They have the know how and, if youre interested in the details, theyll explain exactly what they are doing and why which I appreciate. Ive used Ideal for 4-5 years and they are the best. Just got my annual foundation spray and after they left, we noticed an area where carpenter bees were destroying the deck support posts. They came right back out the next day and took care of it ... as they have done numerous times before. These guys are the epitome of Customer Service, regardless of whether its taking care of my insects or windows. Very happy with their services and even more so with their attitude. I commented to the technician that I didnt want to be a PITA ... calling him back out one day later and he put me completely at ease. He said ... thats what youre paying us to do ... take care of the issues so you dont have to. Wow, who says stuff like that in todays world.

We have been loyal customers to Ideal Pest Control for over 10 years. We receive a call the day before a visit reminding us to close windows and leave pets inside. The technician knocks on the door to let you know they are on your property and are going to begin service. On several occasions over the years, I saw an excess of ants on my deck or stink bugs on my windows. I called them and they were out the same day to respray! Excellent customer service. There is a reason for their longevity!

Weve been using Ideal Pest Control for several years now. With all the woods around us we had a problem with spiders when we moved in, and I am deathly afraid of them. Since using Ideal Ive never seen one inside or out. We havent had any ants or other insects either! Scott is very professional and very friendly. I strongly recommend them!

Joe and David did a great job of cleaning our windows both inside and out...they were right on time, competitively priced and very professional right down to spotless uniforms and a sparkling clean truck! We will have them back next year and will be sure to add gutter cleaning service.

We had the team from iDeal Pest & Windows come out to do our windows this summer. There are several of our windows that were severely scratched in the process and look awful when the light hits them just right. Additionally, they used a large ladder to climb up onto a platform above the front door to clean a window in our entryway. They scratched the paint off of the trim where the ladder rested. Overall the service we paid for was cheap and we now know why.
