Orkin was professional, understanding and responsive to our needs from the first phone call. Our technician, Anthony, was very personable and confident...immediately putting us at ease. I am happy we contacted them and would highly recommend their services!UPDATE: On the morning of our scheduled service, I received a call an hour before they were supposed to be here to let me know that the technician was out and they could reschedule our service for 7-10 days out, which is completely unacceptable. I understand that things happen, but they did not care about our inconvenience and were moved to the back of the list. The manager refused to do anything except refund our money. We canceled our contract and found another company that put us at the top priority since we had been strung along by Orkin. I would not recommend Orkin, because if something happens they wont make it right. Much better companies out there!!!

I had a wonderful experience. Was treated professionally. Gentleman wore shoe covers and answered all my questions. Things are a lot better around my house now. Only a few wasps still flying around. Would recommend to a friend.

Our technician is so kind and always catches up with us before getting into business. We’ve been working with him for about a year and see him multiple times a year. He helps keeps the bugs away from inside which is great, I will continue to use these services and hope my technician keeps coming back! 😊

Quick response to a problem with rodents. They also sprayed for spiders and removed their webs. The only downfall was I thought they would spray the crawl space as well but noting inside was done. Might have needed to request.

I actually called them out for some nest/web in my bushes. I needed them identified and treated. Jeff identified the culprit and then focused on my spider and wasp issue. I am very happy with his service and knowledge.

I feel it was not worth the cost of the service. They came out with a can of spray and sprayed in a few areas. I feel there was not a complete inspection like you see in the adds. The technician was very polite.

Orkin handles all creepy crawlies, and Ive been using them for years and have never been disappointed. The bugs stay away! My husband and I moved to from Arizona to Colorado and Colorado is a spider town in the summer. So I called in Orkin. I used them for my house in Arizona and never saw another bug inside my house. Im sure Ill be just as satisfied here in Colorado.

Efrain left our house and I literally wanted to spend the holidays with him. What a sweet man. We moved into our new home yesterday, and before he left he offered to help my husband move a TV. I had to disclose my cancer and with that he told me he would pray for me. He was early to our appointment and helped us get a better deal.

Our technician was very friendly and professional. I dont currently have an infestation (treating as prevention after moving from an apartment with cockroaches) but he made me feel comfortable with the treatment that was performed. I appreciated that there was no smell from the treatment and it is pupper and kitty safe. Fingers crossed that I never see another cockroach in my life

I have had Orkin service my 60 year old house once a month for the past year and have done a great job. They show up when they say, get the work done, and leave the house the way it was. I have seen the insects that use to crawl around for the most part disappear. Only have had a good experience so far !

Everyone has been kind and knowledgeable, but Aurora Orkin is difficult to get in contact with to schedule services, follow-up, and to ask questions. When calling the local number it forwards to the national hotline where they are unable to help me and the representative then leaves a message for the local office to call back. I received an initial email from my representative indicating I could call at the phone number above and the email contains no phone number. I replied to said email with questions and received no response. The instructions to prepare for service are conflicting and there is no documentation about what to expect after treatment or for next steps. They indicated there would be follow-up in 7-10 days and I still havent heard from Orkin after 11 days meaning I need to call them presumably to have the same experience.

The whole experience was very pleasant, friendly yet professional. From the person on the phone scheduling my appointment to the technician, who was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Definitely recommend!

I called Orkin to get an evaluation of my pest situation. They came out in two hours. Anthony Ciddio was professional and did a whole home inspection. The good news is I have flying ants not termites. He explained everything. I did not end up needing their services. But if ever I do, he will be the first one I call. I highly recommend Orkin!

Bill was very professional and complete as he took care of the wasp problem including uncovering more wasp issues than we even were aware of. It’s nice as he closed doors and gates when he was done and explained everything he did while educating us about the issues.

Our Orkin person is Matt. He is an older gentleman that has been servicing our property for at least 8 years. He is always perfect. If he says something is going on then you can bank on it. We thought we were moving a few years back and we stop the service. When we decided to stay at this house we tried another company. This resulted in mice, spider and roach overload infestation. It took Matt and one of the other associates 3 times and everything was gone. Matt always takes time with us to share what the problems are, what they will do and what we have to do to maintain it. He is by far the greatest knight in a white truck ever. If he ever left, we will follow him.He makes this area Orkin lagit!

They performed the usual services. For years we had a dependable regularly scheduled service appointment. Now the headquarters personnel have changed the scheduling. The technician now comes on random days and at random times. After complaining that the failure to schedule in advance resulted in not receiving inside services, even though we had paid for them, we were assured our concerns were conveyed to management, but the problem wasnt fixed. After numerous calls, k now get an email on a Sunday telling me what day orkin has picked to provide me with service. No time specified. The day before the date set firth in the email, Im given a 2 hour window for service. Once again, it doesnt matter if the date and time works fir me, all that matters is what works for orkin. When they dont give the paid fir services, there isnt a refund, its just tough luck for me.

Positive experience, technician was very professional and took his time. Orkin is not inexpensive as far as services go but they do a good job and the preventive aspect of having an annual contract has eliminated 99% of the bugs/spiders/mice we seen year round. It’s been worth it for us.

I called Orkin when we discovered mouse droppings this morning around 11. We were scheduled between 2 and 4 the same day, and we were updated before the tech came as well as throughout the entire treatment process and plan. Not sure on results yet, but if its anything close to their customer service I suspect we will be more than thrilled.

The first person that came to our house tried but really didn’t help the problem at all. I called the company and they were incredibly responsive sending out Roger, Who was very thorough, attentive and fixed our issue! He continued to follow up as well. He was kind courteous and with Covid did very well with masking up and wearing gloves, and booties when in the house. We have signed up with the quarterly service going forward.

Unfortunately cannot remember my technicians name but he was able to get there a little early. Very professional and aware of current social distancing rules. Had just finished placing mouse traps indoors and had moved outside to fill cracks and gaps when I heard a trap snap. So within 20 minutes their bait did more than I’d accomplished in 3 years of trying to fix the mouse problem. Will update review when they come back for the return visits

The service appt was scheduled QUICKLY in a reasonable timeframe (I called Saturday, tech was out by Tuesday due to Holiday). Awesome services at a very reasonable price point for peace of mind. With the bimonthly maintenance and ability to call anytime for any issues whatsoever, this has been a no-brainer. The inspectors have all been great, particularly our regular - Bryce. Always ready and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure were pest-free! For a national company, they give off the vibe of a mom and pop shop - which is a good thing!
