Stacy and Layne did a fantastic job on our house. We just moved in a few weeks prior and they managed to make the place look amazing (even managing to work around the last of our unpacking clutter and boxes which I greatly appreciate!) They were also awesome and very accommodating to both the cat and dog following them around the house trying to be in the way. I would definitely recommend them and know Ill be calling back next time we need some cleaning help!

Layne did a great job. He really puts everything into his work. We have a few areas that are just hard to clean, but Layne made it look so easy. Our home feels and smells so clean. I hope everyone who works for Cottage Care puts this much detail into their work.

Cottage Cares LAYNE is the best! He arrived promptly at 9am and deep cleaned our house until 1245pm. He was courteous, kind, and very professional. He did a great job cleaning our space. When we moved into our rented house it hadnt been cleaned in ages-fast forward to three young professionals living in it (and two of us are studying for certifications plus working) things had gotten out of control.Layne literally saved the day with my parents coming to visit this weekend too! I needed cleaning services prior to my sons funeral service. The CottageCare service was a gift from my family. They were so easy to work with and Carina, from CottageCare was amazing. She let herself into my home and took charge without my having to be there. The house was spotless when I came home. It was a great relief not to have to worry about my house for the funeral reception. I, then, requested to have my house cleaned again later. Once again, Carina did a fabulous job. My bathroom has never looked so good. What a wonderful feeling to know you house is in safe hands, the job will be done with excellent standards, and the house looks fabulous when I walk in the door. Cottage care has been cleaning my home every other week for 6 months. I am so pleased to come home every other Friday and find my home spotless. The sheets have been changed, the windows where the dog slobbers are spotless and the cat hair that collects on her favorite pillow is even cleaned off! They make payment easy and are happy to handle any specific requests I have. They have been able to remove clogged up dust on the walls around the many ceiling fans we have in the house as well as dust off hard to reach areas throughout our home. I finally ended up hiring my adult daughter to clean my house out of frustration. She now has two or three jobs herself and needed to stop cleaning my house.The first deep cleaning came with difficulties. One employee made it such that they arrived late. Jessica, one of the Cottage Care staff handled it with incredible professionalism and cheerfulness. Sadly, that clean wasnt complete. Continue reading though. . .customer care was and is amazing!Amanda called the next day, heard my complaints and had another woman to clean the next day. Itzel went way above and beyond expectations. She arrived on time, was professional, friendly and very courteous. She took care of the areas that were not cleaned originally. She completely recleaned the master bathroom, which I only had a handful of areas that needed attention. Instead of spot cleaning the kitchen cabinets and floors (which I expected) she cleaned the entire area again. And in our laundry room there was only one area I needed cleaned. She again recleaned the entire area! Even when I explicitly said about an area on the floor our family had tracked dirt and such in, That was all us, dont worry about cleaning it. It was fine.I scheduled regular cleanings and I cant rave enough about Jessica. She works diligently and consistently meets my standard for a clean house, which is high given health issues our family has. Extremely clean is required.Hire these people. So grateful and pleased with the pride they take in their work and ease of communicating what I need.
