I have been working with Mike Hammer’s Allstate office for over two years now. The service and rates are exceptional! The very first time I called his office, Mike answered the phone personally and addressed all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and down to earth guy. Obviously a great leader because everyone in his office is helpful and professional. I recently connected with Andi and she has been a Godsend. It is like having my own personal insurance agent! She is knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions that I have or quickly address any of my needs. I am always super thrilled to support a locally owned business. This office has earned my trust and loyalty.

Overall customer service is pretty bad, agents treat you like a number and couldnt care less about your concerns. They spam the heck out of you with marketing emails and then when you call them for something its like your disrupting their day. I wouldnt recommend this business

Great when I had a claim walked me through everything, saved me money when i switched, and keeps in touch to make sure my policies change with my life and circumstances.

I have been with Allstate since around 1996. I think I had them before that as well but change agents so my time with Allstate has been a while. I find that when I need help with a payment or a policy change or something that requires help, they are always there to help. When ever I had a claim it was short and easy as it should be. If you are reading this review and trying to decide on an insurance agent or company, this is the right place !

I cannot stress the importance of having the right team in place for that time in life that you need it the most - a family emergency. We have had it with damage to our home and vehicles. Allstate and in specific, our agent Mike Hammer handled it like a pro and we didnt have to do anything but wait for the repairs to happen. We have been with Mr. Hammer for over 20 years and his disposition, availability and above all, his honesty has been the same throughout all these years. I truly feel like family when I step into his office. Thank you for all you do.

Not thrilled. Weve been with Allstate for 10 years with Mike as our agent. Fortunately, weve never had issues that involve filling claims up until this week. We had a damaging wind storm, so i called him up to see what we needed to do next. We didnt get an answer, and when someone called us back finally over 24 hours later, it was to peddle a life insurance policy. No mention of the severe storm or subsequent damage to our home.Good to know that if you ever need him, Mike will be there -- with his hand out.

Mike Hammer and Associates have been excellent insurance agents which is why I have been with them since 1992.

Couldn’t transfer our polices over to this Allstate office/agent because we needed life insurance. What an insurance gimmick!
