Be Careful!! We bought a toilet and paid for the installation. We walked out of the store with our receipt, toilet, and installation contract. Two months later they call us saying we owe them money! Outrageous! We have our receipt and dont need to be falsely harassed because they dont know what theyre doing! Would never make another large purchase with them.
Word to the wise... never pay Home Depot to install anything. What should have been 72 hours for the install has now turned into 2 weeks. If you call Home Depot they say there is nothing they can do because it is a contracted installer. They gave me the number to the installer (like its my job to find out what is going on) but goes to voice-mail everytime! Feeling very frustrated. They told me it would be here between 10-12 today, but I didnt receive as much as a phone call to let me know they werent showing. At this point I feel like we should have installed the damn door on our own and saved the $130. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. I thought I could trust Home Depot, guess I was very wrong!

Went in on a Thursday and ordered a counter top. Was told they would have the drawing for us to sign off on them. Well the following Friday they dont have the drawings and I feel as though I am getting the run around.
The worst service and worst place to order for carpet, they said 7 to 10 days to get your carpet... Almost a month to have it, please DO NOT ORDER CARPET HERE!!!
