I’m a stickler for good service. Efren took the the time to reach back out and make sure everything went right after having my vehicle repaired. It was refreshing to see a business follow up and put forth the type of quality control and effort he put in. Efren took time to explain everything to me and was respectful and courteous.

Got an oil change 1.5 months ago and just popped the hood to discover they did not put the oil cap back on my car after c hanging the oil. My car has been unknowingly leaking oil all over my engine! Not only did I wait over two and a half hours for this service, they didnt put the oil cap back on and didnt properly align and balance my tires. Never going here again!
Service advisor John Jarvis was excellent. My 08 Sierra started having electrical problems and I was expecting a pretty big bill but I wanted to bring it here because when it comes to the wiring, I wanted only a GMC tech to look at it. I informed John that I am on a tight budget but need my truck fixed. He gave me a list of options to fix it allowing me to choose the the cheapest one which got the job done and didnt try to upsell me a bunch of other parts that arent necessities and then claiming I need them like some shops have done to me in the past. Thanks again John for getting me in and out and to the tech who fixed my electrical wiring. Definitely will be back if I have future issues.

Long wait times and poor scheduling. The service options for lifted trucks with wheels and tires are also limited. Keep that in mind if you are getting the extended maintenance plan through them if you plan on lifting your truck
