First time is a little pricy but after that I think is very affordable and fair (nothing to do with the cleaning team but more of a company thing). Rout 4 of Aurora, great team and quick!!! Digna and Olga are very trustworthy and detail oriented. You can get anybody to clean but you cant trust on everybody, specially when it comes to your house and valuables. See you in 15 days!!!!!

Our family has used Molly Maids cleaning services for years. We always go back to them because its always a quality job with excellent attention to detail. The owner and/or supervisor always follows up and makes sure everything is completed to our satisfaction. They stay as long as necessary and even send an extra crew when needed. Their communication is excellent and they make sure youre happy no matter what. Theyre a great choice for cleaning service.

UPDATED REVIEW:Initially I gave a 1 star due to the service received. I’m updating because after sending pictures the owner personally called me to make things right. She only charged for what actually was completed. Unfortunately we had to be out of our rental so they weren’t able to go back and make it right but I think it was very fair how she handled it. She was very professional yet sympathetic and treated us so well. I’d have to say that I would give molly maid another chance in the future.I work full time 10 hours a day. My husband is full time active military. We have two kids. I used this service for a move out. Specifically to be focused on the kitchen since I don’t have a lot of time to do myself. I don’t mind to pay $200-$400 to have this done, but what I do mind is when it took 2 hours for just that AND on top of it there was SO MUCH missed. To top it off we were already moved out. So there was absolutely nothing to work around. I’m sorry but if it’s taking 2 hours to clean only the kitchen area it should be SPOTLESS. I had to go back and wipe down all of my counters, crumbs everywhere. I had to get in corners to get crumbs out. I had to wipe down all my cabinets and the sides of the fridge. I am fuming that I had to do this. I will be in contact with a manager. After using this service I have such a bad taste in my mouth for how much we spent and the service we received. It’s also unfortunate since I was hoping to find a service that I could use for our new home.

I have been using Molly Maid services in my other home for years and, true to form, the gals in Aurora were AWESOME!They are polite, professional, prompt, very thorough, friendly and extremely easy to work with. So pleased with their work.

Had Molly Maid do a move out clean for me. There were some miscommunications about what was to be cleaned so I was disappointed at first. But then I left a message and got an immediate reply from them. The response was an apology and a fix to the problem at no extra charge. The level of professionalism was outstanding and I would recommend to anyone just based on how they owned the issue and fixed it on my terms. After the second clean it looked great and very happy!! I recently moved out of a 2 bed 1 bath ranch townhome. But as a single mother of 3, I knew I wasnt going to be able to clean it appropriately. After inputting my information online, I got a call within a couple of days and scheduled a move out cleaning. Prices were reasonable when compared to other companies. The women I spoke with on the phone from start to finish were professional and friendly. Also, after seeing the unit after the cleaning, it was AH-MAY-ZING! We havent had anyone in to clean for 16 months, and the house REALLY needed careful attention. Arely and Martha spent all day meticulously cleaning every nook and cranny, and toward the end Eva also showed up to help with the finishing. I had a wonderful first experience with Molly Maid of Aurora for a deep clean of my house, which was much needed with a toddler and 2 cats in the home, and after over 1 year without cleaning services due to COVID-19. Adriana, Jennifer, and Crystal worked expertly and efficiently, and had me look around to make sure nothing was missed before they left. The ladies were super friendly to boot, even greeting my kitties by name. A supervisor, Olga, showed up toward the end of the cleaning to make sure things were going well, which was nice and unexpected. My house was left feeling so much more comfortable and clean, without smelling like chemicals. Overall a great experience from beginning to end, from my estimate with Nayely during which she answered all of my many questions, to the text reminder the day prior, to the actual cleaning, to the follow-up phone call the next day. Everyones professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail is much appreciated and I look forward to having them back.

The house looks amazing! They called to see if they could come early, they were quick, and everything looks great! They accidentally scratched my toilet seat when scrubbing it, and proactively sent photos and gave me a refund to purchase a new seat. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to resolve the issue quickly. Highly recommend working with them!

Clayde and Lupe worked really hard for 4 straight hours. They did a superb job! I would hire them again, no doubt about it.

