Pathetic and shoddy work. Bought the Full Service Wheel Express package that included the following: Vacuum Floors, Clean Inside Windows, Door Jambs and Dash Wiped, Lava Bath/ Heated Dry, Heavy-duty Cleaning with Jet Blast Spray, Undercarriage Blast Plus Sealer Wax, Super Soaper/ Rust inhibitor, Tire Shine and Wheel Bright, DRY N SHINE.My wheels were quite soiled so I opted for this service thinking that the Wheels and Tires would be manually cleaned so that the tires shine and the wheels are squeaky clean. The tires and wheels still looked the same with a lot of black greese on them like before. They said however it gets cleaned while automatic washing is whats included. Even the dashboard was not quite clean and had to do it myself again at home. They are a rip-off and I will never go there again. I advice others the same.

Great customer service! Carlos is great - he checked over my whole car when I didn’t know where a weird sound was coming from and took care of it plus a few other issues with the car. Always so reasonably priced to have work done here too.

My car is much cleaner than when I drove up but I expected more for $35. When they say light interior clean they mean it.

The wash is fully automated so its quick and easy in and out. There was an error with the cc reader and it charged my card twice. I had to come backbecause no one there at the time could reverse it. So that was inconvenient but otherwise I like it. The vacuum stations are also easy to use.

The manager at this location in the most ignorant and rude person. This car wash ripped my rear wiper blade arm right off and he was so rude telling me they will not replace it I can see a blade coming off but not to who arm being ripped off. I will never go to this place ever again. There us no place for this kind of customer service. They all walk around looking miserable and could care less about the customer. Pathetic place

Beware! Do not go to Fuller’s Car Wash in Aurora. The passenger side of my truck got messed up from the car wash. The owner of the car wash swore it wasn’t their problem. Also, I highly recommend Cooley Details. He was able to get all the dried in iridescent soap stains out of my car and I didn’t have to file an insurance claim or get the car repainted.

Dora was NOT accommodating in the least. Car wash did not remove some snow and ice so I asked if I could go through it again. She said we dont do that. I get my usual oil change there. No more. Now over a mere $5 they lost a customer for life. Thanks to Dora, who doesnt see the long game.

Came in for a Oil Change. They quoted $59 for full Synthetic. I told them I never pay more than $50. I asked out the door what would be the price. The man told me $5 for a filter plus tax. I said whatever. 5 minutes later the car was ready with a $82.20 OTD Bill. $10.99 for 6 Quarts of Oil, $5 for the filter, $3 to dispose the old oil, and the original $59 it was suppose to be. Total Scam. I will never be back.

Terrible terrible wash and service! Came through the wash and when I pulled aside to dry it myself cause the auto dryers do a terrible job, I noticed the car was still dirty. Went inside and spoke to the lady at the counter. She walks out with me to see the car and tells me I drove it in the mud!? I told her I just came out of the wash and didnt go anywhere. She proceeds to wipe it with her finger and tells me someone will wipe it down. I asked if I can go through the wash again because I dont want anyone to wipe down the mud cause it can scratch my paint and she says its just mud. I asked again if I can go through the wash and she says no I dont have tickets and the owner isnt here. I will not be coming back here and would not recommend this car wash! I come here quite often and the car wash left a very small scratch on the side of my car one day but I didnt mind it too much. This time, however, while I was going through for a basic wash, I heard a heavier grinding noise and felt a vibrating sensation and thats what it did. It heavily scratched my left rear bumper and also the trunk. I went back and talked to the owner about it and showed him the spots and half way through, he rudely denied it and walked away. So I called the police and now Im waiting on them. Definitely not coming back here. Not a reliable car wash nor good customer care.

DO NOT GO HERE!UNLESS you want to risk damage to your vehicle then have the staff treat you rudely.Upon asking for their insurance information we were told the owner/manager was unavailable and they were unable to tell us how to contact him or their insurance company. The girl at the desk even had to go into the wash area to retrieve a piece of trim that was ripped off my truck but she insisted they were not responsible for my broken mirror.As if all this werent bad enough, my truck was STILL dirty and we paid $43 for ONE car wash.I don’t know how its going to turn out yet as this just happened and their people are conveniently MIA. Hopefully, at the very least their manager/ owner takes responsibility for the damage their car wash did to my vehicle.UPDATE: July 29, 2021.The owner never even responded to my phone calls or emails about the damage to my truck. After reading other reviews I realized that this sort of thing is a regular occurrence at this location and the staff there responded as such. I had to fix the mirror myself.

