One of the best cleaners I have been too. The staff is friendly and remember your name. They always deliver on time and the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend them. They once gave my shirt to another lady and gave me that ladies shirt but it was fixed within 3 days and they took care of everything. Simple mistake which they owned up to and took care of.

We have been going here for 15 years and have never had a problem. We have taken in all kinds of different things for cleaning and they always come back well-cared for and clean. Ive also used them for alterations and they did a great job. The man who owns it is really nice, too. His wife is a little stand-offish but still knows us and gets the job done.

Zero stars if I could! Went to get alterations done on my son’s pants and after explaining very carefully to not cut too much length since he’s still growing, man was very dismissive and rude about it. Sure enough, I picked up the pants...they are way too short AND he cut off all the extra length so there’s no way to lengthen them anymore! A waste of $45 for pants and $12 to get them destroyed. Avoid this business!

Rigo, Luis, and Leticia were very attentive and kind while altering my prom dress. I’m happy that the business was able to accommodate me during a busy season!

Horrible service. Stay away. If i could give zero stars I would. On multiple occasions given the wrong dress shirts back and takes a long time to resolve. Very unorganized and rude.UPDATE - I still have not received my lost shirts back after 6 months of trying. They told me they gave my shirts to another customer who has been out of the country. Will not return my calls or offer to purchase new shirts.

I would have rated 0 stars. I brought an almost brand new shirt here and when I picked it up it had a NEW stain. When I questioned them about it, they said they would take care of it. When I came back, it still had the stain on it, they said there was nothing they could do. Seriously? DO NOT GO HERE.

In regards to the latest post from my husband, I went in with little expectation of them correcting my comforter because of the many tears but with hopes that they would just refund my money. As it appears to them, the quality of my comforter was poor and I created the tears therefore I was told to contact the factory who made the comforter. The lady threw her hands up at me when I asked them to refund and/or to finish correcting my item as we could tell from the multiple stitching on the back of the comforter, she yelled at me and walked away. A man stepped in deal with me who was not very useful either. As it turns out they dont use the machine press to clean it but instead use a big washer. Somehow the tearing runs in straight rows... The quality of the item as he also stated was poor. In my defense I told him I had never brought my item to any cleaner before and only spot cleaned. Our comforter was still in mint condition. Poor customer service, poor work. very dissatisfied.

So disappointed. We’ve taken dress shirts several times and my sister had taken her wedding dress here a decade ago to get cleaned and stored. I wish I could post a picture with this. It was packed so horribly and I paid an extremely high price for this. When I called and said the packaging wasn’t done right the owner screamed at me for almost 15 minutes asking “what did I want”. I repeated I just wanted it to be stored properly and how they promised and for what I paid, that should have been done. He continued to scream and when I asked for a refund he said no way and started to mock me, asking if i wanted “diamond packaging”. I just wanted a decent white box with the plastic you could see through and my dress NEATLY placed inside. Came in a huge (too big, my dress wouldn’t even stay put) ugly gold box with ugly writing on it, was winkled and not even on a form, with ugly crinkled tissue paper all around the top. Despicable.

Paid $35 for wash/iron some shirts and a suit. Everything looked exactly the same, as if they just hung the clothing after I dropped it off. Asked them to actually wash/iron and they refused, I then asked for a refund and they flipped out. Avoid this place; DW cleaners is way better, and theyre basically just across the street.

Wife brought in a $230 king sized comforter paid $36 to get it cleaned when we opened it there were a dozen rips in it clearly in spots where their machine pressed it and whats more is they sowed up all the rips on one side of the comforter trying to cover it up. Shes going in tomorrow will probably just cancel the charge on my card based on these other reviews.

Absolutely horrible customer service. First time I used them, they broke the zipper on my husbands pants, then denied having done it. Wanted to charge me $15 to fix it. Called me a liar when I told them it was broken when we got it home from their dry cleaning job. Avoid this place at all costs. They are very rude. AND there is an amazing dry cleaners less than a quarter mile away on eola. DW Cleaners - they are less expensive, they can get your clothes done faster AND theyre very nice.
