The primary reason for my score is thanks to Terminex technician Melissa Tessmann. Melissa has been my long-term technician and her awesome customer service has made her a great person to partner with. I appreciate that she calls a couple days prior to her arrival to discuss the current status of my home and what measures are necessary to address any problems. Melissa has always made me feel like my pest control needs are as important to her as they are to me. She is knowledgeable, her inspections are thorough and she is friendly to chat with. If I ever have any questions in-between my quarterly services Melissa is available via text and responds promptly. Terminex is lucky to have Melissa as one of their technicians. I would recommend Terminex to any friends and family seeking pest control services.

I have no complaints about the technician, but they overcharged me and have not been responsive to my email or calls with the 1-800 service agent. All calls to the local number are routed to the national call center.

Terminix is so easy to work with. I can easily schedule services via their website. The technician communicates with me prior to my appointment so I can share what is needed. I can schedule as many appointments as needed until the problem is resolved.

They made sure all the places mice could get in were covered and sealed - and put in bait traps inside my home.

We have had nothing but issues with Terminix. We used them to do a bat exclusion in our home in August 2020. The technician Sean was wonderful. However after they installed the bat cone, no one called us back to have it removed. I have called on multiple occasions and they have sent out technicians who didnt know why they were there. I called today to schedule and appointment and was told someone would be out for a reinspection TOMORROW...... No one bothered to call and tell me this. I have reached out to several people and I have gotten NO help! All I want is the bat cone removed from my house and the last entry way sealed. If I could give them no stars I would, because I am so upset with the service I have received.

They respond timely to any requests, the staff is friendly and sensitive to my needs and the service technician was knowledgeable and thorough.

I called with questions and concerns, the answer them sent out somebody to look at my situation give me a wonderful quote and serviced my home. We use to get carpenter ants every year due to living near a wooded area. We get the perimeter of the house sprayed and we are ant free. I had used Orkin in the past theyre guarantee was only for 30 days from last treatment. Terminex gave a much better guarantee 60 days. I was blown away by the thoroughness Terminex provides. They gave pictures proving what they did during the treatment. I liked this feature. Terminex performed professionally and the warranty was much better than their competitors. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of Terminex. I would recommend Terminex to anyone needing pests removed from their house. We love Ryan our technician. He goes above and beyond our expectations every single time. He always calls us prior to his visit and informs us of what he did prior to leaving. They said we had mice so we paid to have them put down traps and plug the holes...its been 6 months and we still hear mice...they came out a month after putting down traps and never came back again and they will not answer our calls and if they do they say someone will call me and they never do...we paid over $1700 to still have mice running around...and the traps they put down does nothing I put down a sticky pad and caught a mice the same day they traps have been there for months and there completely empty

We have had the Terminix service for awhile now. We started having issues with ants between service appointments. They sent someone to look at the problem at no charge since it was between services. He laid out 1 trap and sprayed only the bathroom.After almost two weeks the ants were stull there in greater number. I called yesterday for them to come back out. The sent another tech out and was going to do a regular service and charge to come into the house to apply more product for the ants. I cancelled my service immediately. Spraying outside the house with snow all around it would not help. The charge for them to come back to do the same job over again, not good. I would recommend asking questions about their service if you have Terminix incase of problems later. I was not happy with the way I was treated. When I called the same office, they hung up on me twice. Just be warned about this glitch and their lack of service when a problem arises.

We are a call ahead customer and have been disappointed with our services rendered in 2019 and the latest of 4th quarter of 2019.Away on travels/work as usual, the service was performed without our approval and now we are being bullied to pay for a service we did not authorize. To date, we have spoken to 11 people and 1 assistance branch manager ( Brian ) at the Aurora promising a call back from the big manager (Steve) and still no resolution let alone a simple call back.Weve been long-time customers and are very careful for what we have administered at our home with respect to sprays whether it is for the home, landscape, and/ or turf. Like many others, we have pets, small family member and friends, and wildlife we care about very much.Today, we received yet another past due notice threatening collections. Its obvious the company has changed...either they are severely understaffed or are just looking for the dollar or BOTH.For this reason, we are now considering the legal route.

Technicians go the extra mile to make sure were happy and will gladly come out to do extra service calls if not happy.

If you are in need of pest control services, stay far away from Terminix, especially this branch!I had quarterly pest control service through Terminix and the service was completed on August 25, 2020. On Monday, August 31, 2020, I contacted Geneva via text message at Terminix to request an extra service due to discovering ants. An extra service is considered a free service in between regular quarterly services in case you encounter any additional pests. Its essentially a Terminix pest free guarantee. Geneva expressed that she could move my next regular quarterly service scheduled for September 19, 2020 to Wednesday, September 2, 2020. I told her I wasnt interested in being charged for a regular service at this time and would like an extra service. She stated that wouldnt be an issue and she would send a scheduling request to the local office. The local office didnt call me until approximately September 4, 2020 and told me they could schedule someone to come out for my extra service on September 8, 2020. I confirmed that this service was considered an extra service and not a new quarterly service. She told me yes.Fast forward to a few weeks after the service is complete, I receive a bill for $124 for a quarterly service. I called to inquire and was told that per their agreement, if a service is completed within 14 days of the original quarterly service date, its not considered n extra service. This is not what I was told over the phone and I expressed clearly via Terminixs text messaging system or from the local office. This clearly appears to be a bait and switch tactic and a gross ethical violation.

