Not happy with this company anymore. Went and rented a power washer to do a big giant house. Something was all over the hose that was yellow came off all over stone. Did not just wipe off. Was informed by the homeowner to pack my stuff up and leave for damaging their stone. I Informed the rental company place that I had just lost $1,000 and a client and their response to me was heres the refund for the machine have a good day. Cannot trust a company that does not check their machinery and cost their clients money. Well never return here again.

Fantastic service, great staff. I drive up from the Springs to buy all my Stihl related equipment here because their service is worth it. Have used them to buy new products and maintenance on my current equipment, their sales and repair staff are both excellent. Highly recommend.

I wen there to refill my propane gas and no one came to attend 2 guys show but they dont ask nothing. Do you need something no at all to bad for small business thas way a lot people go to the big stores like lowes and home depot.

They said they have 3, so I went to get one, I again asked at the the desk if it was rideable, they said yes, I paid, waited for them to bring it out, it was a push one, I mentioned I paid for a rideable aerator, the guy said oh we dont have those.. i got a refundIll never go back

I’ve used these guys for various services and rentals over the years. Frankly, their prices aren’t earth shattering but they do offer a military/veteran discount on rentals and their customer service has been top notch hence the five stars. Great job guys.

These folks did a fantastic job! I have a strange two stroke motor that needed a carburetor cleaning. Not only did they clean the carburetor, but the researched the model and gave me tips on how to better care for it in the future. I will definitely be a return customer!

This is long overdue. But originally brought in my lawn mower for failing mid lawn and then didnt start. They fixed it and then it failed on me again. Brought it back it in and they stated between what I already paid the first time and what would need to be done I might as well buy a new. They refunded what I already paid and scrapped my old one for me. They could have kept my money from the first time but didnt. The first time they even provided other possible places for it to be fixed due there long turn around time. I ended spending no money there but recieved great customer service and they earned my business for any future repairs or rentals I may need.

The staff had no idea what the different sized generators are capable of running. The one they rented me was not powerful enough and their reply was ooh well rent the bigger one next time.Talked to Scott and he made things right, including letting me know the proper equipment for the task at hand. This was the first issue Ive had And will continue giving Scott my business.

Well 1st of all these guys were right on time unloaded everything into my garage and one of them whose name is Gabe was extremely polite and professional and helpful! Their prices of course are great, but when it comes to quality and customer service, to us, price doesnt even matter. These guys go above and beyond and we appreciate that more than anything! This is also a family owned business which I love supporting since my wife and I are also business owners. I spoke to the owner who is actually there at 9 oclock on a Saturday morning which is awesome, great job! He was very polite and very appreciative when I spoke to him about his awesome staff and great equipment.If you want great customer service, great quality equipment of any kind at a fair price PLEASE always use this company, we know we will, every time in the future!

When a company is all about making money off of you, its okay I guess, but please remember to treat your customers with respect. They offer great items to rent at reasonable prices, but I would never rent from them again because of the disrespect they showed. We were at fault and 3 days late in returning an item due to unplanned events and were treated like robbers, instead of valued customers. We have rented from here numerous times and with the one mistake we made, there true colors showed. Thank you for honoring and valuing your customers!

I found these guys online as I needed a 6 table and 14 chairs for my house warming party... I was able to reserve what I needed online and was told they would call me to verify and gather payment. They called about an hour after I placed the online order! :)They took my CC info over the phone, I paid 50%. I went to pick up my stuff a week later and it was SO simple...go in, show ID, pay, go to car and they load it in. In and out in 15 minutes. :) great experience!

I used this service for my wedding. Our wedding venue was located inside City Park at City Park Pavilion. I was pleased with service until my wedding day. I received a confirmation call 2 days before my event. I asked them if they had delivered to City Park Pavilion before, they assured me they had. I advised the gentleman on the phone that I would not be present when they arrived and I needed them to arrive by 2pm since we had decorators that would be there. I was at my wedding ceremony and my tables did not arrive until 3:30. An hour and a half late. When we complained about the late arrival they blamed me since they had sent a text while I was getting married! As a customer I trusted that they had delivered at the venue before since they said they had. As paying customer I trusted that they would arrive on time since they are a professional rental company. The prices are reasonable, but the saying is correct in You get what you pay for. No apology was given and they did nothing to try and make the situation right. At the end of the day, I arrived and my decorators had pulled it off, but the stress caused for them was unnecessary. Be weary when booking this rental service!

