I was a first-time, walk-in client and the service was exceptional!!! I had a facial done and it was excellent!!! Jodi was very warm and welcoming and her staff were professional and attentive!!!! Will definitely be a repeat client!!!

How I wish I could post pictures of the damage done to my hair. I was so disappointed when I came in just to get a few more highlights to make my ends brighter, and the stylist (Jani) did what she called a “balayage”. Which mind you, was NOT what I asked for. The blending was extremely poor and I had harsh lines and spots all over. She let my hair process for WAY too long, especially considering I already had some lighter bits, then ripped and tore through my hair to brush it out after washing. It ended up being way too light for me at the end of things. To make matters worse, she poorly toned it afterwards and I had to ask for it to be retoned. My ends were left breaking off like bubblegum when I headed home. I ended up having to chop 5 inches of my hair off the next day because it was not salvageable. I was left very frustrated and I do not plan on coming back.

Wonderful experience. Girlfriend and daughters love their hair.

This has a comfortable vibe to the place. Martha is a great hairstylist and shes so easy to talk to. She really listens to what you want and is very friendly. She doesnt complain about her problems unlike other hair stylists. All the hair stylists have had years of experience so you know you will be getting great service.

I love this place. I have been here a few times. They really put race and politics aside and I am so grateful to get my hair cut by these lovely women. They do not discriminate. They are awesome women.

After growing out my hair for my wedding I was ready for change. It was time to go short (something I had never really done before so I was nervous) but I went to Headz Up and Jodi cut and colored my hair this morning. Let me tell you it looks GREAT! The ladies were very friendly and took me in for an updo quickly. I was pressed for time and it was a hair emergency!I came home in tears and panicked because my hair was already falling out and I had asked for my hair to be curled and pinned up, which is not what happened. Needless to say I wasted $50 because I could not wear my hair that way, falling out. I ended up taking all the pins out and putting it in a bun.

My family and friends have been going to the salon since it has been open all four girls are great and very good..I will not go to any other place but Headz Up..
