Cannot give this company higher recommendations. They are exceptionally competitive in terms of price and stick to their word/obligations. When the yellow jackets were not completely eradicated in the first application, they came back without any hesitancy and performed the second application without additional cost. And have to say, our man, Carlos, was simply the best: knowledgeable, user-friendly, and diligent. Was not in a rush and did a very complete assessment of our issues. If all personnel are like Carlos, this organization is truly golden. Will never use another company for this type of service. Huge kudos your way.

I reached out last week when noticed wasps going into a gap above my window. HOOOOOBOY! No thank you! The very next day, Beeline called and emailed me to make sure we connected. By the end of our email conversation, we were giggling and scheduled for today (8/17). We got our confirmation email yesterday and Carlos showed up within the window. He was generous with his time, polite to my entire family, and respectful of my property. Im super impressed.

The first time I used beeline they were pretty good and resolved the issue. At least I thought so. When i saw another mouse I called them and had to pay again since it had been past 90 days. I called and the women who answered took down all my info. I asked for them to call or text me before they came out. They came out but did not call because they were going off different paperwork or something and did not have current number. When i saw the note they left on the door I called to see if technician could come back. It took them hours to respond back to me. When they finally called back they were unwilling to come out and had no respect for customer service nor towards me of calling me and keeping me informed if they had gotten a hold of technician. I refuse to give my money or use these companies that cant simply keep you informed. Will look elsewhere, One call to keep me posted would have done it but no they just blew me off and wanted to reschedule . If they would have simply had the courtesy to call me back within ten minutes like they said they would i might have been willing to reschedule but no they only called back when they felt like it, Keep your word and integrity Beeline.

This exterminator literally just did battle with a swarm of wasps that had invaded my upstairs office via chewing a hole through my popcorn ceiling drywall and plaster. He ensured all the wasps had been dealt with (and took some bites for his efforts), then treated both the inside and outside of the house, blocked the ducts to no gas could seep into the ventilation system, coached us to seal off the door with a towel and wait 3-4hrs until the gas/dust had all cleared. Couldnt be more thankful for his efforts, and the price was less than most of their competitors! Great value - thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service, GREAT results AND the cheapest that I found in this area. I had one yellow jacket nest and we had some mice in the house. Beeline immediately remedied the yellow jacket nest and all the pests in the home with one visit. I found another yellow jacket nest on the other side of the house and because they guarantee their work (for a reasonable amount of time) it’s complimentary for them to spray that nest as well. Tosha, Matty and Mercedes (sp?) have taken care of me the entire time, working with my schedule and theirs to take care of our issues ASAP. We called Beeline after seeing recurring wasps/hornets sneaking into our roof line. This is a second service call as the first, Beeline came out and sprayed the inside of our home when we found wasps inside. The only ones we saw after this spray inside were dying, fast forward to July, we found where they were entering and got to watch the technician spray up to the chimney line where there was about 9 wasps chilling, entering/exiting. Spray hits, panic, chaos, wasps start dropping in minutes... amazing... The technician was super friendly too, explained the spray, and what it would do, and further what to expect after the spray dries. If you need pest control, Beeline gets the job done.

I called Beeline Pest Control for wasp issues under the siding of our house and other pest. They responded quickly, Carlos was on time and I’m scheduled for quarterly control. The price is great and they’re extremely professional! I called them to spray my detached garage after the first spray and Carlos came back out to do exterior and interior spray. The wasps dropped dead and other pests (pill bugs, ants, crickets) died off within an hour of spraying.I’d highly recommend them for any pest needs!**UPDATE: If you have an external garage, that is an additional $20/visit for the annual package ($105 total). Although I was disappointed of the additional charge since our house and garage together are 1,500sqft, I’d still recommend Beeline. Just ask all the questions up front before the service.

This is my second time using Beeline and both times they were very good. The first time was a few years ago for mice, and this time was for wasps. They came very quickly and worked with me and my neighbors in townhouse to treat several units at the same time.Highly recommend.

Be careful when you use this company they’re very unprofessional and sloppy first of all they came out Saturday 9/12/2020 they gave me the window time between 3 and 5 the guy shows up almost a half and hour late and it took him 10 mins to make a huge mess he got whatever powder they used all over my floor and pans that were on my stove also they didn’t let me know before hand that I should remove everything from my cupboards and since I’ve never had a roach problem before I didn’t know any better. When I called to ask the company on Monday what the powder was they would not disclose what it was and I told them about the guy getting the powder everywhere her answer was just wash everything which was a huge hassle and some things had to be replaced due to the fact that they couldn’t be washes like my toaster and also I was told I can vacuum up the powder which wasn’t true it blew up the motor in my vacuum also the powder brome my hands out and made me itch so in conclusion I spent days cleaning and rewatching everything they got the powder all over which was a huge hassle and costed me more than what it should have they should have told me to remove everything out of my cupboards and surrounding area where they were going to lay the powder

As a property investor of single family homes, it is critical to find excellent vendors. Beeline is the best!!! Many pest control companies want to sell an ongoing plan. While that approach may be valid for some applications, one-time issues arise too. Beeline is reasonable with its tactics to resolve problems. I want to reach out to say use them because the company delivers quality results.

I signed up for the 3 visits and because I asked to reschedule, so I could actually be at my own house when they came, it was considered a cancellation and I am now being charged an additional $30. I have 2 tiny dogs that I do not want someone going into my back yard and accidentally letting them out. I also wanted to have the inside sprayed but could not take off work to meet the bug guy that I hired. If you book this place read the fine print. Apparently they work on their schedule and not your own.

