Was too tired to drive into the city today, so I decided to try this place. I didnt have an appointment, so I just walked in. I waited about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, and some guy that walked in after me, got in, so I was about to walk out, but then the owner called me up and did a hell of a job. Thank you for taking the time Rocky 🥊, I appreciate it brother 💪! I highly recommend this place, but make sure you make an appointment to avoid any mishap! 💯🔥💪

The wait time wasnt that long but they ruined my hair. I wasnt able to communicate with them properly and they did the wrong haircut. they didnt listen to my instructions and just did whatever they felt like. I felt rushed when cutting my hair and they were dancing and singing instead of actually cutting my hair. I WILL NEVERR COME THERE AGAIN AND I URGE YOU GUYS TO STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Don’t know the guys name but I came in for a simple fade and he messed my hair up didn’t notice till I got home I had longer hair in different spots and you can see he only cut my hair going downward

The young lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job. I would say though that when you call, there phone cuts in and out. I had the guy hang up on me 3 times trying to book my appointment. I also did not know who was cutting my hair prior to entry. Thes two reasons are why I gave it this rating

Every body in there was nice I walked in I had an appointment at 6:00pm and I got there a little more early and got atended early the barber I got I forgot his name but he was really nice and chill person I liked the way he cut my hair it was really nice I liked my hair and he cut it just the way I wanted it I diffanatly recommend this play many bad reviews but it really isn’t as bad it’s really good i have came here like 8times alr !

I was seeing Jesse at my barber. There was a previous schedule issue where my job ran over my appt time. We tried scheduling again for 1pm another day, only for myself to wake up to a bunch of messages the day of, of him asking and making sure I was going to be there at 1. And while I was on my way, and had let him know I was on my way, I was told by Jesse that he already rescheduled someone in my time slot (I guess cause I didnt reconfirm for a 3rd time on the time?) And that I would have to either wait or find a new barber. Incredibly unprofessional and quite a bummer because he does do good work. Beware of this, because Ive never had a professional act like that towards me and then try and put the blame on me for his mishandling of his schedule.

I took my boys there it was a 3 hour wait and one of my boys didnt even get a hair cut . They didnt even let them know how long the wait will be .

Nice place

When I went to get my haircut for a third time they did not want to cut my hair anymore because I have curly hair. They didn’t talk within themselves to see who else can cut my hair and did not recommend a place to go to. They cannot cut curly hair.

Just left hall of fades... I was very pleased .... I made appointments a head of time with AC.... My son is almost 2 and very high maintance... He doesnt do well with new people so I had went in a head of time and asked which barber would be the best..... The pointed me to AC... we talked for a few minutes then I went home and booked my appointment online... This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 it was very hard to find the website and ended up finding it by searching ac at hall of fades.... We got there at 255pm and he was ready for us at like 305 not bad at all since my appointment was at 3... AC took his time to talk to my son to get him comfortable he put the clippers near his ear to make sure the noise didnt scare my Lil guy talked me and my son the whole time... Worked around me having to hold my phone up so he could watch super why on my phone..... Made sure I got some of his hair and took his time.... AC also did my husbands line up and I think it turned out great..... We will most definitely go back and now that I know how to book appointments Im sure my future visits will be 5 out of 5 .... I also would like to add that I got email and text reminders about my appointments which was super awesome

Don’t come here

Its been a couple years now since Ive switched to this place. Normally I just walk in, but theres always a wait time averaging half hour. Definitely best to call-in and set an appointment. Most of the barbers/stylists are very skilled. Lately Ive been favoring Niko. Prices are a bit high, but well worth every penny. As I said, there are some very skilled guys there. Not planning to switch places any time soon.

I decided to give hall of fades a try, i was looking for a place that could deliver a decent haircut, Although the fade was good they lack skills in other areas, or i should say just the barber that attended me. I did not schedule an appointment so the wait time was understandable, but once it was time for my hair cut i showed the barber what i wanted which was a stylish spiked hair with a fade look, instead i got a military flattop. If youre looking for something outside of a fade, i wouldnt recommend this place.

