This is first time Im using any pest control. Jason, friendly service manager, was right on time for inspection and estimation. He explained in detail about the service and the products they use. He was very flexible about schedule. On scheduled day, Json Arrived right on time. Notified me 30 min prior arrival. While applying the pest control around the house he noticed bee nest, notified me and took care of it immediately. Very happy with the service.

Very professional and friendly. We were worried about ticks because of our dog going outside and getting into everything. They took care of the entire yard and even inside the house. What they use is safe for humans and pets. They were very informative and explained each step. Will definitely refer them to our friends.

Michael came out to spray for ants for us. He was thorough with the spray and even explained a few things about his product. It is extremely assuring to know that the person you are paying for a service is highly knowledgeable about the product he is putting on the outside of your home and the inside. Called and was able to get an appointment for the following day. James was 10mins early and explained exactly what he was going to do to get rid of my wasp problem. I have a townhouse and he was able to spot a wasp nest by neighbors gutter so I will be recommending Pest Arrest for him too.

Pest Arrest was able to have someone come out the next day for us and spray for bees that we have been finding in our basement.UPDATE - had them out about a month ago and while the issue stopped for a bit, it seems to have survived whatever perimeter spray the company did. They are coming out to respray; hopefully that takes care of it.

Jason did a great job! He came out to give a free estimate, and then when we scheduled a couple days later, he honored the previous estimate with a discount. He explained what he was doing and how the product worked, and then explained how the warranty works. It appears he and his company stand by their service and are committed to their customers. I like how i got a good “bang for my buck”. He was honest that a one time spray was what I needed for my issue and it would take care of it. That a one time spray a year should do it. I thought it was just the exterior of the house (base, around windows and sofits). It was also the interior as well (he did basement, 3 car garage, and Master Bedroom/bath and upstairs always and little extra). I like how they arent pushy and no contacts.

I decided to call Pest Arrest after finding multiple wasps inside my home and two wasps nests outside. They were able to send someone out to us within the hour that I called! We had flies and mice in our restaurant and pest arrest came out and helped us out! Their products work great it took only one day to get rid of all the flies. Also its been over 3 weeks and we have not seen any mice!
