Fantastic customer service. Austin called ahead to let me know arrival time and he was on site exactly then. Very thorough spray and detail, as well as helpful education to what he was using and how it performed. Very pleased with this company and their expert team.

Have recently been dealing with some ants getting into the kitchen. Ryan was very thorough in looking for the source of entry, placing baits inside the home as well as spraying around the house outside. He gave me information on where they were coming from as well as to let me know that if they continue to be an issue after five or so days to call back and he would be out again without a charge.

Ivan did a wonderful job, we needed a spray inside the house and have a young child and a dog he made sure to explain the products he was using and used safe products for our household. He explained everything that he had done to treat our spider issue and even gave an explanation to why we have an influx of spiders about. Very knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

Ivan was a fantastic help. We use Pointe for silverfish, centipedes, and more bugs that love moisture since our home doesn’t have great ventilation. He was extremely professional during his visit, and very knowledgeable regarding what pest control preventive items he chose to use for our concerns. He listened while I explained our issues and provided great feedback in return. Most importantly, he remembered all of my hot spots in my house to where the bugs appeared most. He was SO DILIGENT.. I cannot stress enough, extremely diligent in the entire house AND outdoors to ensure he covered all possible entry spots. He used pest control that is safe for our pet which is great - not to mention, our centipede and bug activity has decreased by 99 percent I highly recommend Pointe and if you get Ivan as an associate, you’ll be very lucky with the great care he takes to get the job done. Tim showed up on time and handled himself in a professional manner. He removed dozens of spiders/webs and also found two paper wasp nests that I had gone unnoticed. The quality of work far exceeds the cost. It’s a good value.

This is my first time using this business. I decided to contract them for the year after reading many great reviews. Recently moved into a new home a month ago and noticed an exaggerated amount of spiders outside the property. Today was our initial visit and Miguel was great! He was very thorough with explaining everything and gave me an update once he was done. No treatment was done inside the house because I have pets that need to be introduced slowly so I didn’t want add any additional stress and he completely understood. Hoping the treatment works for the outside and we’ll see if additional treatment is needed next month hopefully.

We have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Pointe Pest Control! We recently bought our first home and wanted a pest control company to come out periodically to treat both inside and outside our home. A technician will also come out in between quarterly service treatments should any issues arise (lots of ants in your home, wasps/hornets nests appear, etc.). We also opted to have a mosquito treatment as the mosquitos are plentiful and relentless this time of year in our area. We are pleased with the quality of service.All the positive reviews are consistent with our personal experience. The customer service reps are kind, informative, and very helpful. The technicians are also kind, punctual, thorough, and super polite. We will continue to use Pointe Pest Control and recommend others give them a try as well!

Just had our first treatment and was blown away by the experience. I called yesterday around five pm and Jacob arrived at two pm today! I showed him our biggest problem areas and he tackled the rest. The best part is that he was super accommodating with our WFH situation, he called to give me a heads up on arrival and remembered to call before coming inside so my dogs didn’t lose their mind. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing and what else needed to be done short term and how to make sure my dogs didn’t get at the chemicals before they dry (just to be extra safe). Fingers crossed bugs stay gone because I’m very happy with Jacob and team!

Technician was good. We had to call the company back to get them to come out sooner as we had aggressive bees. He was farther away, but agreed to come out sooner. He was able to directly spray the nest, so the bees are already dropping.

Great customer service and great techs that come to the property. We originally called for ants and random bugs. Pointe has a yearly service where they come out quarterly for treatment but will come back whenever there is more activity. Yearly service covers all household pests. Definitely recommend.

Our service was superb once again. Prior to using this service we were plagued by mosquitos, particularly at dusk and dawn. Being outside was extremely unpleasant. Aaron was very polite. He was a new technician to my home. I wish Pointe had better consistency as in years past. He performed quarterly service of spraying for pests inside and out, dewebbing, etc and checked the bait trap for mice per my request. He added copper steel wool to potential points of entry and explained everything he did. My only complaint is that I noticed on my emailed invoice today that they raised their prices and did not tell us. This also happened in 2019 when they had a price increase. Their response back then was that corporate sent a notice out to all customers. We never got anything. It’s a few dollars, which is reasonable. But the fact this is the 2nd time they have raised prices with no warning or explanation leads me to question Pointe’s integrity and honestly to loyal customers.