Called Tuesday for a 9 am appointment Thursday. I showed up at 8:55 am and waited till 9:20. Pedro never showed. A shame cuz the place looked dope. Clean. Big. Ill find a barber elsewhere.

This place is a fun experience they are the friendliest people and they are all good at their craft. I recommend to have a designated barber because if you walk in on a busy day without an appointment it can be rough I recommend Josh Sandoval AKA Jfresh he always fades me up nice and takes his time

Called and requested an appointment, arrived 10 min early, guy I had an appointment with was no where to be found, not to mention there were so many open seats but no one wanted to make money and do my sons haircut. Poor customer service. No one acknowledged us afterwards knowing we were waiting. Definitely not business like.

Very clean barber shop, good music and vibes. All the barbers know what theyre doing. Ive seen all types of different people getting their hair cut there. A must check out in Aurora. I personally recommend AC, but all barbers are great!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I never put reviews on anything but this time im definitely taking the time to do so. We went in with my husband and our two kids. I signed my sons name on the waiting list even though ONLY ONE PERSON WAS GETTING A HAIRCUT AND THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE WAITING. One guy was eating his lunch (wich is fine and understandable he was on break/lunch) Two of the other guys were playing FIFA and did not even have the courtesy of saying welcome or hello or at least be with you in a bit. Totally ignored us. We still waited for around 12 minutes and while waiting like 3 other guys came in from their lunch and just sat and relax without a care in this world. We got up and left. I rather go pay somewhere else even if I have to pay more but I wont be coming here again. Dont waste your time with these jokers.

Man! What can I say this shop is dope! Vibe is dope and the barbers look chill! My barber Jerry, snapped on my cut. Now I live in Chicago and came here on an emergency basis only, but after today I think I’m going to have to stop at this shop every chance I’m in the burbs cause it’s poppin!

My husband went here with a picture and he has always had sideburns. The guy said, yes, I can do that. An hour later, my husband had no sideburns and a hair cut nothing like the picture. What??? The guy didn’t even line the forehead! After an hour and a half of a non-listening non-barber, my husband had to pay with cash because they didn’t have a POS machine. What??? We will not be back!

Went in for a walk in hoping I will get serviced since the buisness promotes walk ins heavily even called in advance to make sure there was no wait time. I was told there wasnt surprise surprise once I walked in and realized all walk ins were waiting while people who had appointments were being take care of. Which is not wrong but for a business to promote walk ins especially when you call and try to make an appointment and they still say just come on in as if they will take care of you is wrong its very misleading. The owner should make sure that barbers are taking care of customers regardless if its by appointment or a simple walk in. If the barbers are too lazy or dont want to deal with people walking in then they should state it and make it appointments only and have you make an appointment instead of telling customers come on in and witness this horrible customer service will never come here again or recommended it to anyone if you do come here hopefully you have an appointment if not then be prepared to wait an hour plus and be ready to see these barbers over look you head in the back room and start chilling and eating while you wait for there appointments to show up.

If youre looking for a good place for loitering. This is the right place. The barbers do not use common sense and just poor organization skills. My name was skipped over two hours ago and the only way I noticed this was by seeing that other walk ins went ahead of me. Again I would not recommend this location.

Called a few hours ahead for an appointment, came in and everyone was nice, only thing is they charged me $25 for a haircut that wasn’t even what I asked for, spent a lot of time on for basically nothing. Going to need a new cut within the next two weeks.

Made an appointment two days in advance and the guy I made it with was already with another client when I got there. Waited 30 mins until I left. Dont waste your money on a mediocre haircut done by amateurs with no sense of customer service.

I went last week exactly on a Tuesday because I have my children! When I get to about half past five, they ask me if I have an appointment, I tell them q no and they say ps, we cant attend you !! Okay? There were only two people waiting (but who am I to judge), normal, I call today before going in case the flies and exactly the nns cant catch me again because they are shorts on staff like seriously men! You are some of the best who cut in this area but who guille cabr ..... are given! Im not going anymore!

Never come to this place, its dirty, the barbers are getting drunk while they cut their hair, some of their friends come and bring alcohol and beers and they take them together, it seems anything but a barbershop, a disgust of place, they should close it.
