So disappointed. We have been waiting for a haircut, someone came in after weve been here for 20 minutes. Another customer came in afterwards and asked in Spanish if the barber had time to cut his hair. He said yes, the barber didnt know that i spoke Spanish. When I asked about my son the barber told me that the customer had an appointment. I guess skin color still equates to preferential treatment. This is the dude, so be prepared for him to ignore you and accept other customers without saying a word to you at all...

I had made an appointment hours prior and said everything was set. when i came in no one came up to me or anything, once i told them i had an appointment they just shrugged it off as nothing. after waiting 30 min after my appointment, i decided to leave since i realized i probably was not going to be attended even with appointment.

My son and I come here for his razor fade because they have patience and skills to give clean cuts. Our favorites are the older ladies, even though we have a language barrier. A photo helps share our ideas of a cut. It is busy, but we will wait. It beats finding a new barbershop that has the skills and attention to detail that I want for a cut. The prices are great!

A place where they cut good hair... but the staff their isn’t so friendly if you aren’t “one of their pals” I had gone there 2 times before and service was decent. Up until my third visit is when I decided I would no longer go there... I sat waiting for two hours (with a number) and still hadn’t gone. As I was sitting I overheard one of the barbers/stylist (the young lady there) get a phone call. It was someone making an “appointment” right then and there. The dude came in a few minutes later and just like that got a haircut. Making me wait much longer. At that point the mall closed and I was unable to cut my hair... I was so upset. I write this review weeks later. To not let my anger get the best of me.I personally won’t go here EVER again..

I’m as white as they come and every time I go to this barber particularly the female to the left in the front chair they are always polite and friendly.. not quite sure what the other reviews are talking about but I’ve never had any issues with any of the haircuts I’ve gotten there honestly one of the best places I’ve gone in Aurora I have alopecia and the lady is always very particular about how she cuts my hair making sure to help me cover any of the spots I have at any given time.. great place!!

Tried to go a few times and my family is Mexican but we do not speak spanish and was treated like badly we waited over and hour for a haircut and pulled a number but when our number came up was told by one of the barbers he doesn’t cut female hair so we waited longer the men kept coming in and jumping on the chair without numbers and all the said was he had and appointment and then one of the females rolled her eyes at us when we argued then she said speak to the manager laughing and pointing to the manager and stating your the manager and laughing. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish so he was able to understand but we just ended up leaving they didn’t care..

Guys need to be fired they always do their friends first. The girls are the only ones that do it correctly by number.

I always take my 13 year old twin boys here, never too much of a wait and they do a superb job!!! They love the razor shave, its always a special trip to the barber for them, very reasonably priced! We will be back!

Not good

Waited forever. They pick who they want to service. So rude. They didnt even acknowledge us until I said I was in line an hour later as she started to cut someones hair who wasnt in line. The older Hispanic lady was so nice . She took us in even though she had been cutting hair back to back

These people take almost an hour for a simple haircut. And they really need to get rid of the butcher shop ticket machine and put the clip board back on the counter. They also need to greet when you come in and notify you of anything.

If there were negative stars thats what this place would get. horrible. horrible. horrible! would not reccomend them to anyone for anything. the service was terrible. my son wanted a haircut. and a design. he got his hair cut and the design was super shitty. no one knew how to do a simple line. the edge was crooked all the way around his head. not to mention we waited for like 2 hours. children-$13 and what was supposed to be a $13 to $20 haircut for a child mind you turned into a $30 haircut. and for what??? i could cut circles around them.

Wow... What a place. I usually have a barber that I go to wich is on 6th and chambers and there are excellent CALLED BARBER SHOP. Go there youll get hot towel treatment oh and did i tell you they cut the Broncos hair!! ASK FOR DAVID HE IS EVREYTHING YOU WANT IN A BARBER . I came back into town and needed a cut . ( lets just say I didnt sit in a chair )( THANK U FOR NOT MESSING UP MY HAIR) .. Long story short the girl that supposedly does designs and is good was just sitting there. When I asked for a cut she acting like one of( her friends/soon to be date ) were next. Well the little girl didnt know I spoke spanish .. And all they were doing is talking about how he stood her up but she would go on another date without even starting to cut this guys hair. I wasnt there to see a novela. All I wanted was a cut ! BAD PLACE . They should be ashamed to call them self a barber shop!

Very bad service they had me get a number witch was 19 and they were at number 3 and there was nobody infront of me. Also nobody attended me as i got there. i was waiting to get called next, and two guys got there after me and got attended before me i literally walked out horrible service.

Pretty bad you have to wait 5 hours so the barbers can let their homies cut in line. Ridiculous. Dont waste your time.

This place is absolutely horrible. They only respect you if you speak Spanish. They kept dismissing us. The lady who cut his hair kept ignoring me after I showed photos of how I wanted it to look. Hes two years old. He didnt even cry. She spent five minutes on it, and shaved more than half of his head in an uneven cut. I guess if I spoke more Spanish or my husband took him, we would have been treated differently. The haircuts there arent even worth a dollar to look like sideshow bob.Este lugar es horrible. Sólo te tratan con respeto si hablas español. No saben lo que hacen y los precios no valen la pena. Un mono podría haber cortado mejor el pelo de mi hijo.

If youre not Mexican, I wouldnt bother going ! I have been there a couple times, both times ive waited an hour +, I had people skip Infront of me. They dont really understand any kind of English, and did an absolute horrible job on my hair! Would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Dont let the white dude cut your hair, he dont know what hes doing. Asked for a taper and had my whole head uneven.

This place is terrible, my son (5) had 3 people ahead of him which I didnt mind waiting. Then 3 other people came in after us and instead of taking the next person they started taking the people who came in after us. Would give it 0 stars but had to rate 1 star just to write a review. Tertible. No management and the young barbers will have friends come in and cut infront of waiting customers. Another one of the young barbers had obviously been working on his friends hair when I arrived. I was waiting my turn for an hour and 20 minutes that still hadnt finished his friends hair and began edging his hairlines. Myself and 5 others all left after the other barbers friends came in and cut the line. Crazy waste of your time!

Man this place is horrible! They dont talk to you when you walk unless you speak Spanish! They have no way of knowing who came in first! Its dirty with hair everywhere! Chairs are broken! And they only talk to the Spanish people! 🖕🏼 this place!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service especially from the guy on corner preferring watching soccer then doing job got upset when interrupted game to cut my hair so purposely messed up my hair he said so in Spanish not knowing I understand what he said in till they herd me teach my son some words and what they mean and how pronounced them then they weren’t laughing but embarrassed because I told them I do understand them his coworker the girl in the corner on the other side told him he should’ve told me just wait a minute his game is almost over in Spanish than they were worried I was going to tell the manager on him he knows exactly who I am I’ve been taking my son there for years and all of a sudden they decided to act immature like they have no manager at all like this place is just for friends that talks to them in Spanish

Really rude disrespectful people who could care less how long you wait, they have you pull a number for no reason because they pick who they want anyways..My daughter pulled a number and was next for an hour and they kept having people go before her...this place shouldnt even be open with all the bad ratings...

I have been going to this place for 5 years. I only go here because Im so used to it. I dont like that they never greet you with a hello when you first walk in. I feel like they show favoritism and cut the hair of people they know and I have noticed that they will overcharge you if you dont. Watch out.

The place is fine as long as you do not cut your hair with an already large dark-haired lady (you ask her for the cut and she does it as she wants and badly) and you even point it out to her and she pretends to be offended and says that you dont wants to pay since that is why one is going to pay for a service
