Zero stars. Terrible service. Waited all day on a Saturday after being scheduled to arrive between noon and 3 pm. Never showed while I moved everything out of the house so it could be thoroughly dusted. Wasted 4 hours moving everything back in and now everything is covered in dust again because they cant show up for their appointments and cant even call to say their not going to show up. Theres no way to contact them after hours or on weekends. Now I will have to reschedule carpet installation until I can find someone to clean the house like they were supposed to. I will be reaching out to my lawyer to sue to recoup for lost time.