Terrible!! Don’t come here unless you want to file an insurance claim like I had too. Went here for a quick simple car wash for the first time and my wind shield cracked!! I hardly ever write a bad review but after hearing it happened to a lot of other people I will. They need to make it right and see what’s going wrong with their wash.Not to mention my car didn’t even look like it was washed! They don’t care at all and claim there’s nothing they can do and it wasn’t their issue.Do not go here!!

Fullers car wash is a reliably good car wash. They have a big prep pre-wash area. Its basically two plastic wheelbarrows with soap, water, and a long brush. Here you can clean bugs off your bumper, clean your wheels, or maybe a stuck-on bird dropping. The car wash itself is a good value at $5.00. The add-on wash items are good too. To top it all off, they have a bunch of free vacuums to clean your car afterward.

Great rates for service. I give four stars because it can take some time to get service done but because a lot of people go there. I cant speak for car wash only mechanical side.

Good car wash, sometimes backup and have to wait 10 minutes to start up again, but its only about 5-10% of the times I go

The auto Manager Carlos is the best. As a woman it’s hard to find a auto shop you can trust to not take advantage of you not knowing etc.... but I completely trust Mr. Carlos. He is always helpful and kind and does a great job. He goes beyond what is expected in my opinion. If he is not there I don’t want to bring my car in unless Carols is there

Not worth the money, theres better car washes out there dont go here.

Had an oil change performed here, which I usually do because I trust the guys. After two days from a recent oil change, I thought I had oil leaking from my car. Took it back to have them check it out.After about 10 minutes, they discovered I had transmission fluid leaking. 30 minutes later and they were able to replace a bad line and refill my trans fluid for an extremely reasonable rate.Hands-down the best, and honest, same day service in the area.

Great wash, bit pricey but was worth it.

On a cross country road trip, stopped to visit my parents and since I needed an oil change it was suggested to go here. It was ok, then they told me my front brake pads were low, so I opted to have them replaced, which seemed to be ok. Now, as I am continuing my trip, suddenly the passenger side air bag light keeps coming on and off and Im getting a service air bag notification on my dash. Without shifting in the seat, it has flashed on and off at least 5 times. Not exactly encouraging when driving at highway speeds. I never had an issue prior to the service at Fullers, so I can only imagine perhaps they bumped something when under the hood. I will now need to take it to another mechanic to have the issue looked at and possibly fixed after my service here. A bit of an unnerving issue to have while traveling.

So i went there yesterday, everything went fine till today, i realized the guys that cleaned my car, took out couple water bottles, ok, i get it, you were thirsty, but right now i am, and in the moment that i realize i don’t have anymore water in my car is dissatisfying. it’s not professional to steal from people car’s, even if that is just water! you don’t have the right to take it! i will never gonna visit this place again !

Gets your car clean

We go here for oil changes with all our cars! No better place for it the guys here do an amazing job! If you get the Express Lube which consists of all fluids topped up you get a free car wash as well! The car wash does a great job on cleaning dirty cars! A basic oil change costs around $20 if you dont have Synthetic oil. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Had a lonar dropped off for seat shampooing ($80) and floormat cleaning ($10). Picked up car with seat shampoo splattered all over windshield and rear view mirror. Found standing liquid cleaner in cup holders. Found the instrument cluster stained with the cleaner. Not happy. This caused us to have to detail the car.

Honest. I have had money that I didnt even know lost in my car like 3 times, and when I have them clean my cars interior they straight up put it in my cup holder. This time it was 20$ but one time it was like 100$.They also always do a great job of cleaning my interior. Thank you so much for having honest employees, I literally go out of my way to come here.

I went there for the first time yesterday and was like ok, let me get the upgrade from the original 5. Ill tell you this though, just like I told the lady at the desk after checking with her boss, Ive had cheaper washes that cleaned my car better. Lava wash is a joke. Nothing special about it. Just soap residue and my car still didnt look clean. Im gonna go try Delta Sonic!

