Used services once last year to replace a small window frame. Gave them the right measurements, but when picking up it was to large. Returned back and they luckily had someone there at the time who cut it down to correct size.

Great job replacing an oval cracked glass in front entrance. Very professional and reasonably priced.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company over quite a few years. I have an old home with French style windows with integral muntins, and they have cheerfully cut my old wavy glass so all panes would match. I’ve used them to reglaze other windows and to cut antique hand painted mirrors to size. Recently they made several replacement glass panels with frames for old aluminum storm windows for my grandmother’s home.

Horrible customer service. Had glass replaced and seal failed resulting.in fogged up glass. Owner denies problem. The rudest man I have ever encountered and hope none of you ever have to deal with him. Alert- save your receipts- they work from paper! The customer is never right in dealing with these people !!

I needed 10 custom size glass shelves cut. So I located A touch of Glass. Called them up and setup a time to visit the location. Went over what I needed and the owner helped me select the correct thickness and size.They had the pieces cut within a couple of days. They looked great. One piece was out of spec. So I went back to the shop and had no issues with getting it fixed.I am glad I went with them. The shelves look great. Have some windows in my house that need fixing so I will definitely do business again with them.

I agree with John jiro, VERY RUDE and owner is a bit aggressive with workers, a bit belittling and disrespects his employees in front of customers, everyone else very helpfull and nice including cats. Smh ............

I needed a broken window fixed on the front of my home. When I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to the home in order to measure the window. They were prompt and ordered the window immediately. Everything was going good however they never called me once the window came in, which took 4 weeks. When I called for the 3rd time and asked if the window came in, I spoke to John. He was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. He cut me off multiple times as I was speaking and would not let me explain to him what I needed to occur. It was his way or no way! If you hire this company they are on the higher end for repair cost. I highly recommend that you dont deal with John unless you want to be treated like a little kid or a piece of $h!t.

Had a glass replaced on window. Replaced glass was too heavy and window would not stay up. After a phone call to complain about this, a staff person came to house to make sure nothing was wrong with the ballesters.After a few minutes, the young agreed that the glass was too heavy and agreed to contact the glass manufacture to remedy the problem..He was very helpful and courteous..When I followed up with the company to see if window was ready, I spoke with the owner who was very rude and obnoxious. Claiming he was not aware of this and basically it was not their problem..When window was picked up he stated that he would not have replaced the glass.I will return there and I will not recommend the business

They removed the cracked window in the dining room, and stained small window over kitchen sink. These guys are professional, efficient, and courteous.