1st technician was on time and friendly, but was not sent out with any of the materials needed to seal the garage interior, replace garage door rubber seals, or any of the flashing supposed to be installed along the complete perimeter of the house. He told me a 2nd technician was supposed to be out, but that there was no response from him yet. Job is mostly incomplete at this point

My service representative Contrell Jackson is very knowledgeable and the professional who treats interior and exterior spaces. Thank you for his expertise. He inspected garage dealings and applied spray as preventative care. Interior spaces were inspected and sprayed at vital contact points. I really appreciate the thorough work he does and the good communication about my home.

My service technician Mike is very good, also just had an experience with J. Williams all good experiences with both focuses on helping the customer. I recommend terminx for pest control and bugs.

They came out and did the service which was good but then double charged my credit card! Thank god it wasn’t my debit card. Over a week of my contacting them was I able to get a hold of someone. Not satisfied with how I was overcharged such a large amount. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

He waved to us from the window while he was working and called me afterwards to, again, ask if I had any questions. This was a estimate we had bees and had my wife meeting with their inspector, at my home didnt even tell us what type of bees we were dealing with i heard the convo over our security system cameras,, i couldnt believe he asked for 349.00 one time spray for bees?? he was pushing 149 quarterly to spray.. Waaay out of the ball park in price i find someone very good and cared about our situation for 150 ....my point terminix is waaaay overpriced...

Friendly, competent staff. Great customer service - technicians will return to your home as requested when concerns arise. Really helped find the source of the ant problem I had last year.

Do not use terminix. They are thieves and will steal your money. I had them come out to spray for ants. I gave it the two weeks they said I had to wait and I understood it will get worse before it gets better. It never got better. I’m almost a month from their initial visit and I still have ants. According to my contract, if I’m not satisfied within 30 days, I can cancel and get refunded. TWO HUNDRED dollars I spent for the initial service and they are refusing to refund me. When you’re on hold, it says money back guarantee. They are horrible. If you need pest control, go to Orkin. I should have went back to them but after a friend used terminix and had no issues, I figured I’d try. Biggest mistake of my life. It also took a week to speak to someone at a manager level, and they make someone who doesn’t even work at the branch deliver the news they won’t refund me instead of being professionals and calling themselves. I’m disgusted.

The Techs who have been to my house were all extremely professional. The Techs also were very accommodating to our schedule and came well before the appointment window so that we could keep our daily schedule (work,school). The e-mails and texts leading up to their arrival is a great feature that also allows you to plan your day. The treatments for the mice were well placed and upon the second visit we were mouse free!

Terminix is great for my peace of mind. We had a lot of issues with ants when we moved in a year ago, and the problems are almost non-existent now. I have dogs and toddlers, and the specialists are very conscientious of that. Thanks for keeping the pests away from us.

We had a problem with mice and trapped a few, but couldnt keep up, so I contacted Cameron Brooks at Terminix. He came out and did a thorough exploration and assessment of the problem which revealed it was worse than we suspected. He explained all of our options and and the pricing for each. We signed a contract for both outside pest control and wildlife control.The next week Heather Brigham came out, did outside pest control and also reviewed the mice problem in the basement. She was able to leave the one bait box she had in her truck in the basement. Less than a week later, Robert Rohrdantz, and his partner (Andy?) came out and deployed more bait boxes, took pictures of the damage the mice have done to basement insulation, sealed all of the external openings where it was evident mice could come through. they did exclusion work outside and all around the house.We are so grateful and each and every one our our contacts with Terminix have been great! Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Were so glad to have such a great team working with us! Oh, by the way - all of this has occurred while Im recovering from an ankle broken in three places. I definitely will recommend Terminix to all of our friends and neighbors.

Originally, there were great. Now, not so much.

Had a raging ant problem...Called Terminix and they came out promptly and with the outmost professionalism. CARL STUBER was the on call tech for our area and was great! Did exactly what was asked and then some. It required some patience but he eventually solved our problem and did whatever else necessary to prevent the rest. Great Service yields Happy Customers :)

Terminix cares about keeping my home bug free. Devon takes his time to discuss with me any issues we may have. He is very knowledgable about pest control plus he is a pleasure to work with. We recently invested in a pergola for our patio. He educated us on carpenter bees which was insightful because sure enough they showed up to house in our cedar pergola. We were able to control them since he had educated us in advance. Knowledge is power when dealing with pest.

My Terminex guy has always been professional informative and an all around great guy. Hes even pulled my garbage cans in from the street! He did NOT have to do that and I hope its not cooperates way of having associates go above and beyond. Still it was a very nice and unique gesture and personalized his visit.

Weve had a great experience w both of our regular service people from Terminix that have been coming for two yrs. They are very knowledgeable about all pests and we have almost none in our home and we only spray outside now and it keeps bugs out. I recommend.

I was gonna leave Terminix but because of the excellent service that Ryan performed I’ve decided to remain a customer he was very thorough and informative.

The associates that came out were very informative and thorough. I believed I had a cockroach problem but the associate inspected a carcass that I kept and assured me I did not. I had beetles not cockroaches, a step up if you ask me. Since their visit I have not had any major problems with the ants, spiders or beetle population inside of my home.I also had a mosquito treatment done and have noticed a vast improvement as well. I have elected for the monthly mosquito treatment as well as the quarterly pest treatment. I am very satisfied with Terminex professionalism and quality of associates.
