Great customer service!

I enjoy knowing that I have full renters & car insurance w/ Allstate. I very recently had a bad experience w/ my car insurance, finding out the hard way that roadside assistance was NOT included in my car insurance but it wasnt bad enough for me to leave them. Overall, Im a happy camper. 🤗

Nice people they go off your credit instead of driver record i believe this is wrong

Steven Funk Agency has been very good to me but has yet to buy lunch. I must have bought him like three cars by now as Ive have all my insurance needs met by them! Very happy and will continue to have my insurance (not lunch) needs handled by his Agency.
