I manage a cpl different properties, and I have found that the dbl lifetime warranty comes in handy when dealing with many different tenants. Whenever I have had to have them quote a property, they always take care of it promptly and have a contract ready to sign within hours of my request. They use a higher quality window so the price isn’t bottom of the line, but for the value that’s offered plus the lifetime warranty, I have found it to be more cost effective for my clients. We wanted Simonton replacement windows. We went to their website and found One Window At A Time. All their reviews spoke very highly of the company. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful. We replaced all windows plus a sliding glass door on our main level. Bruce scheduled the installation on the day the windows were delivered to him. Mario installed the windows in two days. There was a lot of cutting to get the new windows installed properly. Mario and his crew were very respectful of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum during and after installation. Everything works as advertised and looks great. After the installation, Bruce came over to our house to inspect the windows and show us again all the nuances of them. The screen door was to short (Simonton’s error), so Bruce is ordering a new one for us. We couldn’t be happier with the end product! Thank you Bruce for your attention to details!!

One Window At A Time is one company I would recommend to anyone. The day started with the install crew arriving on time and went straight to work. I was amazed at the great care taken for existing framework around windows making note that some of the framework would be hard to replace since it is such an old house. Bruce made stops to review work being done then took the time to explain in depth the use of windows and warranty. Chris, the lead, ran a very tight ship and took the time to explain the work that had to be done while installing. It has been a rare occasion for me to have work done in my home by such a polished, professional company. From the start when getting an estimate to finish after install, this was a job of perfection.

After we moved to a new house, we noticed that the living room windows were leaking during a rain storm. Replacing windows isn’t cheap, but their quote was reasonable and fair for the windows we were getting; a significant upgrade to what we had. The windows are top notch quality, are custom made to your home, and come with a once transferable lifetime warranty. For installation, Bruce comes personally to oversee and really make sure you’re taken good care of. He doesn’t hire subcontractors, but he has people who work for him directly, and they are good at what they do! On the day of the installation, the workers were on-time, efficient, well-coordinated, skilled, polite, and cleaned up after themselves without a trace. My new windows have worked well to help my home’s temperature, noise from outside, and they look really good. I have only positive things to say about One Window at a Time. Hired this company to replace windows associated with a hail damage insurance claim. Bruce was very responsive and extremely professional. From the very outset he differentiated himself compared to the big window businesses that advertise on TV. Bruce and his crew at One Window at a Time are the best. They are very punctual and the quality of the work done by the crew is some of the best Ive seen. No pricing games as well, Bruce explains everything and then follows through on what he says he is going to do. His crew noticed a manufacture defect (i wouldnt have seen it if they didnt point it out) and where on the phone ASAP to get it replaced. They couldve just installed it and called it a day but they did the right thing and are having it replaced. Ive asked them to give us a bid on replacing all of our gutters (didnt know they did that!) and look forward to working with them again in the future.

From the start, I was comfortable working with owner Bruce Hahn and his crews. He thoroughly explained the features and benefits of the product he wished to install. His attention to detail and patience in answering my questions during the estimate appointment showed me that he sincerely wanted to meet my particular needs.When a delay at the factory due to COVID-19 arose, he notified me and apologized (totally unnecessary as it was beyond his control), and rescheduled my installation for a later date.During the installation, his crew used adequate care while removing and replacing the windows. Given that my home is over 45 years old, I was not surprised when an issue was revealed upon the removal of some of the windows: the existing wood around the opening behind the trim had decayed. After consulting with me, I agreed that it was imperative that we address those issues before reinstallation, and Bruce advised me of the extra expense involved.Once the installation was done, I was thrilled with the results. The windows are beautiful and very energy efficient; they also improved the sound-proofing factor immensely.
