I received a dress for my bachelorette party I ordered online and it arrived to me with a broken zipper! It was the day before I left town for the event and I told her my situation she had my dress ready within 2 hours! It was so last minute and she accommodated my time emergency. Super kind and great customer service I will be back!

I am very disappointed in this place. I recently used their services and referred a lot of my friends. I was completely satisfied with service they provide until one outstanding situation happened. I wanted to purchase a shirt, a tie, and a vest for my husband from Chiyo’s Bridal. She took all the measures from him and said that the total is going to be $64 which was very decent price and we agreed to BUY IT. I paid the total amount from our credit card and she gave me my receipt. To my great surprise, in a couple weeks we received a call from Chiyo’s Bridal and the lady said that we have to return all three pieces because it was for rent. She also said that they have issued a warrant for my husband arrest!!! She never ever has mentioned that we actually rented all this three things, we never signed any rental agreement, as well as we had no idea when we have to return it. If I would’ve been informed about any of that, I would’ve gone to a different store and bought all this things so my husband could keep it! As I know, Chiyo’s Bridal is not a rental store because I used to buy dresses from them. But again, to my surprise, the owner of this place told me that it was always for rent. If it is, I had to sign rental agreement which should contain dates of returning, listed fees if an item was damaged, and so on.I honestly feel like I was deceived by these people and they definitely lost me as a loyal customer…

Lisa is amazing! Its really hard to find a tailor you like and someone who is consistent. My family and I have been going to her for years, I think since 2012. We have taken school uniforms, work uniforms, many articles of clothing, even stuffed animals, and to have blankets made. She definitely knows how to treat her customers like family! Thank you Lisa you are the best!

Love, love, love. Lisa is an amazing woman, running this shop and alterations nearly on her own. My father figure and I came in to try on a dress made my Alfred Angelo. It fit perfectly, and Lisa was so helpful with helping me into my bridal bra and dress. I fell in love with the dress and the shop. Style 1516 by Alfred Angelo in size 20W for only $600 plus tax. Amazing discounts and so friendly. When I tried on the dress, we didnt have the money on hand so she put the dress on a courtesy hold for five days until we did. Ah. Amazing. I am recommending this place to anyone getting married.

Lisa was fantastic from the first day I went in. I had to shop for my wedding dress on crutches and she was completely patient with me! My dress came in earlier than promised and I was able to take the dress home to shop for accessories and a veil with the dress. She only needed about 4-5 weeks for alterations. Price quotes for alterations was what I payed. Thanks so much!

This place is not good. If I could rate it zero stars I would. They told us my bridesmaid dress would be in by February 14, and at the latest a week after so February 21. I ordered PRIORITY SHIPPING. It is now the 23. We had to call to find out what was wrong with the dress. We called, the person on the phone was nice but a complete airhead and had no idea where the dress was or what was happening so she said she would call us the next day. That was today and we STILL had to call them first to find out what had happened and these people still had no idea. Telling us they had emailed the company we had ordered it from. These people did not call, email, mail us a letter, send a text, or do any forms of communication to let us know my dress was running late or find out any information before hand on where it was or how much longer it would take. Bluntly speaking this is very bad business and customer service. I hope no one else has to deal with this; I would suggest never buying a dress or any sort of clothing at this establishment if you like just GOOD customer service and if you like a business that communicates with you when there are any problems.

Live out of town, but I was not notified on when my dress arrived to their salon. With about a month until the wedding I needed the dress for, the dress still wasnt sent to me. Had to have a family member pick it up and send to me. Not what I expected since they had my address and card on file months before.

The dresses are beautiful, wide variety, great quality, and great value. This store also has a wide range of dress sizes to try on so that you can actually see how the dress will look on you and the staff was extremely friendly. I had tried other bridal stores including Davids Bridal and hated the experiences that I had at them. At these other bridal stores I felt like they only cared about their commission vs what would be best for the bride. This store was the opposite every time I was there I felt like family, they made sure my dress was everything I could of ever asked for and for this I cant thank them enough. They also did a beautiful job on the alterations.

Great selection of bridal dresses . Both me and my sister shopped here for our wedding in 2017.The size of the store doesn’t look like it has much but I tell u it’s packed with good selection. Plus their service was great.

In response to my daughters review. I ended up having to order another dress today from Alfred Angelo. Which they were extremely customer friendly and worked with us already having one sent to their store in Texas over night. They also offered us percentage off because of the inconvenience of this business and the closeness of my other daughters wedding. This business did not offer us any help or any other alternative to the problem at hand. If this was just a shipment issue, I would understand, however it was not. There is no excuse for not communicating, or at least trying to call us when the dress had yet to come in. I hope others do not have this problem wherever they go.

My daughter ordered a Alfred Angelo dress or should I say 2 dresses. The first was the wrong color the second was the right color but she had to pay for both. Due to a signed contract. People make sure and read the contract before you sign it. The right color dress wasnt even pressed and all wrinkled. Just have to say not happy at all with this place. They do not work well to try and help.

Terrible store! Bought a dress that was too big, I paid for it and made my appointment for alterations to find out they wanted $500 for alterations after I paid and my appontment. My sister ended up giving me her dress and I still have the tags on this dress from a 2 week ago purchase and they wont take it back. Dirty dresses in the store as well.

Sizing was off, was unable to get proper fitting shirt in time despite coming in with plenty of time before the event. Suit had the early 00’s look. On the plus side, it was affordable.

They totally messed up the suit orders for my sons wedding, and he had a terrible time getting alternate suits. Had to contact the suppling store himself (they were very helpful. There was a lot of wasted time and stress the day before the wedding.

The owner was super helpful but they will no longer will be offering wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses or MOG dresses. They will only be offering tuxs and alterations.

Had great selection but I was very dissatisfied when they took my measurements and ordered a dress for me then picked it up to being a size too small and now I have to spend another $100 to alter it....Why even take measurements? Not happy, pressed for time and broke!

Absolutely AWFUL!!!! I went to this rat hole for my bridesmaids dresses, they quoted me the wrong prices and lied about having the dresses in store! Once we paid the deposit for the dresses they never even ordered the dresses. We called them on this and they lied and backtracked, still never ordering the dresses and refusing to return our deposit!
