It used to be good place to get the car wash. They do a good job. But recently the work it bad. I pay 41 dollars for wash but dont seem like they do the job. I ask the worker there to help me clean up the black stuff but she said no can do. But as picture show I can clean it at home. And more pictures show the car is not clean.

$200 For a wash and interior detail. They missed so many details and spots. I had to spend 3 hours doing myself. Dont waste your time and money.

Most friendly and expedient service Ive used. Very detailed, and had a waiting room where I bought some fresheners and a steering wheel cover so I didnt have to make another trip. They have a system down and plenty of staff so you will be out of there in no time. Feels like a completely new car - great price overall.

They really had to work hard. I didnt clean my car for 4 Mos. It had so much sand from fishing and camping. The did great.

Paid 41 bucks for ultimate car wash, very disappointing did not do a good job at all. Didnt even wipe the dashboard board. Also very unorganized I watched 4 vehicles that were behind me go through the wash before mine. Will not be returning for services there.

Spend 60 dollars to have the car clean and armor all the inside. Car mostly sits so its not very dirty at all. The only thing that gets dirty are the white rims. For $60 dollars I expect the car to be clean and the time should have been taken to make sure its clean. Had them clean the rims twice and stilI had to clean the rims, door seams and light vacuum what they didnt. I worked at a car wash as a teenager, I know thr expectations.

I used to work here so I understand the quality im suppose to recieve. i paid for the wheel deal and my car ended up sitting up the vacuums for almost 30 minutes because everyone was hanging out in the shade in the back. They failed to vacuum out my doors and my cupholders. All of them. And they failed to wipe out the holders period. This was the worst experience I have had there and I hope people listem to me when I saw you can get the same service doing it yourself in your parking lot. Same price too.3:25pm 6/23/21 car #940

I came here to finish line a couple days after a snowstorm so my vehicle had your typical salt and snow. It also had a little bit of snow accumulated on the wheel wells. I purchased the deluxe wash and rubber floor mats Cleaning at $2 each x4. Also I got the vynil conditioning for $9.00 The total came out to be $50.95 Now at that price I would expect at least an Good job or somewhat decent. So they vacuum my vehicle and then they put it through the wash. when It came out the other side they were people ready to dry. I walked outside to check on how it was going when I saw that in all four of my wheel wells there was still snow/ice. When I brought it to one of the workers attention it seem it bothered him that I brought it to his attention. He told me they were going to have to charge me an extra eight dollars because I didn’t pay for that when clearly my receipt says I did so I just calmly walked away and let him do what he was going to do.This time I was already there for about 45 minutes I saw him drive my car around to the back to put it through the wash again. When it came out the second time they started drying it. and what looked like they were “cleaning” the inside. But when I got into my vehicle it looked the same from inside. I don’t think the service I got was worth $50. I don’t think I will be coming back to finish line or recommending anyone to go there!

Great place for a quick and thorough wash and monthly subscriptions are very cost effective.I recently needed to make a change to my subscription and had anticipated difficulty. However management was fast, friendly, and efficient. They make it really easy to have a nice clean car!

They did good, I just had to keep showing them spots. But they did take care of it.

The wash wasnt very good at all my truck was still dirty and the interior was still dirty after getting the deluxe wash. They push vehicles in and out so fast they cant do a thorough job. For what I paid it was not worth my time nor money.

Horrible service I come here so much and every time it’s not. Right there always rushing to vacuum and clean inside out if I’m paying 45$ plus for a suv to be done and detail right donut right so frustrating have to wait over and over to get it done right the manager is so rude he a white gentleman didn’t seem to Care much as if I was wasting his time telling him this place is so sad and the service they don’t even offer a discount or coupon for next time for the poor service I have recieve don’t waste your money here

They literally washed and cleaned everything. I mean EVERYTHING. The inside of the door frame, the roof, I side of my rims... everything. It costed a nice penny compared to most car washes but worth the wait in line and the money. If you want hand wash quality but dont want to do it yourself, come here.

Ive been coming to this car wash for years and their service continues to decline. On my last visit, I had to point out what services I paid for. They completely missed the mark and did a less than lackluster job. I can no longer recommend them, nor will I return.