My first time using a service to clean and I was nervous, but Molly Maids of Aurora did not disappoint in any way! I received a text the day before and the day of telling me when they were coming. The Maria and Areli confirmed the rooms they were not to clean and got to work. My showers are blindingly sparkling! Bathroom floors and counters so clean you could eat off them! I have laminate flooring that looks like the day it was installed! My glass tables shine on BOTH sides, and my stove, oven and microwave look brand new! I am completely type A OCD and wasn’t sure anyone could clean my home as well as I do, but Maria and Areli surpassed my expectations! They also wiped down doors and my home smells amazing! I’m so happy to trust them for regular cleanings from now on.

Paulina and Areli did an excellent job with the deep cleaning of my parents house. My Mom recently passed away after a 10 year battle with cancer. My Father had been so busy taking care of her over the past year or so, that the house, which is over 3500 square feet, was in need of a deep cleaning. Paulina and Areli were very detail oriented, professional, courteous and worked fast and efficiently. Super impressed with the service from start to finish. The scheduling was easy and the office was very responsive. Stephanie and Maria are THE BEST. They have my apartment cleaner than it has ever been. It seems like every day I notice something new, wow, they got the dust off the inner ledge of the picture frames. Wow, my printer doesnt look like it is from a haunted house anymore. Wow, they lined up the kids stuffed animals on the beds.5 stars to the pair that cleans my apartment. I am not ready to review Molly Maids as a company. I hope Molly Maids is a fair and happy place to work, not a place that expects employees to always hustle and be perfect. I dont know if it is possible to know that for sure from the customer side, (and I dont have reason to think there are problems), but it is important to me.Give Maria and Stephanie all the bonuses. They are wonderful people.

I gave her the response above and she sent the cleaning team back. Ideally a five star review would be getting the job done as asked the first time. However, I think the call back and free follow up boosts them up. Having a follow up to ensure satisfaction is big.

Molly Maids is an okay company.I worked for them for almost one year and I was one of their best employees.But unfortunately Kathleen (the owner) treated me very bad towards the end.She made it very difficult for me to get my last paycheck.When I got home, I realized that I was missing money.I could have done something about it but I chose not to, to avoid problems.I am not the only employee that Kathleen has given a hard time to.There have also been sever employee that have left without receiving their final paycheck.We all work VERY HARD and work LONG SHIFTS so that we only receive part of our paycheck or nothing at all.This is not okay. Therefore, something should be done about it!

Great to have a sparkling clean and fresh house to move into. The place was not excessively dirty but I still noticed a big difference when they left. It felt great to move into a new home without worrying about cleaning the oven or fridge.

We just moved into an older home and it was quite dusty with cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, dead critters between the windows... ICK. Stephanie and Jaret did a GREAT job of getting my house clean. Will definitely use their services again! Before and after of a window provided. Thanks!

I had originally booked with another company and they flaked last minute. I called Molly Maid of Aurora and they did great! They were very understanding of my situation and very friendly. I needed some help cleaning up and Molly Maids was able to get me on their schedule quickly and was a good value. Nayely was able to quickly come out and provide an estimate and I was able to get on their schedule later that week. It was such a big help as I have not been able to clean due to an injury. Also, this was before Christmas so the ease of getting on their schedule was great. Raquel and Carla came to the house and got straight to work. We have a big house and these ladies did an amazing job of getting through it in about 4 hours. This was no small feat. They were friendly, polite, and just did a great job! Thank you ladies!

They stole DVDs from us.Slowly, one by one someone stole 30 DVDs from us. Mostly Disney and Pixar movies. The person would take the disc and put the empty case back. It took awhile for us to notice but eventually we went through all our cases and found about 30 empty cases. We stopped using their service and magically the DVDs stopped going missing.

Wanted my condo clean for the holidays. Jenn and Margie arrived during the time given to me earlier and did a fantastic job. The condo is sparkling clean and smelled nice when I got home. They cleaned under the furniture and the bed too. Both the bathroom and kitchen look great. They even took out the trash and washed the dishes in my sink. I couldnt be happier!10/14 - Update: Had to stop Molly Maid while I was laid off. Now Im working and I am back using Molly Maid. So happy. The workers are efficient, complete, and friendly. They worked around me as I worked at my desk. My condo is clean and it smells good too.

