cabinets look great. They kept us well informed after the order was placed, up through installation day. The installers were well-skilled, friendly and polite. They cleaned up each day as well. Overall, very happy and would recommend this company.

Better Home installed an onyx shower for my mom and she loves it and asked me to write this review for her. The owner made the effort to stop by during installation and kept mom in the loop while the shower was being manufactured, shipped etc. Very conscientious installers did a great job and cleaned up nicely. I had big aspirations for my little bathroom and Better Home achieved them all. Unlike any other home improvement I have done before the end result is better than what I expected. The salesman listened to me and literally designed my new bathroom right before my eyes during the consultation. About two weeks later, the installers arrived on time and were great! They cleaned up as they worked and when they were finished my new shower was perfect. They literally ripped out my old nasty tub/shower combo and replaced everything all in one day. I was really nervous about remodeling my shower but it was long overdue. I had tile falling off the wall and mold stuck in places I couldnt get clean. I loved the subway tile look but never wanted to deal with mold and repairing tile again - Michelle (my sales rep) listened to me and designed my new shower with simulated tile that has no grout so therefore no headache. I love it. My bathroom is contemporary, beautiful and easy to maintain. Everyone at Better Home was great - even vacuumed my floors before they finished! (Sharing a picture of my new shower wall because I would never have believed just how good it would look.)
