I got a lot of road tar and sand all over my car and brought the car in to see if they could do anything and the job they did made the car look better than when I drove it off the dealership floor. You will not be disappointed.

Hector and Javier did an AMAZING job ceramic coating and paint correcting my new 2020 Tacoma. This is actually the 3rd truck Ive had ceramic coated and I can tell you by far the best yet. The attention to detail and willingness to meet the small special requests I had, set them over and above any other professional detailer Ive worked with. Im a bit of a weekend warrior detailer myself and am familar with the process, products and pros/cons, theyre knowledge and ability to answer my questions and recommend a better product solidified my decision and reassured me I made the right choice choosing them for my coating and detailing needs. Would 100% recommend without hestitating.

Javier and his crew do all of our vehicles and the quality of work is UNMATCHED. We once hired them to do a 12-passenger party bus that I thought was beyond help...let me tell you...once they were done with it, I couldnt believe my eyes how new it looked! The owner and staff take much pride in their work. I have taken my cars there for a simple wash to a full detail. I have had swirl marks in the paint disappear with their detail. They are very professional and make you feel like family. Great guys.

What can I say that all these other reviews have not, 1st Impressions Auto Spa is the S### !!! I have tried other detail shops and must say 1st Impressions Auto Spa is far above all others. They have detailed my truck as well as other family members vehicles and they have always been in pristine condition when Ive picked them up. If you are looking for a legitimate detail shop for any of your vehicles you cant go wrong with 1st Impressions Auto Spa. Plan on having them detail my HD in the spring.

Took my car to be cleaned through enterprise because it smelled like cigarettes. I got my car back and it was still not cleaned and smelled like cigarettes. If odor removal is what I received then that service does not work because the odor is still there.

Made my 11 year old car look brand new as well as a 20 year Honda. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Javier is the best. Highly recommend.

Never had my car wash because the customer service on the phone is horrible. I understand that your a appointment only company but if Your not available it’s always nice to just say hey we don’t have today but I can check to see what we have available. Instead they just say no we not available and that it smh.

They did a phenomenal job on my BMW! I had the expectations that it was another detail shop and they are all relatively the same. Couldnt believe it after the job was finished. Only place I will go.

Just came from 1st Impressions and I am very happy. Normally I do all my own wash and detail because I own black cars and taking them to a regular car wash is just like asking for contaminants amd scratches. I got injured and cant clean my van to I looked these guys up and when I saw they offer washing with foam I knew they know what is needed to keep the black finish scratch free and by that I mean micro scratches. These guys are very courteous and the waiting room is very nice and spotless. I spoke with the owner about products etc and he spent at least 10 minutes talking about techniques etc. I never felt like he thought I was washing his time. I highly recommend 1st Impressions to anybody that loves their vehicles and want to keep the finish contaminant free. Thanks!

These guys did a fantastic job getting a 2 year old chocolate stain out of my wife’s rear seat. Only took them an hour and I was blown away by how affordable it was!

I had the pleasure to speak to the owner about what he will recommended to restore the paint and shine on my vehicle, he was really knowlageble about the proces and chemicals used on the vehicles that they service, after a long chat he made me feel confident about the results that they will be delivering after fully detailing the exterior of my vehicle since is metallic blue but in the dark it looks black and as you know NOT any one can work on black cars delivering outstanding results, really looking forward for my appointment. FYI, the air fresheners that they sell in this shop are really top of the line and unique since I like to have something not any one has in the area for my cars, the scent last a long time and at the same time offers a odor neutralizing for months and also it will help clean the moisture smell in your ventilation system in you car! Yes, I did my research before I purchase the product and Im very happy with the results.

Javier and Hector are class acts. Javier inspected my paint job, tested my paint thickness, and showed me flaws to take care off before they became major problems. They washed it up with the upmost care and the lastest in detailing products. Javier gave my bug its first cut and polish since the fresh paint job, and wow I didnt realize how deep and vibrant my paint could look. It feels like glass to the touch. My bug is at the World of Wheels Chicago this weekend and it looks the best its ever been. Gunning for a First Place repeat. Thanks to Javier and Hector for that 1st Impressions Touch. I definitely recommend 1st Impressions Auto Spa very happy with my results.
