Wynter colored my hair and did a bang trim. I was a little nervous since this was our first appointment together. Silly me. Everything was perfect and Wynter was very warm and welcoming. I am looking forward to seeing her again for our next appointment 😊

Winter was quick and efficient. I cant remember the last time I could just walk in and say what I wanted and only once. Winter went right to work and was done in about 7 minutes. She had me and my two boys done in less than an hour. I will deffinately go back specifically for her.

Wynter cut my curly hair dry and its super sloppy, uneven, and terrible. Ive had some bad haircuts but this is by far the worst. Im extremely unhappy and wont be bad.

James did an amazing haircut for me! He was so fast and professional! I used to go a different more expensive places and people there do not know how to do a haircut.He did exactly what I wanted layers and the length were perfect. Very happy!

Came in and asked if they had time to take care of my wife and I. Amber took us right away and she was so friendly. She also had plenty of patience with myself and my hair needs. Ive been to plenty of different locations and delt with many different hair stylists, but this is my new number one place.

I stopped by to do get a quick trim cut and was greeted by Wynter, a hair stylist. She had me in the chair and was cutting my hair within five minutes! I requested that she cut my hair with scissors instead of shears. That was no problem for her. She was friendly, professional, and cut my hair exactly the way I like. She took time to make sure I was satisfied and offered to add any hair products that I might like i.e. gel, spray ect.i was completely finished within 25 minutes. Completely satisfied. I would recommend Wy ter anytime and will return.

Let me tell you about Tee.. My miracle hair dresser. I’m picky when it comes to my hair and who I trust doing it. I’ve been her client since 2014 and she has worked wonders for me. Whether I come in telling her to do it dark even though she knows I’m gonna be coming back a few months later to go back to blonde she does it and she takes care of it the way I want it. She makes great suggestions and listens to exactly what I want. If you are looking for someone to do a great job with your hair and share some laughs with you during the process, she is definitely your girl. I honestly don’t know what I’d do if I ever had to find a new hair dresser! And to top it off smart styles should feel super luck to have such a hard working genuine person on their team because people can’t believe me when I tell them I didn’t go to some super expensive fancy salon when they see how good my hair looks and feels. Shout out to your hair dressers ladies their under appreciated 😘

Horrible experience at this location, these employees won’t take a walk in when all their chairs are empty. Don’t waste your time you can tell these employees work on hourly. African American with yellow braids was snappy and Mexican guy told us to come back in an hour and half when there were no customers

Got here at 11am to get a haircut before shopping. Not open. No sign as to when they would be open. Now waiting to check out my groceries at noon and as far as I can tell they’re still not open. If you’re not going to be open need to update your hours. I will be going elsewhere.

Misty does an amazing job, Ive been to her three times now and each time has given me just what I wanted. Shes especially great at color.

Single worst hair cutting experience in 33 years of my life.

Misty is amazing!!! I have been to so many hair salons like sheer bella and many others who charge so much and I come out wanting to cry because they messed my hair up so bad. I now live 2 hours away from where she works and I make the drive just for her to do my hair. Everytime I leave there I am so happy with the results. I recommend this place to everyone, they are better than any salon I have ever been too!

Horribly uneven haircut (see picture), wanted to keep it long but Rudy took a big chunk off one side.Update: A few reasons I didnt say anything at the time, however I did call as soon as I got home (my husband encouraged me to). I knew Rudy couldnt replace the hair he cut too short and didnt want him to continue working on my hair. Also, he seemed disinterested and didnt even bother to ask what I thought of my hair cut. Every other hair stylist, has asked at end of hair cut for my opinion. I also didnt want to complain in front of other customers.When I called (right after hair cut), Rudy said I could return within 7 days. I went back today and asked for refund. He immediately became irate, and started screaming, I didnt do that!. He said he had video footage of haircut so I encouraged us to review the footage together. He continued to yell so I pulled out my phone to video tape. This was witnessed by Walmart greeter and Walmart customers as they entered the store.Rudy came out of salon and aggressively hit my cell phone out of my hands so it landed on the floor.I went to Walmart customer service desk because I know there must be security footage of Rudys aggressive behavior. The store manager Rebecca was very kind and understanding, and went to speak with him.She smelled alcohol on his breath and informed Rudy that he would need to provide me a refund. The store manager and I approached him together, and he provided refund as directed.If you dont believe me, please review video tape. July 11th at 5:15 PM or video of haircut July 8th at approximately 3 PM.

Very experienced hairstyles

I went to this smart style today only to be told that the stylist on staff was unable to cut little boys hair. It was very frustrating to drag a 3yr old and a 6 yr old to multiple places before we can get a simple hair cut!

Called at around 2 on a sunday and made an appointment for 4:30. Arrived five minutes early to find the door locked. I rang the doorbell on the front of the building and waited. Sat back in my car and waited. I finally got an answer about twenty minutes later on their buisness number. The lady told me i had a 4 o clock appointment, which i argued was false since she told me she had an customer at 4 and she had an opening at 4:30, which she confirmed before i hung up. She then tried to defend her answer by saying the other stylist stayed until 4:15 and then left as well. And that its impossible i had a 4:30 since they had an appointment at 4:30. Why would the salon be closed at 4:30 if you had a customer scheduled then? Btw their buisness hours state they are open to 5:30 on their building. And on their website it states 6. The salon is closed at 4:30 and they dont have the drive to take responsibility for their own negligence. Wouldnt recommend this place.