Just had our second cleaning so I am upgrading this to 5 stars. Margie, Jenn and Mia were fabulous. Hoping they can come every time. Very thorough, and understood special requests.This was our first time, and they arrived on time, and took less time than originally estimated. Everything looked and smelled clean when they were done. Was not sure the specifics for the ongoing cleaning services had been communicated well but will check when they come back in 2 weeks.

My experience with Molly Maid was outstanding! I was seeking a moving out clean for my 750 sq foot one bed, one bath apartment. This was my first time using Molly Maid and I am very impressed with the outcome!I had several communications with them (i.e. got a free quote, scheduled cleaning, requested follow-up information, and inspected cleaning results) all of which were positive, hassle free, and completed with care.They were beyond accommodating to my schedule and when I called them one day before to request an earlier cleaning time, in order to avoid a fee I became aware of at the last minute, they kindly moved my cleaning time to the morning. The cleaners were friendly, on-time, and completed the cleaning in a time efficient manner. Overall, my apartment was spotless and shiny! Thank you Molly Maid!

Today was my second time using Molly Maid and again was pleasantly surprised by their high quality service. Sandra and Raquel did an excellent job cleaning my house and with a great attitude as well. Both were friendly and considerate when cleaning my place and you can tell that both have a very positive work ethic. 100% recommend them and will be using them again next time my place gets dirty.

Molly Maids is always fantastic. I used them in San Diego for years and now here in Denver. Margie & Colith are the absolute best. Every time they come, Im at work and theres never a concern on my part. Getting home after their amazing service is the best day of the week for me. Thank you ladies....youre both wonderful.

In July we hired their services for a move in clean and it was a waste of money. When we came home to see how things were going, the second floor which they claimed they were done with, still had spiders webs all over, shelves in the closet were dusty, the window blinds were still very dusty and dirty. The bathroom tub was cleaned but the rest of the bathroom had dust everywhere. The refrigerator and microwave were cleaned to our satisfaction and the ladies that came were nice. They charge by the hour and two hours had gone by and the house was still dirty. We called the company to let them know that the job that was done was not done to their standards and a supervisor came to inspect the house. This supervisor considered everything was “clean”. After this, the company defended the work done in the house, wanted to charge me for 3 1/2 hours (when they are supposed to call you to get authorization if they are going to spend more than 2 1/2 hours in your house) and later offered for the ladies to come to the house again and clean what they missed. I declined this since the company’s management of my complain was done poorly and I wanted out of the nightmare.My money and my time was not respected. The whole point to hire them was so I could save time cleaning a new home. Instead I ended up wasting my money and spending time cleaning what I had paid to be cleaned.

These ladies have been cleaning my home for 3 years. Always a great clean and they have always been careful around our older dog. Very conscientious about easily breakable or valuable items, great value for the money. Griselda and Raquel left us a super cute note recently that made m day!

I have heard of Molly Maids before but never thought of using their services. I decided to give this company a shot and requested them to clean my house which I am renting out. I was very impressed. Maria and Raquel showed up on time and even though they had to wait almost an hour for someone to get there, they were very friendly and professional. They entered the house and went right to work. Maria and Raquel cleaned my 3,200sq ft house as if it were their own. They were even able to make a mysterious stain on the floor of one of my showers disappear. Not only that, but the whole bathroom looked brand new. I am sure everyone who works at Molly Maids is as great as Maria and Raquel, but these two professionals definitely ensured my future business with Molly Maids.

I recently had Molly Maids quote my house cleaning. I scheduled my service, and intend to have them every other week. I was very happy with the results. I am not sure how I got two teams but they were fantastic! The supervisor was very attentive to my request that the floors be cleaned very well. Olga and Digna, Jailyn and Isamar went right to work but not before giving some sweet attention to my lil 5 lb Yorkie. The team did a great job. I called to let Lisa know they didnt disappoint!

First time using this service. We were under the gun and needed the house cleaned with only one days notice; Molly Maid was able to accommodateWe had Monica and Concep. They were simply fantastic leaned the entire house within a few hours and they did a great job. I have never used a service before; however, I would certainly consider using them once every couple of weeks or a month going forward.
