I love that whenever I call this office, a person picks up the phone and answers my questions right away. I dont have to talk to an automated directory or leave a voice mail. Weve been insured with John Kirk for 15 years and have had great service the whole time. They have helped me with a car accident and roof damage and have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

This has been nothing but an aggravation since I acquired a policy with State Farm. Twice now their system has messed up the automatic draft for payments, causing me to provide my information over and over repeatedly and having to double charge for a month in advance. Not a good way to make an impression with a new customer. Ive had no issues like this with other insurance companies.
