Ive been an Allstate Vehicle Insured customer for over a decade with Evelyn Murphy, Allstate. Most recently they inquired about looking into my home owners insurance and comparing against my current provider. Kendall Rhodes, headed absolutely everything. She was attentive, responsive, professional and ultimately was able to increase my coverage and lower payment by 50%. Im not one to traditionally make quick decisions based off my insurance, but Kendall made the process fluid and an easy decision as well as orchestrated everything from the cancellation of my current to the initiation of my new through my mortgage company. We have now been with Allstate for over a year. We originally chose Allstate, and our specific agent, due to good reviews and for the overall savings we received in our bundled policies. Recently, I experienced an auto accident that required me to file a claim. Allstate handled all aspects of the process professionally and responsively using what seems to be a more efficient, newer procedure. So far, were very satisfied with Evelyn Murphy and the Allstate team.

The agency seems to be ok. I just seem to have a lot of problems with different Allstate agents calling me even though I am already with Allstate. It is getting irritating. What bothers me most is that my agent asks me to waste my time to give them the information about who called me. Seems a bit backward, they should know who their customers are so their own agents don’t call existing customers. Also their IT system seems to be screwed up when I get my auto insurance bill and the email says it is due August 15, but their app says it is due September 15.

I have been so impressed by Evelyn and her team at Allstate now for several years.. Her communication and care for her clients is outstanding, personal, and truly first-class. She has always offered an honest sense of where and how I could save money and get the coverage that I truly need (not what she wants to sell). But most importantly, when I did have a problem and a claim to submit -- she was there for me and my family immediately. With the most recent storms in Texas (2/21), I was the first among all my friends and family to have a claim filed. And this is due to Evelyn and her team. These folks are true professionals -- with a heart.

Very dishonest ! After weeks Allstate agree to refund me money, other then my due, they took out of my bank account, I have direct withdraw, but that office took back a couple month later. $98 that I don’t owe is a lot of money for a school bus driver, I’m past 60 and was going through cancer didn’t have in me to fight back .i feel sorry for them and the way they lied to fit their claim

Moving from NYC to Austin was hectic enough but after a ton of research and speaking with Lisa at the Evelyn Murphy Allstate office, I got the lowest price around. Lisa is awesome and so attentive and fast in her response to the paperwork or even returning a phone call. I actually had a house fire and Evelyn went out of her way to make my insurance experience the least stressful possible. She and her staff are wonderful. Since my house fire was part of a condo building that burned down, I spoke to several other condo owners about their insurance experience at the time. After a bad experience with State Farm, I began shopping around for an insurance provider that I could trust to act in my best interest. I know, I know, that very phrase seems like an oxymoron, but I believe Ive found that with Allstate.Michael, the Sales Associate that helped me, went about ten extra miles. I didnt know what I was doing, really, which is kind of scary when youre talking about 6-month-long commitments and hundreds of dollars. I never had written a review of any kind in my life, but this one I can’t pass. Evelyn Murphy will go far and beyond of her duty to aid her client in any type of situation regarding insurance. In my case, I had a minor car accident 8 months ago: A nice Monday 8 o’clock in the morning as I was driving into the parking lot where I work, a car pops up out of nowhere backed into the rear of my car.It was my first car accident ever in my life, no one got injured except a dent in my car and her car with inks on it and scratches. I did not file a police report with confidence that the woman would be helpful and in repairing. As it turns out that this woman not only did not help, she called my insurance to file a claim blaming me that I “sideswiped” her car as I was driving too fast, and “I hit her car.” Later, the woman changed her story by lying to her insurance again she wasn’t involved in the accident.Evelyn Murphy has been there for me throughout the process, patient and responsive to every email chain, she even went far and beyond than my own insurance adjuster by drafting a transcript of the woman’s call so I could prove that woman has been lying to both insurances to get out of financial responsibility. I am truly grateful having Evelyn Murphy as my insurance agent, it goes without say that the review record speaks itself of her loyalty and dedication to each of her client. I would highly recommend Evelyn Murphy to anyone who need insurance with 5-star service.