From the first call it was great. We already knew we had termites. Johnathan showed up on time for quote. The price was less than the others quoted and a big plus 15 year guarantee. No one else would guarantee their work or product. He told us what we needed to do to prepare for treatment. He was on time again appointment day. Very polite and informative. I read the reviews and most of the ones regarding their actual services seemed Okay so I went with them. They gentleman spent all of about 20 min telling me where he saw mouse poop and put out some traps that he assured me were safe and would get rid of the mice. I have found several poison packets Half eaten around where my kid and dogs play. Also found dead mice just laying in the middle of the floor.

Im not sure what happened to the service here. Our last appointment canceled via voice mail and never returned our calls to re-book. We were still charged for the our service contract due. I sent an email response to our next visit is due explaining we are STILL waiting for the last quarterly visit with no response. I have NO idea when and if they are coming and I am forced to block my credit card as I know now they will charge me regardless if they show up for their visit. It was such a service and team until the summer. WHAT HAPPENED? So disappointed and confused.

The company is extremely responsive to emails and answered all my questions fast and patiently. Only issue that we had: The actual person that came out was respectful, but left without letting anyone know. So, we werent sure if the spraying was done or not. We have a side yard agreement and I was not sure if that side of the yard was sprayed.

I called Beeline Pest Control after the previous company I used started charging extra for everything and would not get rid of the Wasp/Hornets outside my patio. The person who was on the phone was so professional and their technician was as well. They give less than 24 hour notice they are coming out and by email only. I missed them several times so they only spray the outside of the house but still charge the full price. We always had bugs even after they sprayed inside.Edit: after i called and cancelled my quarterly plan with them for constantly being unhappy they decided not to tell me they hadnt charged my card that they have on file for the last visit so that they could send me to collections! Avoid these crooks, ill update after i make contact with the BBB.Absurd!

Their technician (Matt) showed up on timely basis, was very professional, described in detail what we needed to be concerned about, inspected both the exterior and interior of the house where weve had mouse problems and provided a reasonable solution which he described clearly. Responsive and easy to schedule. Appointment confirmation and payment receipt was sent via email. The rep that came to our office explained the process thoroughly, took care of business quickly and inspected our building exterior for points of entry.

I received a call that theyre available early. Beeline is great, my Groupon was applied without any problems and the young gentlemen was friendly and kept a smile on his face. I havent seen any of the critters since he came out to spray. Ill have them come back again in 3 weeks.

For the first time in the 20+ years we have live in this house, we saw mice in the house. First thing in the morning I called Beeline and they were able to fit us in that day. The tech was at the house just over an hour later, explained what he would do and the warranty period, did the treatment and was out within 15 minutes. Hopefully we have seen the last mouse.

Their work was really sloppy and didnt work at all. I purchased their service in groupon which described that the service was worthy $150. Their technician came to my house stayed less than 20 minutes. They didnt do anything, but only placed three rodent stations with baits. You believed that they were worthy $150?

I would have given 5 stars but there was a hiccup with their system scheduling the appointment for a technician who doesnt even work there anymore. So I was waiting at home and no one showed up. Had to call and we figured it out and scheduled an appointment for the next day. That technician was here pretty much on time. (Time window was 9-11am, he was here at 9:30). He did a good job spraying for bugs and spiders everywhere. I would recommend beeline pest control. Theyre reliable, fast and friendly. They try to resolve issues you might have as fast as possible.

Best prices. I found saw some subterranean termites, and then I found some damage. Beeline came out the day before Christmas Eve to inspect and quote me. We got three quotes, and Beeline offered the lowest price. They also had the best availability during the holiday season.

I have used this company for over a year, and my son keeps getting bit by spiders!!! His school nurse just called me to pick him up as he has ANOTHER one. Their service does not work! I cant believe I have wasted so much money with them.Not to mention my last appointment I missed my sons football practice to wait for their tech, my window was 10-12 I asked them to please note that I would have to leave by 12:15 to make it to his game. They said no problem and at 11:50 the office called to say he wold be 20-30 minutes late.

Thank you for service. We initially contacted them as a second opinion. Their price was less but what impressed me most is they always showed up on time both for the estimate and completing the project. This is a really great company. I like to support local businesses, so rather than call one of the big chains, I searched for something owned and operated in or around Denver, and landed on these guys. The week before I moved in with my boyfriend, I made up my mind that there was no way I could sleep in his house until I had it de-spidered. I called Beeline and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, getting me an appointment the next day and taking my credit card over the phone. I was very happy with the price I paid, too. Very reasonable. You are quoted a two hour window during which the technician will come out, and mine, Mauricio, arrived right in the middle of it and got to work promptly. The actual treatment probably took about 20 minutes from when he rang the doorbell to when I was signing the final paperwork.The work is guaranteed for 30 days after the treatment, but they say to give 7-10 days for the chemicals to work, at least the ones they use for spiders. When I saw a couple of spiders in the days after 7 but before 10, I called, and the receptionist was, as always, very friendly and informative. She said to wait until I had hit the 10 day mark, and if I still saw any live spiders, to call back and they would re-treat our home.So, great price, great service, and great employees. The perfect trifecta!

They were suppose to show up Thursday last week, no one came, I called they said someone would be out Friday, nothing, Now it is Tuesday, when I called they said they would look into it and call back, its been 5 hours and no call .