I can’t believe i paid $20 for this atrocity of a job. I arrived at the car wash at 11:50 pm for a car wash on Saturday 4/27/2019. First let me start off with the fact that my car was not vacuumed, or cleaned properly on the inside (see pictures). There were still pieces of trash on my floor and rear seats despite the workers taking 10min just to vacuum the car. The next part which i find 100% infuriating is the fact that it took them 40 MINUTES TO DRY MY CAR OFF AND THEY LEFT MUD STREAKS ALL OVER MY PEDALS AND DOOR PANELS. I literally counted over 16 personal in the area were the cars are dried/cleaned by hand, and they just STOOD AROUND, it maybe because they were new hires? A vast majority of the teens seemed new/incapable of doing their job. I even saw a group of three huddle next to the carts where they hold the clean/dirty rags to dry off the cars, and they continued to FACTIME A GIRL when my car was just sitting there. The people that came in front and behind me when I pulled into the car wash began to get agitated as it was now around 12:40pm and our cars were still sitting there with the doors open and no one tending to them. After what seemed like and eternity (1 hour) my car was released to me at 12:54pm. Now this is the part that really gets me. I paid $20 to wait around for a bunch of incompetent fools to do a mediocre job on my car. Seriously I only opted to come here because I was in a hurry and wanted a fast clean job. I got the complete opposite. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or at least not under this new management. I’ve frequented this car wash for years and all of the sudden in the last 3 months their work quality has become poor and their employees definitely need to be retrained because they obviously have no clue how to wash cars properly.

Lousy service! I went in just for a wash and wanted to stay in my car. I do like being able to stay in my car. What I hated was they made me wait till all the other cars were done that had a vacuum and wash, that they put in the wash themselves, completely ignoring the fact that I was ready to go first, I was there before half the cars! They didnt seem to care about my spot in line, or respect it. Next time Im going to go somewhere else.

Great place to get car washed but detail drying and dirt cleaning when final touch up is spotty. Walk around the vehicle to make sure they clean it right before you drive off.

Sat waiting for them to wipe my vehicle down and they were doing every car EXCEPT mine. I kept watching them jump on vehicles that just came out of the wash instead of mine. I jumped in my vehicle and left. They DIDNT SAY ONE SINGLE WORD TO ME. Just let me drive off. Couldve been a thief 🤷.Horrible. A refund should be issued PERIOD

Paid the extra 32.00 get interior wpiedown I had to go back to have them remove drips. said couldnt remove light from from glove box said it would not come off. Got use a little dawn came right off

My experience; nothing but great. I dont understand the bad reviews unless the customer are expecting a full detailing for $24.00. My car was vacuumed, windows washed inside and out. And $2.00 added for the bigger car I drive. It was all on the menu board. Drove out with a nice washed SUV. I do want to let the lady driving the black Rubicon before me.. dont expect to get every drop of water wiped off your vehicle for 20.00 and your complaining... forced the two guys on my car to go over to help the other two causing all the other cars get behind. Please go to a different car wash...

For the amount of time and people cleaning your vehicle i think is worth the money.

Service was very fast. Staff was very friendly. My only problem is that for 200 dollars I expect small things like making sure there are no paper towel streaks on the window. Making sure dog hair is fully out of the car. But overall very good service!

I have no problem giving this business a 5 star rating. Ive had had a couple of small mishaps but they have always made it right. 99% of my visits have been awesome! When a business makes a mistake but takes responsibility and corrects it, thats a business with integrity. They have kept me coming back. Thank you!! STAY AWAY FROM FINISH LINE CAR WASHI came to the car wash to get my car cleaned today and found that they were horribly understaffed. There was only one person in a line of many vacuuming out cars. There was no organization and cars were just being randomly picked on which one were being cleaned.Finally after 15 minutes my car was vacuumed and into the line for washing. The conveyor was broke I had to wait for it to get fixed and finally the car went through the wash. It came out the other end and was pulled into the back of the line for drying. A couple of cars were finished in the line next to me which made the middle lane empty and cars coming out of the wash line were pull directly into that empty line.I finally got a supervisor and ask him what was going on as about five cars behind me in the vacuuming line were already leaving. He said all your car needs to be rewashed and pulled it to the wash line behind several other cars. I said to him please pull it ahead of those other cars because Ive been here about 35 minutes already. He did and the car went through the wash line and guess where it went when it came out! Yep, the back of the line to get dried.I got a hold of another supervisor and said please pull my car up to the front to be dried as Ive been here for about 40 minutes already. He did and took another 10 minutes to dry the car off. I asked for a supervisor or the manager and he said he was the manager and I told him what the situation was and his response was Sorry.I asked for the general manager and he came out and his name was Dan. I now understand that the only credentials you need to be a general manager of the finish line car wash is to have absolutely no customer service skills. His basic response was Sorry. So after I spent about 40-plus minutes at the finish line car Wash I told the general manager that I wouldnt be back and that it was a sorry excuse for customer service. I would not go back here if the car wash were free.

