BUYER BEWARE! This is a terrible agency with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They will not return your calls or emails. When you call them, they are rude and very argumentative. I was an autopay customer for YEARS and they cancelled autopay for the last payment, didnt bother telling me, and then sent me to collections for the past payment! I was on autopay for so many years!!! Find yourself another agent, this one is a waste of your time and money. Allstate isnt a bad insurance company, this agent is a terrible agent and not worth your time! RUN AWAY AND FAST!

They are very EASY to work with. I am always on the go with work and kids so it is refreshing to get fast, responsive service at an AFFORDABLE prices. I learned to shop around for insurance coverages and they are still the most affordable in my area.

I have not had to file a claim yet, but the price that I pay is worth the coverage I need. I am sure if something where to happen and hopefully it wont I will be taken good care of.

Ive had 2 claims with Allstate and both times were simple and so easy that its almost unrealWith so many insurance companies reaching outIm reminded on why I choose to stick with Allstate

Not very happy with Allstate, our home was hit hard with the weather in Feb, communication on this issue has been slow to null and still no resolution, parts of the damage is still in disrepair. Thomas and his team have been great on the phone but the claim process has terrible.

After being a State Farm customer for 20+ years I have been extremely satisfied with Mr. Hopson and Allstate.I am literally saving about $100.00 a month on my two vehicles and renters policy vs what I paid State Farm.Everything is easily accessible on line and auto draft makes it even better.

Thomas Hopson is a great employer and I can hear in the voices of his employees that the environment in which they work in is filled with happiness and calm. They are a great group and I would not change again for anything.