I have been in customer service for 31 years of my life. I have managed over 55 employees for more than 12 years of my professional carrier and was treated extremely poor by the owner Walter (Not Manager) of this organization today. I went in for an oil change and proceeded on with the free car wash after. During my (weekly) car wash I noticed my side mirror bent back abnormally and couldnt do anything but watch and proceed through. After showing the damage to Walter he stated This didnt happen here lets go look for the damaged piece in the wash. After the 3 of us found the exact match of the broken pieces, Walter went inside and Jose (great service manager) said sorry I will try to glue it back in place. Walter was extremely rude trying to deny responsibility of the entire situation after knowing that his wash damaged my mirror. All I asked for was him to get me a new mirror that I would install (not glued back together) and he through me to the curb. I asked him three times before I left his establishment to please be rational about my fair request with his acknowledged damage on my behalf and he said it wasnt his problem. This is poor customer service in my opinion on basic principle. One star is stating too much and is the only way I could post.Wayne

Worst place ever. They stole my money. They charged me for a service that I did not use and the maneger told me he couldnt give me back my money and I couldnt take the service either.I recomend people never go to this location they are the worst.

Wonderful tire repair experience ! I’m convinced this is the last place left on earth that repairs tires (and does honest repairs) instead of trying to force you into buying four new ones at a premium RIGHT NOW. Thank you so much!

Does the job well

I recommend this place for minor issues those guys can make it. Oil change replace the break pads. They are good in these and pretty fast. most days auto service lanes are not too crowded so it is expected to get your car done for an oil change roughly 20 mints or less . I live close so every once and awhile I stop by for an oil change or so.my big concern is some of their mechanics are lacking experiences. It seems to me it would be hard to figure out mechanical troubles easily. Friendly staff, large cleaning waiting room, fast service overall.

I too wish I would have read reviews before going to get my car washedat this location. Normally I just do the $3 wash and vacuum it out myself. I had a few extra dollars and wanted to splurge on a car wash and let someone else do the work. Im not a high wage earner so spending $32 for a car wash is a big deal. There were like 4 or 5 guys in their crisp white overalls working on the inside of my car. It was sloppy and not thorough. I had to wipe down the dash and other areas after they were done. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SPEND MONEY ON THE INTERIOR CAR WASH AT THIS LOCATION. They will never ever get more than $3 for the most basic exterior wash and I will vacuum it out myself. When I have some extra cash and want to splurge on an interior / exterior car wash it most assuredly will NOT be at Fullers.

DO NOT DO IT!! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going here! The “manager” is rude and doesn’t care about paying patrons! I spent $34 on an interior and exterior cleaning. Worse mistake ever!!! I paid more bc I thought they’d pay extra attention to detail. I was sadly mistaken. The exterior nor interior were cleaned. For the price that you pay, I could’ve had a detailed wash at Delta Sonic.

Great place as you can vacuum your vehicle for free. If you’ve bug marks, the wash is not enough and you’ll need to scrub it first before entering the car wash.

The best car wash in the area

Been a monthly membership holder for about 6 years. Today a manager terminated my membership over a dispute about a speedpass sticker. He tried to charge me unjustly for a new sticker, and I refused. He was arrogant, rude and literally turned his back and walked away from me while I was still speaking. I will not support this carwash or business any longer. No professionalism, low class and trash. I will be giving my business to Delta Sonic, a much more modern and professional car wash business.

Its been over a year since I washed my car here and the basic wash increased by $2, which includes nothing extra. If it wasnt for the car directly behind me, I would have backed out and went down the street for the $3 basic wash.

Their website and their front door says exterior wash is open, weather permitting, at 7am daily. Believe me, thats not the case today. Its a bright, sunny warm morning and while their Orchard Rd location is jam packed with customers raking in money hand over fist...the Ogden location is not open, cones blocking off the drive thru and cars are trying to turn around and leave since they are closed without explanation. Bad for business. With all the likes, this must not have been an isolated incident.

Please do not use this place for oil changes. I asked the technician to check my transmission fluid. He came back and told me that my transmission fluid was completely empty. Problem was that it actually wasnt empty. He added transmission fluid and overfilled it. When I parked my car in the garage the seal burst and spilled the fluid all over the garage. This was definitely my last time going here. Stay Away!!!

Detail shampoo is the best around for interior

Quick service. Did a decent job on the wash. I paid for the upgrade in service. Not sure how the wash determines which car gets what level of wash. They all just parade in single file and seem to get the same type of wash no matter what level of service you pay for.

