Christina was very attentive to my needs and helped keep me informed. When I came to pick up, Christina was not available so Brittany stepped in to help out. She was super helpful and friendly. The entire service staff at Audi South Austin was amazing. I will be coming here for all my service needs from now on!

Experience with South Austin Audi has not been very good with servicing. What you expect from a luxury car franchise is at least a quick & immediate response to the emergency repair needs. All of a sudden, my cars (Audi Q7, 2018) AC stopped working late last week. Called Audi service and the response from them is very poor to say the least. I called them on Friday, they dont have a spot to check for the problem till next Wednesday. And after checking, they will know how many weeks they will be keeping the car to fix the problem. This really shows there being a big difference in the promises being made for the world class service at the time of sale Vs what happens when there is a real need. And we are talking about Audi! This is not some superficial fix for which I can live with for couple of days. Texas summer is not something I can withstand with small kids in car without AC. It would have been much better if Audi gives loaner for such situations (as again promised at the time of sale). The response I got when asked about loaner: you would need to wait for at-least 3 weeks if you need a loaner. This is not Audi by any means! I have had very good experience in the past with same company at different place.

The pricing was straight forward and the interest rate they offered was competitive. Excellent customer service at Audi South Austin! Getting an appointment was easy and there were plenty of email and text reminders. Christina in the service dept greeted me upon arrival and made the drop off process easy and quick. My loaner was ready and she went over a few things and I was on my way. My car was ready sooner than expected. Christina kept in touch with me through text to keep me informed of my car. I highly recommend Audi South Austin and Christina!