I can speak for fact that All Seasons Rental not only has dependable and affordable equipment rentals, but also the best customer service Ive ever witnessed. I can not speak for the old management, but Scott, who is running things now, goes above and beyond.I run a small landscaping and firewood business, and would be lost without Scott and the crew down at All Seasons. If I ever have a question or concern on equipment, he goes out of his way to find me the right answers or whatever I may need. He also never fails to let me know of a good deal: like the buy on get one half off on Stihl chainsaw chains - What a bargain for a guy who cut firewood for a living.These guys are amazing!!!

We needed to rent a weed mower for a landscaping job and was rented a Weed Mower – Little Wonder (white). Pick up for the rental was easy and they were able to work with us. The original one that All seasons was going to rent to us was a no go as another employee stated that the drive shaft was bent and unusable, and that was when we were given the little wonder to rent. When we needed to extended the rental since we werent able to get to the job on the first 24 hours. When we were able to get to the job, there was an issue with keeping the handle locked to engage the self propel. When the person working the job called All Seasons to ask about how to lower the blades as the mower was cutting too high and report the issue with the self propel, they were told oh you have the white one, they should have not rented that one to you. we asked to get a refund on one of the days (ended up being a 2 day rental) but we were told that was not an option. Hopefully if/when we use this company in the future, they can be more upfront with equipment issues we rent.

Its the day before Thanksgiving, and we decided to BBQ for the next 3 days. Didnt want to refill the Blue Rhino (rip-off in our estimation, moving on), decided to purchase our own tank at All Seasons. So at 2:52pm, my wife was driving there. Im on the phone with Thomas, and they said they close at 3pm. I ask if theyd wait for my wife and sell us a propane-filled tank; Thomas says Sure! without any hesitation. Thanks, Thomas! So at this point, 5-stars for going the extra mile for us!

Rented chairs and tables for my uncle 60th birthday party. They were clean and well maintained. The rent price was inexpensive with lot more chairs and tabkes.

One star is one to many! Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Rented from them, returned the item, was given a recite for returning the item, two months later my husband was pulled over because his tail light was out and he was arrested on a fraudulent theft charge! These lieing crooks filed theft charges for steeling the item that they now admit was never stolen! After we paid a $500 bond to get my husband out of jail we went in to speak to the owner Scott about the matter, explained the situation to him and his exact word for word response was cool, coolMy husband has not only spent a day in jail but also missed 3 days of work, so far, and gone to 2 court dates to fight fraudulent theft charges thanks to Scott and All Seasons Rent All of Aurora!

Great place to rent all your outdoor equipment and indoor party chairs and tables. Process are really reasonable and cheaper than other rental places. Highly recommend.

Ive had my lawn mower tuned-up here for years with great results. One time, I had it tuned-up at the end of the season and it would not start up in the spring. Scott took care of it and repaired it at no charge. I recommend them to my friends and if they do mobile snowblower tune-ups, thats where Ill go for sure.

My favorite place to go for tools or equipment l dont have. Rental process is always quick and simple. They always load and unload the car for me.

Recommend you run a secret shopper test with people wearing miltary veteran gear when the 5ft short hair women is on duty, I had my army vet hat on and her attitude was terrible, she refused to reserve an air compressor in October 2018, prior contact with this person with out army gear was much differentPrior service has always been 3 to 5 stars, you may have an issue with an employee

This place is horrible!. I brought in a lawn mower because it would not start. They did get it it to run but it sprays gas all over now and leaks oil, which it never did before. I had it fixed last fall and used it once then and once this spring. I called them and they do not stand by their work. Said it would be full price to fix even though I feel they caused the problem. No more business from me!

Have come in for rentals (Heater, stump grinder, small bobcat, and other odds and ends on separate occasions) and have also gotten my chainsaw tuned up/repaired with them as well.I have nothing but good things to say. Scott, in particular, was amazingly helpful on one occasion with the heater. The prices arent unbelievable, but they are very fair, which helps reassure you that youre at the very least renting a good product--Id be nervous if they were too low. Im not sure if theyre corporate or not, but by the customer service you would never guess; for those of you who have rented from corporate places like Uhaul etc., Im sure you know how horrendous the service can be at those places. Thumbs up to all seasons!
