Folks here are fantastic; They helped me locate new brake pads and lights on my sonata.It has been almost 1 month since I stepped foot into the facility, but I owe you a 5 star review for the customer service.Multiple people helped with locating the parts and everyone was very engaged in our Chicago bears conversation, excellent team communication, was a great convo to have.Was wonderful to see the whole store discussing Parkeys goof. The fact this popped in my head, a 1/2 year later, truly shows what a good team can do for your customers.I will be back, thanks again for the great memory and conversation.

I only shop occasionally at AutoZones as Im not a gearhead or particularly handy with cars. Of the ones Ive been to, though, this was by far the best AutoZone Ive ever been to. It was 7pm Monday evening, and my daughters muffler was on the verge of falling off. Auto repair shops werent open when we discovered the issue, and we needed a quick solution to get her to work the next morning before getting the car to an auto repair shop. So, we tried our luck with AutoZone. We were greeted by Luisaniz. We told her of our muffler situation. She quickly directed us to different parts that would solve our problem. Luisaniz then proceeded to the parking lot to take a look at the muffler, got down on the ground, and hooked us up!! I rarely experience customer service like she delivered that evening. Luisaniz is fantastic. Shes helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes initiative. Thank you so much Luisaniz -- you are truly a superb employee!!! Thank you AutoZone - great model to sell the parts and hire employees who know their stuff and are willing to help!!

Always have had a positive experience with them. So helpful. I brought in a lightbulb for my turn signal that I found in my glovebox and was assuming it was the correct one...I didnt even know where when or who bought it or where it came from and wasnt sure that it was even the correct one...Im not sure it was even bought at their store chain.. But they were able to run the numbers located in the bulb and strange enough...it was the incorrect bulb... They located the correct one for me. Although overall I am pleased with their prices I was not impressed with the price on this particular item. They provide some great services and are quite knowledgeable.