Low cost oil change with a free exterior car wash...and free vacuum. I have been going here for years and they are always courteous and do a great job. They also have a $3 car wash which is nice. Never had any issues.

Ive been taking my four cars here for over 10 years. I have never had an issue with cost or service. Ive never been up sold on services or felt pressured to replace anything I didnt ask for. The shop is clean and well organized. The techs and customer service folks are friendly and professional. Free exterior wash with oil change is icing on the cake.

Work was done that I didnt authorize because they spoke to a customer that wasnt me. They bent my hood. The Supervisor demeanor was as if I didnt something wrong because I refuse to pay for services that I didnt authorize. I WILL NEVER RETURN nor recommend them to anyone.

Save yourselves $12 and go to Delta Sonic. My family has been going to Fullers in Hinsdale for over 30 years, never had an issue. Aurora location is very different and automated. I got $22 full service + $2 tire dressing. Well, the Armor all sprayed all over the wheels and left white residue all over the wheels. The lady at the detail center said they dont clean the wheels if you dont buy the wheel service for $3. How does that make any sense? So, your machine sprays armor all on the tires and over spray onto the wheels but you dont clean it? Whats the point? They said they dont clean the wheels even if you get a full service minus wheels. DELTA SONIC DOES!! FOR $12!!! Asinine logic.I had been detailing professionally for over 20 years, I have never told the customer I wont wipe down your wheels if theyre still dirty. Then again, I do things right the first time.

Great for a oil change, car washes, and getting your car detailed. Do Not Get your Breaks Done There!! I got my breaks done there. They charged me over $300 for them to put them on wrong. My car was sliding on the dry street in the summertime. I went back to for them to replace the breaks and they said they did but they were still terrible and my car wouldn’t break completely. I could have hurt someone or myself. I finally went to firestone on Eola road and they did a perfect job the first time. The name is Fuller’s car wash for a reason. Just stick to the car washes when you go there

This is a fully automated car wash... And on this sloppy winter day it was constantly in use. Before entering the entry gates, make sure you have your credit card or cash ready at hand: if theres a line behind you, other customers will expect you to keep up the pace as you move on to the automatic wash-and-dry line.When I drove out, I was pleased to find my car was well cleaned and dried, with no sign of surface soap residue or scratches from the rotary brushes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Got a simple coolant flush on my car and as I got home noticed it started leaking coolant. Took the car back 5 times before they found out the problem. They overfilled the coolant by more than 2 quarts and it cracked the coolant reservoir. I confronted the tech there and said it had nothing to do with the flush but I knew overfilling the coolant caused the tank to expand and break. Would not work with me on price of installing a new tank. With all costs and repairs it ended up being a $250 coolant flush. After the installation of the new tank I check the coolant and it’s still overflowed by a quart. Removed the coolant myself to avoid going back there. Do not go here!!!

First and last time that I will ever use Fullers service. I chose the Super Wash from the Full Service Wash Menu and paid $32.00 for an inside and outside cleaning.What a JOKE!First of all - the exterior did not come out clean from the car wash!Second - the person doing the towel drying did not completely wipe the car or the dirt would have been wiped off with the towel.Third - the door jambs and inside trunk lid were not touched! And of course the windows were smeared and streaked.Spend your money somewhere else. END OF STORY

Worst experience of my life.not suitable even for an oil change as the quality of oil they use is highly questionable .had stopped there since i thought i had a bad wheel bearing which wasnt bothering a lot but still just to get checked. The technician says he will get it done in a couple of hours,the next thing i know they broke a part of the wheel and say the car is not suitable for driving and have to keep it overnight.i call them the next day and the technician says they couldnt find the part and have to keep it overnight again.theres this young technician Alec who looks like he bunked school to be there, has an attitude for no reason and has no idea of repairing cars.they couldnt get it done the next day too and messed up the car big time.this place has a mix of old and very young equally unskilled and unprofessional technicians.had to get my car fixed at other place after keeping it with them for 3 days which cost me a lot.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PEOPLE IF U WANT TO DRIVE YOUR CAR.why do they even have $3car washes when it leaves all the soap stains on your car.NOTHING HERE IS WORTH PAYING FOR .STAY AWAY.
