The online check-in is a hoax. They lead you to believe you have checked in and even recommend when you should show up so you dont have to wait a long time in their waiting room. But they dont actually count the check-in until you show up in person, so you dont save any time by delaying showing up. On top of that, there was something wrong with their countdown timer, and it showed I was supposed to wait 33 minutes. I watched it count down to 11 minutes, then it went back to 33 again. I exited the shop and came back in 20 minutes, the timer was still at 33 minutes and my position in line had not changed. It had been over an hour since I showed up, 1 hour and 30 minutes since the Internet check-in, so I left. I wont be back. Theyre not so great that it is worth being treated like that. I dont recommend them. Its not worth the hassle.

An absolutely unprofessional and rude staff.. They kept on chatting and gossiping while my wait time kept on moving from 1min to 18 min and another 18 min.. there was just one customer inside and I was forced to wait 40 mins.. instead saying one word of apology rather it was “ I dont care” response..they still use wired clippers from stone age in 21st century and wire might might be wrapping around your neck at times..Not visiting this place again.,,

I bring my kids here. The service is great and the ladies are always nice. My son had his hair cut last Friday and it wasn’t exactly like I’d imagined so we called and they had him come back for a touch up- at no charge. They were really accommodating and sweet. We will be back 😊

My stylists name was Vianey(manager also) and she is exactly the reason one goes to Sports Clips to get an MVP (it was Double MVP day) the hot towels reminiscent of old barbershops on the face while getting your hair washed and conditioned(nobody wants hair in your car after) but that was a real reason to go back: professional, felt taken care of and refreshed.

I was excited to get a haircut after long quarantine and this is what i got from a professional HAIR STYLIST at this place. If you like to have the same haircut then go right ahead.

I’ve come here a long time and a lot of times there are unreasonable wait times when you schedule online and they tell you when to come, the stylists seem to be chit chatting all the time, many times I’ve gotten small bald spots and they go WAY too overboard sometimes completely over looking what I sometimes ask for. Sometimes there’s a very uneven hair line and it’s all Willy nilly.

I hesitated on posting the review because at first I was OK with my haircut but after a three days, I am very unhappy with it.First, I asked for a bald fade but to leave ALL length on top. My hair was cut and faded - meaning it was basically just shaved up to my crown bald and that was it and then she proceeded to cut more than two inches off the top.I was thinking that maybe she had an idea I didnt etc...Well now three days later, my crown in the back of my head sticks straight up like alfalfa because it does not have any length to keep it down and I have a definitive line all around my head where the fade was not done properly with a giant hockey puck of mismatched hair on top.Its hard to find a good barber and its even harder to find one that truly listens to you. I wont be back.

They are all professional, friendly, polite and experienced. Robyn is my favorite and she is such an asset to Sports Clips. Here hair cuts are always precision perfect and goes out of her way every time to make you feel like you are her most valued customer. My first experience with Sports Clips came about one year ago, after we moved to Austin from the Hill Country. I can best sum up my opinion of this business with one word - OUTSTANDING. The Trails location has been the best, and you can tell the staff is well-trained and eager to take care of their customers. Nancy and Robyn are not only very good at what they do, but they really make me feel more like family than a customer. My sons and I recommend the experience to anyone who would like to really enjoy getting their hair cut.

New clients to this establishment. We signed in and waited to be called. Stylist called MULTIPLE names who signed in online, no one was there. We were next in line to be called then several people came more than five minutes late after their names were called by stylists. All of these people were given priority over those waiting inside shop. Bad business practice to take late clients over people waiting. We won’t come here again.

This was my first time at any sport clips and I was very pleased with my hair cut. As soon as I came in, I was called in and got my haircut done in about 20 minutes. The girl who cut my hair did a good job, but kept advertising their shampoo the entire time. I am pleased with my hair cut overall, and I might make this my main location for future hair cuts.

Ive been to 3-4 different sport clips locations and Ive never had a bad experience at one. The location in the Trails at 620 is not exception.Wait times are usually not an issue, even with no appointment. With the big screen TV and free Wifi, the wait seems relatively short.Ive not had my hair cut but the same person twice, but that doesnt seem to matter because each time my hair is cut exactly as I want it done.Need a haircut? If youre in the 4 Points area, give Sport Clips a try.

This was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I called before and asked how long the wait was. They said 10 minutes but in 15 minutes there would be zero wait. As we walked in we saw about 7 people in front of us and we walked up to the counter and they said the wait is 20 minutes. When it was our turn we asked told them specifically what to do. They did the opposite of it. We asked them to keep the side burns medium length. She cut them all the way off. She didnt talk the whole time and tried to get us to buy $11 hair gel. She ended up taking 3 minutes to cut my hair. My hair looks terrible now and I cant take a hood off of it without everyone laughing.

Worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. I had asked her to give me a 4 on the sides and blend the top. She had given me a 2 with the clippers on my left side and didnt even touch my right side of my. She didnt even touch the top of my head. My neck line was completely messed up. I had to go to great clips where they tried to salvage my hair and did a much better job. I would not recommend.

Ive been here dozens of times. Its the best place to get your hair cut in the Four Points area. Some stylists are better than others, but theyre all decent. The MVP is worth the up-charge.

So he had it re/cut... so we went home after I got out the shower I noticed I had a bunch of long hairs...