If I could give a lower rating I would. My car was still not clean after being washed. My vehicle is only a month old, so there really is not much to clean, but once they were done, it was spotty all over, I had to point out that there was still soap all over my car still and they did a horrible job wiping down the interior, leaving streaks all over my glass.I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here, they just dont care! To top it all off, they must have some sort of sewer issue going on because the entire building smells like a septic tank has backed up into the pipes.Save yourself the money and take your business elsewhere!!!

They are always thorough, respectful, decent prices, and I am always happy when I drive away.I have been meaning to get a full inside detail of my 2007 FJC for quite some time (190k miles). Pulled the trigger - holy moly. No exaggeration at all, it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I was absolutely blown away. Exceeded every expectation I could ever have.These folks are pros. Do yourself a favor and visit.

I came here a few months ago to have my van vacuumed out, and the guy did an amazing job. I was so impressed. I came back again today to have it vacuumed again, but it doesn’t look like they did anything at all. There’s dirt and hair everywhere. If I was physically able to vacuum it myself, I would be happy to do it. I can’t believe I wasted my time and paid for absolutely nothing.

Would have been much better BUT they didnt clean the spare tire on the back of the Jeep. You pay extra for a SUV. Too bad you cant just expect them to do a complete job.

Paid 160 to have my Jeeps interior detailed very poorly. I had a minimal amount of dog hair in the backseat and all of it is still there.

This place has turned into be very disappointing. I had to tell them three different times of places where they didn’t get the car clean and they still didn’t get it all the way clean. I talk to one person who is going to give me my next visit for free which would’ve been perfect and then someone came along and said I need to come back within two days to have them touch it up. I can do that myself. I will never go back there again and tell everybody I know about this.

I got the cheapest wash. Just a $9 exterior wash. They brought it thru their mechanical washing machine and then dried it by hand. It came out great. I dont trust anyone to detail my car unless I pay over $50. Detailing is HARD and should be expected at a high price. This place doesnt have high prices so I can understand the underwhelming reviews for it. But my general, regular wash was just fine. Thanks guys. And I tipped, like you SHOULD if someone hand-dries your car.

I really wish I would have read the most recent reviews before taking my truck there. $38 and there was still dirt on the hood, roof, rear windows and tailgate. I told somebody and they walked over to look and started wiping the areas off. They couldn’t reach the hood’s center area so I had to do it myself, along with the roof. I’ve had better $9 washes at gas stations, don’t waste your time or money.

Very busy location. Friendly staff. Have been going here for years. Quality of the workers who put the finishing touches on the vehicle is variable so sometimes leave slightly disappointed. Perhaps if more people tipped them the quality would improve.

The crew throughout or stole my hand sanitzer out my car! When I asked what happened, the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Needless to say. The situation was not rectified.With whats going on hand sanitizer is a nessasity.

I used to love this place and visited frequently. The work was always decent. However, in recent months the quality of work has dramatically changed for the worse and the prices of all of the services have increased. I find myself re-cleaning my car AFTER I pay to have them do it. I’ll be better off at the car wash that shares the back fence.

We have been to Finish Line for a number of reasons. Car washes, car details, window tinting, and more recently (today) removing spray paint residue off of my truck........not only did they get all the residue off, the truck darn near looked like it got a new paint job. They arent fast when they are tinting or removing residue because they are thorough and always do an incredible job. I have never left with a complaint! Dan & Andy (managers) are awesome, friendly, helpful!

Yesterday was fathers day so i decided to treat myself to a carwash. I typically wash my own car but since its fathers day i said treat yourself. I always keep loose change in the door dash of my impala i walked to the small red gas station approximately 1 minute away as i was walking back I noticed 1 of the yound men pick up and looking at some of the change. It was carwash tokens! I recieved my car back i immediately looked for the change boom it was missing almost $15.00 dollars in change. I turned right back around spoke with Maria she told me come back and speak to Andy the following day. I did that i received nothing he was unhelpful terrible management material he initially tried to offer me a $10.00 credit. I refused it as i told him it was the principal please do not support this carwash they steal from people then say the cant see it on footage they are crooked. Please wash you own car but stay away from finishline on Mississippi and chambers they are terrible.

Took two vehicles through both came out with residue. Definitely needed to be rinsed better. Also had feathered like scratches all over the passenger side of the smaller vehicle after going through.

Ive always washed my car here. But lately its been smelling bad and windows to see your car being washed needs cleaning. I can barely see my car being washed. Other then that its ok.
